The room was very big. The hanging chair is just amazing. I'm going to buy one for myself now 😌 The bed was also very comfortable and big. Location is quite convenient, as it is near the Autobahn and only 15 min by bus from the city center. Bus 44 stopps right in front of the hotel and goes every 10 min. Very big parking lot in front of the hotel. Parking was free.

There is not enough light in the room. The phone in the room was not working,so in order to get tea, I had to go down to the lobby. I am a bit concerned that in case of emergency you would not reach the reception by phone....

Stayed two nights in the hotel with our two dogs who were welcome on a reasonable price. A great plus of the hotel that is has a huge parking spot form of it that if free! Also location for us being next to the forest for a quick walk with our dogs, and still a quick drive to reach the city or any nearby shops. Also have to mention the reception staff was amazing, every single person was super helpful and kind to assist with any request and also giving us suggestions what events to see or what to visit. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay, even tho our room looked at a building roof didn’t bother us, was super happy that you can open a window fully for fresh air!

Breakfast was a little “too continental” for my taste but still had good selection to be honest and was always everything refilled on time.

This is the third time we stayed a night at this hotel as onward travellers. Spacious room, comfortable and huge beds, boiling hot water at any time for a steamy shower. Good location: Dogs are welcome for a fair price. Can pay for them on arrival. An amazing forest walk just opposite the hotel. 10 minutes from the motorway (great for travellers). Lidl is 5 minutes walk away. Staff were really helpful. Asked for a kettle at 11pm and they happily provided one. During the night you can sample milky drinks near reception. Breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of everything you can dream of. Hot and cold drinks and food.

Property is amazing. Would avoid to stay in the front facing rooms especially above the entrance as not all guests are considerate. It was a shock to be woken up by shouting/laughing group leaving the hotel at 4am and having a “party” in the car park for half an hour.

we stay here every year during the BSZS, we really like this hotel, it is excellent in every sense, but during this year's trip we already felt that it could use a little renovation. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is plentiful, the staff is nice, here I would like to highlight Alfi, the receptionist, who upon our arrival did his best to change the first room, which was a little exploited, to one that we were used to over the years.

it's time to renovate the rooms, they could use some whitewashing and some window maintenance, at breakfast this year we missed sandwich creams and fresh bread, because what we had was dried out

The room had a swinging chair! What isn't to like?! The staff was nice and the room was quiet and comfortable. There is a direct connection to the main train station with the S3 and only about a 10-15 minute walk

I was attending a concert at Löwensaal and the public transportation from this location wasn't as great as I hoping. The S3 station nearby only gets you to the main train station. You need either a decent walk down a busy road to get to the 45 Bus stop or a bus connection from the 44 to the 45. There is public transport just not what I was hoping when I originally booked this location

Great hotel with amazing staff and best location for traveler’s. Dimitry was very helpful and understanding. Breakfast was good as usual with a great selection of food and drinks. Hotel offers relaxed and peaceful stay. Parking is free and big with lots of parking bays. This was our fifth time this year that we stayed in this hotel. We will definitely be back again. Five stars for staff working in this hotel, especially reception staff, they are one of the best staff that we have come across. Thank you for making our stay memorable and hassle free every time.

Nothing, everything was good.

- room was spacious. decoration was really nice. there was air conditioning so it was super comfy during the heat of August. There was a nice hanging chair which my son liked very much. - the breakfast was nice - reception staff was nice and friendly - in general the location is also very good, very close to gas stations and fast food joints such as Macdonalds and burger king which are open till late night. so if you need to grab some quick food after long travel, the hotel is located very conveniently -spacious parking space.

I have stayed here many times over the years and they always try to accommodate any request. Reception lady INA is absolutely fantastic. She always great us with her smile and always finds solutions for anything that we needed. Parking and location of this hotel is great! Rooms are very good and clean and it is easy to walk around. Breakfast is very good with lots of different types of food and drinks so you can enjoy variety. But for me staff are the reason why I always choose this hotel when travelling through Europe.

I can’t find anything to complain about.

After staying one night last year, stayed now for several nights and just as good. Not the cheapest but for the location and things i wanted to do, perfect. And because your a bit on the outside of the city very easy to get to. This time was there for the IWA, and this was just a nice (literal) walk through the park from the hotel. Nice way to start the morning (and safe money on parking, which came in handy for the supermarket) Location also has several stores and places to eat right around the corner. Also a good filling breakfast available in the morning. While not being a full gym, you can still get a nice workout in while at the hotel.

This time had a room that was joined to the room next to me via two doors. Both could only be opened from inside the room so was not worried about someone coming in. But on my last night there was 1 or 2 people in the room next to me, and because there is no sound proofing between the doors. At moments it almost sounded like the person who was talking was standing in my room, thought at first it was someone in the hallway. Also loud snoring comes through the doors quite easily i found out later. Luckily it was for a short moment so it didnt bother me. Maybe a point to look into to at least try and block as much sound coming through the doors as possible. Some simple sound absorbing foam to put on the outside of the doors might do a lot already.

There was a guy named Christian, he welcomed us warmly and pleasantly, ran around to provide everything that was missing and made sure we got to the room with a smile. That alone upgraded our stay.

There was no fridge in the room, or a coffee maker, on days when everything is closed because there are holidays, you rely on it with things you brought from the local supermarket We upgraded to the largest room available, but it lacked a chair or sofa for comfort reasons.
