Very professional and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The room was clean, large and well appointed with adequate seating, tables, cupboards, and luggage rack. The door closed with a reasonably quiet click instead of a bang. Quiet for a good night's sleep... at least in the rooms facing the inner courtyard. The hotel is located amongst office buildings, but within steps of the tram, bus and S-bahn, so very convenient for sightseeing/shopping.

On the whole though, things should be better: this business hotel is almost excellent in many ways. As examples: (1) The shower is powerful, however the height is not adjustable. The shower floor is completely non-slip but the walls are glass, facing into the room. (2) The curtains are made of a blackout fabric, which is great, however, the way they have been mounted is such that light comes through the top along the whole of the windows, spanning the width of an entire wall). (3) The ever-ready coffee in the lobby is considerate (and needed given the location of the hotel), however, the quality is not good at all and it comes in flasks. It would be better to grant access to the breakfast-area coffee machines or have a similar one installed as I have seen in other hotels.

the hotel is clean with 24 reception. very near to train station and the old town. the public transport is right front the the hotel to go train station and the old town. it has a 24hr brew coffee and tea in the lobby which is very nice. the staff are polite and helpful specially a girl with glasses and black hair was so nice see helped me to change my room with bigger space also for my husband hair cut help me find a barber. the breakfast was delicious with various choice and natural orange juice. also you can order fresh omelet and fried egg. staffs in the breakfast room are polite and friendly. facility of room was good. Ac and mini fridge. the hotel facility and service in all was really worth of money

the only problem was internet speed that was slow and it interrupt time by time.

Modern simple room. Many local budget eating options close by and many other tourist options about 1km away. A good restaurant at the hotel too. The hotel breakfast is excellent- many many choices of good quality food. We walked to the Castle area and got tram to the Doc centre- all very convenient. Lift access car park downstairs is not expensive. A good comfortable stay. We are not used to the European style pillows- upon check-in, we asked for firm pillows and a short time later, the receptionist bought some to us in the room - much appreciated.

Everything about the room was clean and fresh except the floor.... Gritty and dirty - disappointing on that front. I'm hoping this was just an anomaly. Otherwise, the hotel was very good.

The hotel is located at the end of a large and beautiful city park, and near of the lake, at a walking distance (cca 1 km) from the city center and the train station. There is a public transport station infront the hotel. The staff is helpfull and polite, it was easy to communicate with them. We were just before the Christmas holidays and all of them were kind and smiling. In addition, the whole hotel was beautifully decorated. Our room was big enough, with a plenty of daylight. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and diverse, with a good coffee.

In three days (two nights) we spent there, we weren't too much time in the hotel and we didn't noticed some serious disadvantage.

The location is pretty good, especially if you are one for a walk along the river and some green areas, which can get you right to the Old Town. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order. Make sure you have the city pass or transit pass if arriving via the Nuremberg Central Station, as the property is two tram stops on the 5 or 11.

Without pre-planning a transit pass, we opted to walk from the central station with our heavy bags, which was a bit of a trek. Not the properties fault, get the city pass and use transit!!!

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and good room size. The rooms were clean and our beds were made every single day. We enjoyed free coffee/tee at the lobby and water in the room. The breakfast had also a great food selection. Finally, a central location was a big plus for us and a beautifully decorated Xmas tree in the lobby made this festive season even more special especially for the kids.

A suggestion to optimize the breakfast area to make the area more specious and more efficient i.e shorter queues, less traffic jams on busy days.

Breakfasts at the Novina Hotel are superb! Variety of tropical fruits even at the Christmas time: melons, watermelons, pineapples. Traditional Bavarian sausages, fine cheeses, rich omlette, fresh baked goods and vegetables. The food are healthy and delicious. The almost uncovered shower cabin built into the center of the room looks amazing.

A bottle of alcoholic drink (wine?) offered for free to each guest. By offering a free alcohol, the administration of the hotel promotes alcoholism, it's a dangerous practice though backed up by the drug business lobby. The temptation to drink a free alcohol is high, especially for young people. Offering alcohol is the same as offering marijuana, LSD, tobacco, heroin. It has been scientifically proven that alcohol is a drug which destroys human health and mind.

This was the best 4 star hotel out of my entire trip! It exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderful. Everything was clean. We had water and wine delivered daily. It was a full shower not just a half glass which was really important. The beds were extra comfy. This is the only place where you can charge your electronics in the safe without a card and there’s a light in there. The daily breakfast was amazing. There was someone to actually cook the eggs. Free coffee and teas in the lobby area. The location was only 15 mins to the downtown area. This location is right next the the train, tram, and bus.

Could have mentioned building works going on so a bit of a pain finding parking Needs more lifts as on check out a d early morning meant finding a lift a problem Workmen a,so using lifts and a lot of drill noise in our room before checking out

My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. What stood out the most was the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. From check-in, I felt like a welcomed guest – the employees were always ready to assist, provided information about nearby attractions, and happily answered any questions. Every request was met with a smile, and their attention to detail made the stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values top-level professional service. The breakfast was delicious.
