A new clean modern comfortable spacious apartment suite for a pleasant week's stay. I enjoyed my stay. It was good value for money. I'd return. During the day it seemed there was a tram on Leopoldstrasse to Munchner Freiheit (and then the U-bahn or a few more blocks to English Garden) about every 3-5 mins. The pizza place across the street is fast and fine -- whereas the Manta restaurant a few blocks south was very good.

Arrival was very frustrating. The taxi dropped me at the underground parking lot entrace, which says TIMEHOUSE, but then I walked around entire apartment complex with all luggage, up and down stairs several times, front and back, for 15 mins looking for an office or entrance. Called reception several times, no answer. Eventually I found the reception 50 m further north right on Leopoldstrasse itself. Reception said they were too busy to answer the phone. I did not like having to create a WeWash account and install an app just to do my laundry. It seems every internet business model now involves panopticon surveillance and data mining of even the most mundane activities. There is nothing wrong with a box into which you deposit euro coins clunk clunk clunk.

Good location. Decent size and well equipped room. Quiet neighborhood. Close to coffee places supermarket and restaurants. Not close to a U station but close to trum and buses stations.

Reception people are not very polite (except one girl) but are effective and useful if needed. The place is a bit overpriced in my opinion. Cleaning is performed only once a week but you can get fresh towels at the reception.

They handled our early checkin request so positively, phoning the housekeeper a few times and keeping us informed , it made a big difference to our day. Yes the location requires a little more effort, but it’s very well connected by tram, bus and even underground (with a walk). There’s a ticket machine at the tram stop ( which is outside the excellent ‘breakfast’ cafe and supermarket, all located 5 mins from apartment). Also Timehouse is an apartment building with an ‘hotel-type’ reception, so they can help and advise you. Our 7th floor deluxe studio was excellent, spacious, everything working properly and in top condition. No road noise at all if you keep windows closed and use the quiet aircon. There are also blackout curtains and electronic window shutter blinds for a great night’s sleep. Very comfortable large bed.

Well, being really picky, more coffee pods (only 2 given for 2 nights). Quite surprised there was no microwave.

If I should pin point something truly outstanding about this facility, it´s definitely it´s beds. Never have I ever slept in much more comfortable bed. The bed was even better as the bed I have at home (and mine was hell of expensive). As someone, who appreciate the good sleep, I highly recommend to choose this facility during your stay in Munich. It´s a little bit further from the city center but you can get there by U-Bahn in no time. Other than that, everything was a standard I would expect - the room was clean, silent,... We also liked the shower and really tasty tap water.

There was no breakfast. Staff was very helpful. My safe didn't work ( maybe batteries) and they came immediately and fixed it. I lost my converter and they loaned me one from the front desk. Even with Adele concert in play, the location was quiet and my room and apartment were great. The shower head was excellent. Check in was easy. Very much like going to someone's apartment and getting the key and going upstairs. There is a large hotel right down the street and groceries and good restaurants are available. They also helped me negotiate the bus and the underground and they got me a cab to the airport in 5 minutes. I really couldn't have asked for more. No long walks necessary.

My requests were immediately responded by the host. Everyone was positive. Room was very well equipped and furnished.Location was great. Every part of city of Munich was accessible from the location of the hotel. I had a good time there.

House keeping service frequency should have been more often like every 2 days. The room gets dusty after 2 days because of the wind. We could rent a bike and buy a bottle of drinking water from the facility. Tap water is drinkable in Munich but it doesn't taste good. It would be greate if i could easily buy a bottled water.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds. Great pillows. Good water pressure extremely quiet and new, modern facilities. Off street parking was a bonus.

We stayed at Timehouse in June 2023 for 2 weeks and had an excellent experience! The location was a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and tram station and a 2 stop ride on it to the nearest metro station (Munchner Freiheit) which is very well connected. There are also a TON of restaurants around that station. The apartment (2 bed/2bath) was very spacious and clean, and the building and area very safe. We loved having a small but functional kitchen, a clothes washer, and a balcony. The space was bright and airy, fully furnished, with polite and responsive staff. Cleaning was once a week which was fine for us. While we felt it was expensive, we would definitely consider going back as it was truly our home away from home in Munich. Thank you Timehouse!

It would have been much more convenient to have a larger stock of dishwasher tabs, trash bags, etc in our apartment instead of only getting 1-2 at a time and going down to reception every other day to ask for more. Also as Americans, we missed a microwave! Would have been so convenient to have one. The AC in the master bedroom did not cool enough while the temperature in the living room was always too low. When we brought it up to the reception, they shrugged and said "this is European air-conditioning"! Fair enough.

Room facilities were excellent. Heating, nicely equipped kitchen, closet space, bathroom and shower were excellent and beyond my expectations. There was also a small terrace which was very nice in sunny days. Handling with the hotel was easy with Watsapp and they were always helpful. Parking garage is perfect! Wide parking spots and plenty of space. The hotel also features a charger for electric cars without additional charge to the parking fare with is a great touch. The access to the highway is great, I was fortunate enough to not experience any bad traffic in the area. Bed and cushions were ok, the cushions could have been more comfortable.

Cleaning is done only once a week- which I’m totally okay with, but I expected the cleaning to by be better. On the second time they were cleaning it was better. The washing machine is operated by an app which is nice but due to lack of wifi or cellular reception in the washing room it made it hard to use.
