The hotel is located at the end of a large and beautiful city park, and near of the lake, at a walking distance (cca 1 km) from the city center and the train station. There is a public transport station infront the hotel. The staff is helpfull and polite, it was easy to communicate with them. We were just before the Christmas holidays and all of them were kind and smiling. In addition, the whole hotel was beautifully decorated. Our room was big enough, with a plenty of daylight. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and diverse, with a good coffee.

In three days (two nights) we spent there, we weren't too much time in the hotel and we didn't noticed some serious disadvantage.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and good room size. The rooms were clean and our beds were made every single day. We enjoyed free coffee/tee at the lobby and water in the room. The breakfast had also a great food selection. Finally, a central location was a big plus for us and a beautifully decorated Xmas tree in the lobby made this festive season even more special especially for the kids.

A suggestion to optimize the breakfast area to make the area more specious and more efficient i.e shorter queues, less traffic jams on busy days.

Breakfasts at the Novina Hotel are superb! Variety of tropical fruits even at the Christmas time: melons, watermelons, pineapples. Traditional Bavarian sausages, fine cheeses, rich omlette, fresh baked goods and vegetables. The food are healthy and delicious. The almost uncovered shower cabin built into the center of the room looks amazing.

A bottle of alcoholic drink (wine?) offered for free to each guest. By offering a free alcohol, the administration of the hotel promotes alcoholism, it's a dangerous practice though backed up by the drug business lobby. The temptation to drink a free alcohol is high, especially for young people. Offering alcohol is the same as offering marijuana, LSD, tobacco, heroin. It has been scientifically proven that alcohol is a drug which destroys human health and mind.

This was the best 4 star hotel out of my entire trip! It exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderful. Everything was clean. We had water and wine delivered daily. It was a full shower not just a half glass which was really important. The beds were extra comfy. This is the only place where you can charge your electronics in the safe without a card and there’s a light in there. The daily breakfast was amazing. There was someone to actually cook the eggs. Free coffee and teas in the lobby area. The location was only 15 mins to the downtown area. This location is right next the the train, tram, and bus.

My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. What stood out the most was the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. From check-in, I felt like a welcomed guest – the employees were always ready to assist, provided information about nearby attractions, and happily answered any questions. Every request was met with a smile, and their attention to detail made the stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values top-level professional service. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff are cheerful and very helpful. I had been to two other hotels, so by comparison, Novina stood out and I was telling my husband that I wished I had booked with Novina from the start of my holiday. I will definitely go with Novina next time I am booking a hotel. The room design was excellent The Germany meal was excellent. The restaurant area and bar including the reception was quite beautiful and well decorated.

I didn't like the idea that there was no iron and board, and an electrical jug for coffee making in the room.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Very clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were quite large and well maintained. There isn't tea or coffee in the room, but it is free 24hrs a day in the reception. The bar/ restaurant is lovely too and not too over priced. It is next to a beautiful park with a river. About 20 minutes walk to old centre. Outside you can get a tram to the main station. No:5 or 11. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing was not having tea and coffee facilities in the room as I love a coffee In bed in the morning.

Great location close to the center . Hotel is massive - truly we’re not prepared for how large it is . Reception staff was friendly and helpful . Elevators to upper floors . Good inside bike storage but be sure to lock your bikes . Room spacious and very clean .Bathroom very modern and unique in design . Has on-site restaurant but make reservations for dinner early if you want to eat here . However hotel is close 300m. to L’Osteria restaurant which is a good alternative . Breakfast excellent with wide selection of cold and hot options . Made to order egg dishes .

Maître d at restaurant was not very helpful nor friendly . Glad we discovered the L’Osteria was close .

Modern and clean. Great value for money with snacks in the room and breakfast included. The breakfast selection was excellent. Friendly reception and central location. Overall professional, clean and welcoming environment.

Breakfast can be a bit busy if you don't follow the timing guidance. Expensive additional parking.

The breakfast is good - different options and well stocked. The location is really good for access to the rest of the city with tram,train, and bus stops 5 minutes or less away. This means you get access to the city easily but the location of the hotel is quite quiet. The staff are helpful. Rooms are a good enough size and clean.

It was great to have access to tea/coffee, however a few times during our stay this was cold/empty. Minor issue though, otherwise a good place to stay.
