24h reception here is understood a machine. I will avoid such hotels in the future. It's not convenient and you have to pay twice to enter the room. Once Booking gets the full amount, then the machine does not recognize that payment and asks you to pay again to be able to enter.

The check-in is simple. We were there late so we did it via self-checkin and it worked quite well. The fee parking is also great. Save time in finding spots. In the room, the isolation is good. We can hardly hear people next to us and sounds from outside.

Not much. With the price you paid, it’s very cost effective.

I travelled to Dusseldorf to go to some of the 2024 Euro matches in the area. The hotel was selected as a place to stay as it was recommended as comfortable and clean with close proximity to good public transport. Outside that we had no other expectations

Easy to park, slightly expensive but fine breakfast, very comfortable beds and absolutely enough comfort on the rooms. Well-functioning internet. Easy check-in and check-out procedure.

It's a basic hotel, where you get exactly what you see. It's clean, offers comfortable beds & air-conditioned rooms. Located close to a tube station for anyone wishing to visit the city centre. The self-service check-in process is straightforward and the hotel is pet-friendly. The rooms are well-isolated, so if you close the window, you can sleep peacefully with no unwanted sounds bothering you. A nice restaurant is within a walking distance (and a McDonald's just across the street for those who prefer cheaper options). Very friendly and helpful staff during the front desk opening hours.

Just to be hypercritical, the elevator was a bit small, which is not a problem, unless there're plenty people checking in at the same time. Breakfast could be somewhat more varied, but that's not a major problem either.

This Düsseldorf B&B hotel is located in a very strategic location. Travellers can easily reach out the place by taking U-Bahn or Bus service.

The pillow is simply too soft. Also, there is no warm water offered by the hotel.

For a budget hotel, absolute top marks. Room included air con, an openable window, TV, hair dryer and shower and hand gel. Breakfast is continental, same every day but if you want, you can pop across the road to McDonalds. The location is super convenient for the tram straight into the old town too and tghe wifi works fine.

Basic house keeping with the change of the bin and another toilet roll on the 2nd day. Nothing else.

Great location for trams and trains into the city.

Same issue at all hotels, harder and larger pillows. Can’t have it all.
