The hotel is located close to the train station, there is free parking in the backyard (which is really nice, since otherwise in Wiesbade you always have to pay!!!). The rooms are basic, the beds are comfy, the bathroom is small but new and clean, showers are hot, good WIFI and the TV programms have even arte TV- We had a view to the backyard to the train station, the windwos are soundproofed. We enjoyed the breakfast with a lot of varieties and fresh fruits and joghurts , fresh rolls and even cake. Nice coffe machine where you have choices, and alway fresh hardboiled eggs. The pricing is cheap. It is a good place if you don*t need extras like a pool and just want a nice place to sleep.

Room is enough for our family with 2 toddlers and 1 baby. Carpark is really an advantage. Self Check-In might be confusing for the first timers.

The working time at rhe reception is totally incompatible with the guests need. For example I checked out early in the morning for meeting a colleague and I needed to leave my heavy luggage in the hotel and come to pick it at. 2 pm on my way to the Hauptbahnhof, but this was not possible at all as no one was there at all

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were nice, and the bathroom was basic, but functional. The A/C worked perfectly, and the sound insulation seems to be very good.

The breakfast was rather weak, especially compared to its price, and the coffee was really not that good. Also, the vending machine they advertised widely was broken, and there are no shops around to compensate.

Very nice place with comfortable parking (for the ones who have difficulty with finding it: it’s behind the hotel on the parallel back street:) Infrastructure is good, manager is very nice, rooms are very comfortable and modern:)

Yeeeaaah in the morning the cleaner walked in while I was naked :D Don’t know how it happened cause I can’t remember for 100% if the door was closed, but it’s better to knock and then come in))) not a problem for me but it’s a tipp for the staff so the hotel will be perfect :D

I like location, comfort and the access to parking behind the hotel. I did not have time for breakfast but it smelled good.

All was great except that the carpet in my room wasn't vacuumed well or was not well cleaned. I saw many strands of accumulated blond hairs stuck to the carpet. This shows that carpet was not cleaned well and that did not go down well with me.

The location and the room were very nice.

The receptionists were very rude. I definitely felt unwelcomed when I entered the building as well as while I was checking in. I've stayed at the hotel once before but arrived after hours so had to use the kiosk to check in. After the encounter I had with the receptionists, if I ever stay here again, I will DEFINITELY be checking in after hours so that I won't have to interact with the staff. Absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever. Very disappointing for such a nice hotel.

Really good cozy hotel with parking. It was located just perfectly for the concert I attended nearby. Also not far from Haubtbahnhof. Beds are super comfortable

In the day of my staying there, there was no option for the breakfast. But probably it was because of big amount of guests.

Very adequate room for the price. Clean, new, felt sterile. The hotel is on a larger, public street with some fast food restaurants very close by. Beware of the speed cameras on this road....the limit is very slow.

This was a nice hotel, for a fair price. We have no complaints.

The room was surprisingly spacious for the price we paid, and both the bedroom and bathroom were immaculate. The hotel is conveniently located for public transport or going to concert nearby. I especially liked the digital check in and coded doors (no dodgy key cards). I really recommend thid hotel.
