We spent 2 nights there and were completely amazed. Firstly, the location is perfect, it's next to the bus station, opposite to it is the train station and behind the corner you directly enter the city center. Secondly, the stuff was very kind and helpful even though we arrived late in the evening. Although the room wasn't too big, it had everything we could have ever thought of. We really appreciated all the details (kettle, fridge, iron, all the amenities in the bathroom). Moreover it was really quiet and the curtains kept the room completely dark.

There was nothing to complain, we will definitely return back!

Lovely hotel, room was very spacious with a huge comfy bed, very clean and comfortable room.The bar area was lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check out at 12 was great as we had an evening flight. Location was very good near the station and old town. We got the underground from the airport to the hotel which stops directly opposite the hotel. You catch the U2 and it takes about 15 mins so very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was good. However there was a pre authorisation on my card in case we needed to add drinks, room service etc. paid the bill when we left .Now a week later still showing pre authorisation amount on my bank account. Hope it will disappear very soon !

The room was spacious and comfortable. Only the view was to the courtyard, so no not especially nice. However, the benefit was that this room was quieter than the one we had last year at the same property, with a look on the old town of Nuermberg but also on the main road and the railway station, with a lot of traffic. The bathroom is nice, clean and functional. The breakfast is very good!

Parking is only available in the garage of the Nuremberg's main railway station. It is rather close by but still around 5 min to walk (with several traffic lights to cross). The main issue was that there were no EV chargers available in this garage.

Everything perfect. Staff are excellent, second to none, so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was extremely comfortable. Although it is close to a main road there was no noise. Air conditioning was good so I didn't need the windows open. The room itself is fabulous, could not fault it if I tried. Got a free room upgrade by the hotel so I am extremely grateful to them. Room was a suite on the sixth floor, 10/10 made the stay even more special for me. Just across from the train station so perfect location. A short stroll into the city centre.

we rented a room on booking, when we arrived at the hotel we were asked for extra money (20 euro guarantee) nowhere in the hotel policy was such a thing specified, in addition I travel with 2 dogs, one of the criteria for which I applied when I searched for a hotel that accepted pets, in the hotel policy nothing is clearly written about paying for pets, I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. In addition, in front of the hotel there were a lot of dubious people who were drinking alcohol. For a few hours of rest I had to have endless discussions with the receptionist. I don't understand why Booking accepts on their platform hotels that provide incomplete and erroneous information on their platform.

the rooms are clean

We spent two weeks in Bavaria during the Christmas market season and this was one of my favorite hotels. I expected it to be the most "American" of all the hotels I booked, and it kinda, sorta was, but it far exceeded my expectations, as I rarely have the pleasure of staying in such a nice hotel in the U.S. The staff were over-the-top friendly and accommodating, the room was posh and had a great, spacious bathroom, the breakfasts were out of this world, and you couldn't have a better location to get into old town to see the markets, museums, and artisan shops. The hotel is on a very busy thoroughfare and there is constant traffic noise when the windows are open, but you wouldn't know it when they are closed. They seemed to have put a lot of effort into noise-proofing the rooms. Overall, it was such a nice stay that it was a bit of a disappointment to pack up and leave. I would happily stay there again.

I really can't think of any cons aside from the traffic outside, but that didn't affect my stay in the slightest due to the noise-proofed windows. This might have been the only hotel that didn't allow us to check in early, but I don't fault them for that, as they were completely booked (and they have no obligation to do so); however, they held our luggage for us in a safe place and our room was ready a few minutes before check-in. They were also willing to hold luggage after check-out so you could continue your sightseeing.

Location great, just across road from station. Lovely staff. Good Wi-Fi and air con. Kettle as well as coffee machine. Espa products. Big mugs. Tasteful decor and literature. Comfy big bed. Bottled water in room, lemon/herb water in lobby with complimentary fruit. Good bar and bar food. Didn’t breakfast there, can’t comment

The hotel is ideally located near the station and old town, with easy walking access to all the main attractions and restauraunts. A special shout out to the front office girl called "Tara" who changed our room to a better one where the windows could be opened, she was very friendly and helped us a lot. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Although we did not visit the gym and sauna facilities, there were open to be used.

Nothing to dislike....everything from location, cleaniness and mainly the staff were awesome.

Perfect location if you are using train transportation. Directly across the street from the main station. Also very close to the Handwerkerhof area with small medieval shops and restaurants. From here it's an easy walk to the center of the old town area with the castle and many beautiful bridges, shops, restaurants and churches. The room was nice, comfy bed and breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful calling us a cab and allowing baggage storage before check in and after check out. I can definitely recommend.

The location is very convenient but also draws a bit of a seedy element because of it's close proximity to the train station.

The hotel is nice, right across the city center, train station and the parking garage there. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was ok and the staff friendly.

We got a notification for an online checkin via their app, but getting there we were told that the functionality doesn't really work yet as expected so we did normal checkin and got physical room keys. Nothing bad to say about the hotel however.
