The Nassauer Hof is certainly the grand hotel of Wiesbaden! It's location is hard to beat, especially for the Christmas Market which we were there to see. Very centrally located and a stunning building. The rooms were a great size and very comfortable. The spa pool was a nice inclusion to the stay as well. The bar was very lively in the evenings. I did not eat at the restaurant, but it does have a michelin star and the hotel breakfast was good (if not a bit expensive).

Despite the grandness of the hotel, it's feeling a little dated. It feels like it was the height of elegance 40 years ago. No issues with the room, but I would say it was a little overpriced. Our view was of a nothing courtyard. The hotel bar allows smoking and was not so great to be in. We arrived with a car and it's not entirely obvious where to pull-in for valet or to unload luggage since the circle drive actually says taxis only. The staff was kind, but often seemed a bit annoyed to answer questions. The spa pool is nice, but basically just lukewarm and the sauna is an extra cost. The breakfast was good, but not quite worth the price tag.

Location, beautiful hotel, gym doesn’t have treadmills fyi, great food in restaurants and excellent room service.

They called me two days after I left accusing me of not paying full balance when I did pay. They sent me an email that evening blaming it on their computer system that I did indeed pay but this is a 5 star hotel accusing a client of not paying two days after they left without doing proper verification is crazy to me!! Nothing was done for me except an email saying they were incorrect when I already had receipts showing my balance was paid in full. Just blew my mind.

First- I loved that the property had its own parking garage. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and the on site restaurant had a fabulous dinner. The pool area was beautiful and the saunas were convenient.

I feel that directions to the parking garage entrance should be provided in the welcome email. I had to drive around the block a few times before I saw the sign. There was no coffee or tea service in the room and had to be requested separately. Breakfast was a poor value- expensive and sparse. They also allow cigar smoking inside right next to the main door. Some folks probably love it but my weak lungs were not a fan.

Perfect location, great staff, quiet, nice gym (although not even a single treadmill)

I'm disappointed from 2 things: 1) I expect and used to even in inferior hotels to find at breakfast a table for dietary restriction - gluten-free breads, cereals and sweets, and lactose-free yogurts and spreads. Here there was NOTHING, and when they said "we'll order for you soy-based yogurt for tomorrow" they did not. This is simply unacceptable at this level of accommodation. 2) The thermal pool is not very thermal and has no jets of any kind.

Your staff was extremely helpful and experienced. Going out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The assistance of your front office after my illness was above anything. My recommendation for anyone that comes to Wiesbaden is your hotel. Hats up to you and your staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Everything is great Hotels best location in town. Facilities above exceptional

The location of the hotel is great, right in walking distance to anything downtown. The Ente restaurant dinner was delicious!

One of the housekeepers rolled her eyes at my husband when he asked to have the room cleaned later. And then the room wasn’t cleaned after this until we checked out. The other staff were friendly and professional.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel facilities were excellent and the hotel was in good location for accessing the town. Food was of a good quality both at breakfast and dinner.

Unfortunately at times the service in the restaurant and bar could be slow. Main bar was a smoking bar with no bar for non- smokers, this was disappointing.

We really had a great time! The restaurant is amazing, and the pool is just as fantastic. We couldn't quite find the sauna and the rest, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The lady at the spa reception was SO rude and discriminating against me this morning . It is just a shame because all the other staff in the hotel were just lovely

Well qualified service staff, the rooms have apartment character with its own doorbell, additional infrared bathroom heating and the usual comforts. The rooftop pool is amazing with it's view and comfortable sunbathing area, the sauna (on additional 15€ fee) does it's job (60°&90°C + plunge pool) Breakfast in the Orangerie is probably the best quality and service one can get in Wiesbaden 😍

What I was missing is the "eye for details" wich is difficult to maintain for hotels, I am aware of that. E.g. the bottom windows in the rooftop area missed cleaning - that much that it is hard to look through them, dust in the Sauna area on the "no phone-sign", public showers and toilets partially "out of service" and the room service software crashed a few times in the ordering process to name just a few and I didn't really started to pay attention, just wanted to enjoy the stay. This influenced my experience what leads to a reduced rating.

The Maitre in the Orangery Restaurant was excellent. He was kind, considerate and patient. He remembered my name and room number each time I went in. He ran an excellent restaurant. The food was good too.

The dress of some of the other guests in the restaurant was extremely poor.
