Shower head was at a strange angle! Lack of restaurant facilities, or indeed any facilities, on a Sunday night is not good. In fairness, we knew in advance. But how on earth can you have an apparently busy airport and apart from the NH Hotel have absolutely no facilities for travellers seemingly on a Saturday and a Sunday. It will definitely put us off travelling from Toulouse, especially at the weekend.

The best Toulouse airport hotel? Located about 15 minutes walk from the terminal. There is a shuttle from the hotel every 15 minutes, or take the free EcoPark airport bus to P5 & 6 and walk 5 minutes. A real cut about the typical airport hotel, with a bright, airy reception area with excellent seating, a bar and breakfast area (included in our rate, excellent), really fantastic, bright, modern, clean and super comfortable rooms, with good bathrooms and big beds. The staff COULD NOT HAVE BEEN KINDER OR MORE HELPFUL, explaining how to get into central Toulouse the easiest way etc. Parking on site above and below ground. Of course, the area is around an Airport so it's never going to be a beautiful location but if you need to spend a night close to Blagnac this is an absolute winner. I have stayed in the much more expensive hotel in the airport itself - honestly, this one is better!!

I was impressed by the multilingual staff who were helpful and always available on reception. The shuttle to the airport was well organised and the driver had a sense of humour. The breakfast was superb with a full range of continental and cooked options. The individual items were fresh and there were some special offerings. The breakfast room was spacious and unhurried. The room was spotlessly clean and everything functioned as it should. All in all, it was a very good stay and obviously brilliantly convenient for an overnight stay prior to an early flight. It is a proper hotel on walking distance from the hotel with a good breakfast and good beds and pillows. Personnel is very friendly and gave good advice for a diner that is open before 19:00.

- No extra pillows by default in the room. - At checkin they did not inform us that we had actually not booked a queen size room, but a queen size room with mobility support (a mistake by us when booking). The mobility support meant that the room is for handicapped people, and thus the shower head was way too low. It would have been nice if the clerk at checkin would have confirmed with us which type of room we have booked, so we could have reacted to change to a normal queens size room without mobility support.

The hotel is well located for the airport. The room was well laid out, the bed comfortable, as was the furniture, the bathroom was well designed and spotless with lovely towels. The breakfast display was good with a wide choice of food, however, the hot ingredients sit on the warming plates for a long time. The reception, lounge/dining area is inviting.

One of the main reasons for booking the hotel (there are plenty of others close to the airport) was for the shuttle service, which wasn't operating. This is a central boast of the hotel.

Fab location near hire car exit at the airport. Lovely rooms, great facilities, free underground carpark. Very comfortable. Great breakfast . Fab large table football table. Enjoyed the gym. Lovely spacious clean modern rooms with air con and black-out curtains. Reception staffed when we arrived at midnight. Lots of products in bathroom.

Daughter said sofa bed could have been more comfy No minibar in room .. arrived about midnight and would have liked a drink . Though bottle of water and hot drink sachets in room.

Our flight was early the next morning so we decided to book a hotel close to the airport to make things easy for us. The location is great as you are within an 11-minute walk to the terminal (timed it and it was 10 min 54 seconds while carrying all of our bags) and they also a shuttle bus service. It is close but you are not disturbed by the noise of the runways. Room was comfortable and clean with spacious bathroom. Breakfast selection was minimal but good for being included in the price. Overall great value.

Breakfast could have been better but it was still good value. Bed was smaller than most hotel beds so less comfortable but it was only for one night so not a big deal.

We stay here every year. It's close to the airport and offers a shuttle service during the day but close enough to walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. Rooms are large and quiet. The car park accommodates our vehicles. The staff are very helpful and very responsive to messages. I've had parcels delivered which are always waiting there for my arrival. Nothing is too difficult. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when flying into Toulouse.

15 minute easy walk from airport. Quite location. Excellent self service breakfast. The room was very clean, with the bathroom bright and spotless. I found the staff unfortunately a little curt generally, where a pleasant greeting and a smile was absent mostly. I arrived early at the hotel, and while I understood the official check-in time was 3pm, no effort was made to get this tired pensioner checked in earlier.

This hotel has received high ratings for very friendly staff, but I found these ratings misleading.

Proximity to the airport. Comfortable beds, consistent hot water supply. Complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee sachets in-room, complimentary dental hygiene kit available upon request. Free shuttle service (7am) from hotel-airport. Great for layovers. Amazing breakfast options — hot meals: bacon, sausages, baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, scrambled eggs, beans, different/variety of pastries, jams, cheese, cold cuts, milks and cereals. They even have a self-operated waffle station. Fruits available too. Bonus: we enjoyed watching the rabbits outside our window (behind the hotel property).

A bit difficult to find dining options, as we went there on a weekend and the hotel’s restaurant was closed. Seems like the nearest food option was a mcdonald’s which is like a 7-10mins walk away.
