The hotel is quiet, very clean, tidy. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located a bit out of the center, a 10-minute walk, and for me it is the ideal location. A big advantage, there is plenty of free parking on the street, which is along the river and this is a serious bonus in the romantic section. Another advantage is that there is a subway station right outside the hotel.

The blackout curtains don't cover the entire window and you can't darken the room. Another thing, insignificant but a bit annoying, is that there are neon lights at the back of the bed, they run the length of the bed. We encountered them at least a few times during the night. My recommendation: unplug them and install night lights on the sides of the bed instead.

Nice location for exploring the Old Town (about 15 minute walk). 100 metres away from Whorder Wiese U-Bahn station, a ten minute ride from there to / from airport. Breakfast was great, good choice and very nicely prepared, many homemade items, the croissants were especially good.

I stayed during a heatwave and there was no air-con in the room, although there was a very good quality fan.

Loved our room-airy, high ceilings, comfortable beds, excellent shower and a tub, main floor close to a second toilet for use. Located walking distance to Christmas Marketplace and restaurants. Absolutely the best hotel breakfast EVER!! Such variety and freshness!

After travelling for 24hrs , )2 flights & a drive), arrived hotel & requested our room 1 hr early but categorically denied. Allowed to leave bags. Second issue. Very limited & cramped parking and no available spot. I saw it stated on Booking.com, to reserve parking, I assumed it meant, upon arrival. Found a spot for an hour and lucked out later on with free overnight street parking a few blocks down. It needs to be stated that you must reserve spot with room immediately!

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city with very easy access to the subway and tram. The main train station is only one subway stop away, and access to the old city is one block away from the hotel entrance. The interior of the hotel is very attractive, and the single room I stayed in was comfortably spacious for one person. Breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

The bathroom in the bedroom was small, but it was clean and the shower had strong water pressure.

absolutely beautiful hotel, I love the rooms, we had a king size room with two cots that were so comfortable, we will definitely book Hotel Prinzregent again! Everything was within walking distance to the town center and the train. What a beautiful spot!

The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. The hotel's location is fantastic - it's located in a nice neighborhood, right next to a park and a river where we walked with our dog. It's situated very close to the city centre, as it takes 10 to 15 mins by foot to reach thr main market square. 2 minutes by foot to a metro station. We were also lucky to find free parking on the street. The breakfast was very good. The pillows were a bit soft so the staff gave us a better replacement. We received a nice treat for our dog :)

The room got very cold at night because the heating didn't work and even though we reported this to the staff, the problem didn't get fixed. Also, our room was next to a construction site (north side of the hotel), and sometimes it was s bit noisy, although the window insulation was pretty good.

Great location about a ten minute walk from the Altstadt. Beautiful old building with spacious rooms and original features. God breakfast choices. There was a fan in the room which was useful as it was so warm during our visit.

My personal bugbear - small bathroom towels. Also, we had paid extra for parking but staff seemed reluctant to let us leave the car for a couple of hours after checking out. We were leaving well before the next guests would be able to check in so didn’t see why this would be a problem, especially since they did not have a secure area to store luggage so we preferred to leave that in the car in the hotel parking space rather than a public car park which might not be so secure.

What a lovely place. Friendly staff, helpful and cheerful. Parking on the street but we found space. Be careful not to park in wrong side of hotel or you will be charged. Space to park the car to unload and check in, then reception will tell you which side to go. Bright lobby. Various leaflets and mad available. Room 41: Lift to 4th floor. Large, spacious with opening windows. Good size bathroom. Hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities but not milk. Well stocked minibar with sensible prices. More available at lobby if needed. Towels and slippers provided along with shower gel. Good shower. Lovely view over the tree lined river and birds singing. Reception gave us recommendations for good and drinks in the city with a map which was very useful. Breakfast was in a large room off the lobby. Best spread we had on our whole trip. Homemade cakes, jams, etc., cereals, cheese, meats, etc. Lots of teas and coffee available. Could order fried eggs or omelette which looked good from others, but we didn’t. Pay for minibar on checkout; you just tell them what you had. Definitely recommend.

The bedsheets were “noisy” but that’s just being very picky. They were comfortable and clean whilst obviously good quality. We happened to pick a date when there was some kind of religious march going on in the town, so it was absolutely heaving. The reception did not tell us about this when offering recommendations to us for the evening.

Beautiful little hotel right outside the old town. Very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious with lots of daylight and high ceilings. We had two extra bed but it still felt spacious and it was a perfect stop for our family of 4. The breakfast had a good selection and many home made additions and they even had little surprise for the children - very appreciated!
