The breakfast was absolutely amazing, excellent choices, yoghurt, cooked, several kinds of bread. Excellent breakfast service, too. The room was lovely, very quiet, great bathroom, very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner was delicious on several nights. I have no idea where some of the bad reviews are coming from. This hotel is top class.

Friendly staff with good fluency in english. Perfect location for the Messecenter. The swimming pool on the top floor was an extra luxury.

Generally, the hotel appears a bit old and out of date. It could do with a refurbishing. When, on the morning of leaving the hotel and rushing to the railstation, the reception had failed to book taxis as requested the evening before, it made the morning a bit too stressful.

The room was a suite. We paid a bit high, but the spacious place justified the price, with 2 sleeping rooms and a sitting room. Also 2 toilets. The view from the room was great with a view to the mountains. The breakfast was also very varied and healthy.

The breakfast costs were not obvious when we went there, it turned out quite expensive.

The room on 4th gloor was renevated since my last stay. Much improved. Nice relaxed atmosphere; swimming and sauna area.

Keys needed reprogramming if they came too close to the phone…staff very helpful to reprogram keys though.

Messe Bus station was just Infront of the hotel, very interesting circus was nearby, not too fare from offenburg Bahnoff and city centre. Staff were very friendly

The hotel policy should be more flexible to accommodate genuine customer needs. I paid for breakfast up until the day of checkout not considering my departure flight at the time of payment. As I noticed I will need to check out before the breakfast opened, I opted for refund but by hotel policy was told not possible. Though a take out was packed but we couldnt eat what was packed and we had to go hungry for an 8hrs flight with a kid.

Good breakfast but ordering possibility for fried eggs would be welcome if those who prepare the buffet are able to do it.

A vastly limited choice in the Restaurant and on Sunday reduced to only one item: Flamkuchen.

Room was what I expected. Was very clean, and comfort was very good. Day staff was english speaking and very helpful. Breakfast was also quite good, not a 5 star hotel breakfast, but it had all the things you would expect.

The staff did not speak english when I checked in. Which was at midnight. That was quite disappointing. Also the host for the breakfast did not speak english, so at least learn your room number in german.

Swimming place and sauna were very nice! The breakfast was very good. The beds were good to sleep in.

The infrared sauna cabin did not work, fortunately the Finnish sauna worked just fine

Everything was handy for our short stay in offenburg the hotel has a bus stop outside which can bring you to town or the station. A bonus to have a swim too morning and evening . Staff were very friendly and helpful in the bar and at the desk.
