Extremely friendly staff! Should get a bonus for best costumer service! Everybody was helpful and nice. Hotel is lovely -very clean,quiet and with the curtains - nice dark for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay very much! One of the best hotels we have stayed worldwide within this price range. Really good value for money. Thank you! Highly recommended!

There is nothing

This is a great hotel, a approximately 20-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the mall and train station. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms are a decent size. They provide enough room for one or two people but can get tight for more than that. The bed was very comfortable, the water was hot, and housekeeping was conducted correctly as requested. The service was good, and everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. Breakfast is decent, but at 16 euros, better and cheaper options are available in the area. Parking is available, with plenty of spots, for 16 euros a day, and it allows in-and-out access. A bar and restaurant are located on the premises, but we did not use them. Overall, the great location, available parking, and rooms make it a good hotel in Wiesbaden.

Even though breakfast was good, it could use more variety.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. The checkin and out process is quick, the location is also good and there is generally plenty of onsite parking. Breakfast is good and meets quality versus cost expectations. Good size rooms well maintained and with tea and coffee making facilities. Bar is well stocked and pleasant. There is some evening food like pizzas etc but no restaraunt service in the evening. But I am a fan of this hotel good overall cost versus facilities ratio

Everything was okay for me

The location of Premier Inn Wiesbaden is excellent. Very close to public transport. The room is very good with powerful heating system, adequate lighting and comfortable beds. There is a water kettle and some tea coffee sachets along with cups and spoons. Bathroom has got floor heating on, the shower works great. Friendly staff. Recommended hotel. WiFi is really good.

The cleaning is poor. You need to ask at the reception to clean your room or to change the towels. The room and bathroom doors have many finger marks which shows that they haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

Breakfasts were good, there was a hot food buffet in addition to the regular continental style offerings. Although the property was close to the Hbf the gradient could be problem for me but there were bus stops in both directions only 100m from the property. The 17:00 - 19:00 happy hour with 50% off all drinks each day was an unexpected bonus!

The only very minor point was that I wasn't told (or didn't hear) at check-in that the housekeeping service was not automatically provided unless you requested that it was.

Clean rooms, modern facilities, nice-smelling soap in shower! Excellent breakfast too.

We could open the windows but couldn't reach out -- I would have loved to be able to get my head outside or use the balcony. Also we had an early start one day and only just had time to get breakfast as it didn't start until 7am. Finally we asked for a twin room but ended up with a double, despite twin being confirmed by the hotel.

Modern, comfortable, clean and quiet room on the 6th floor. Friendly staff. Free streetside parking after 4 pm until 9 am and the whole weekend. Good free wifi. Late check-out 12 noon. Good shower/bathroom. In-room water kettle for preparing tea and coffee. Good lighting e.g. for reading in bed.

A second chair would be nice (but maybe it wouldn‘t fit in the quite small room). So no real complaints!

As always at a Premier Inn the beds are super comfy. There are an extra 2 pillows in the wardrobe (if needed). I attended an event in Mainz an stayed at this particular hotel before and since its only a 20 min drive I chose it. You cant beat the price. Underground parking costs 15 euros per day (which is reasonable) and the location is very close to the train station. There are a patrol station and shops nearby.

The variety of TV channels could have been better.

The location is very good and easily accessible for those arriving by train, as it is next to Wiesbaden's main station. There is a car park for those arriving by car. The surrounding area is safe for those on foot. We were well received and had our questions answered. Everything was very clean, especially the bathroom. The room is pleasant, with a modern style. I personally prefer harder mattresses, and the one we slept on was softer, but it was fine. My husband could walk to the concert of his favourite band at the Kulturzentrum Schlachthof Wiesbaden. We'd go back!

The location is good in that it is walking distance from the main train station. Most of the staff were friendly, except for this not so friendly lady with glasses manning the midnight shift. But it was nice that one of the other staff gave us a baby cot when it wasn't really part of the package (it depends on availability). I think overall, staying here gets the job done, whatever your intent in Wiesbaden is.

I think Premier Inn is one of the best when it comes to training their staff to be welcoming and friendly in Germany. That's one of their strong points. So really focus on that and try to be consistent -- don't get people who can sour the performance of others.
