The location was OUTSTANDING! We flew into Stuttgart, took the train to the hotel and then used the train to travel to the MB Museum, the Porsche Museum, the MB factory and then to Frankfurt. The hotel is located in an area of Stuttgart that is a short walk no matter where you want to go in Stuttgart!

The pillows were a bag of fluff. I know some people who like that but I prefer firm/foam pillows. In our travels in Europe, firm/foam pillows aren't popular so this isn't a complaint with the hotel, just be aware!

Make the garage sign more visible or at least instruct the front desk to clearly explain to guests where the garage is located.

It is historical and well preserved. The location is very near all transportation yet the building is soundproof. They have a nice restaurant and offer breakfast and dinner (Not sure about lunch). There is also a selection of great dining and shopping within the city block. There is a wonderful sauna available and other spa facilities that are free with the room. I would definitely stay again.

It is in the center, very good ones Parking lot is just next door and it is private one. Capacity is good enough I chose this place to match my reason in staying in sttugart which it has to be in center plus within reasonable distance to outlet. It was 35 minutes away

Neighbours is a bit creepy although it is in the center sorry to say so

Convenient to the train station (Hauptbahnhof)

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. When we first arrived that afternoon and were trying to take a nap, music came on through a speaker in the room and hallway (by accident? the music was not exactly relaxing type either). I called the front desk and it turned off after about 5 minutes. But that is the only problem we have had with this hotel this stay or in the past, otherwise has always been good.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location on the Grand Canal. Staff were amazing. Breakfast lovely and very reasonable price at 15€. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and booking meals and trips.

Stairs to reception and rooms. Staff were great and they carried luggage, but less mobile people need to be aware of the steps.

Excellent Room (Junior Suite)

The property was in a good area as far as restaurants and shopping, but the area didn’t feel safe (lots of immigrants and there had been a recent murder), plus construction across the street looking out your window was not pleasant

Lovely hotel, very close to train station. Majority of staff were exception.

One very rude evening waiter, quite a surprise given the customer service from the other staff. Breakfast hot food limited, I had been looking forward to some German sausage’s.

The staff were wonderful but as a luxury hotel it should vbe redecorated, the hotel does not reflect other Steigenberger hotels, it is looking very dated

I would like the hotel to have a more 5* look. For a luxury hotel the decor is a litytle dated

Location, size of junior suite, staff! Loved the shower and separate toilet.

The pillows were just not to our liking. Wish they had a choice of pillows: we prefer memory foam pillows. Also the tv channel choice were severely lacking! Still i gave this hotel a 9 and not a 10.
