The hotel was clean and modern having opened only recently. It was also located directly opposite the main rail station and close to other public transport facilities. When approached, staff were friendly and helpful, either communicating in English or tolerating my appalling French. The room was large by the standards of most hotels of this rating.

My stay in Lyon coincided with the three hottest days of the year so far. The aircon in my room appeared not to be working but when I complained I was told the whole sytem was out of order and would not be in service for some time. This in a hotel which advertises itself as being fully airconditioned throughout.

Clean room, nice staff, very close to Part-Dieu station where you can take the Rhonexpress for a direct connection to the airport. Would definitely stay here again for a future trip to Lyon.

Room: It is properly spaced. The bed was comfortable. The AC works fine even while you are not in the room. Bathroom: It is very big. The shower cabin is decently spaced. There is always warm water available. The toilet flushed properly. Staff: They were very helpful and nice. Location: It is 3 minutes from Part Dieu train station and from the T4 tram station and from the Rhonexpres terminal station. This is a huge plus. Breakfast: It is very diverse, charcuterie, cheese, croissants, pain aux chocolate, pancakes, fruit juices, many types of coffee. For sure you will find something to your tasting

I really liked the look of the place, it was clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant but got there after the kitchen had closed, and they really tried their best to accommodate me and get me something to eat. The room itself was beautiful and bathroom was luxurious - I loved the shower!!

The mattresses (I had two twin beds put together) were comfortable enough to sleep on, but every move I made released some loud squeak or crack or twang. To the point I worried about waking up the people in the next room. Luckily I sleep with earplugs so it didn't bother me too much, but if there had been two of us in the room it could have been an issue. Also one of the mattresses was broken on the side, I was grateful I had two options.

The hotel and room were nice, seemed relatively new or recently renovated. It was very clean and the staff were great and helpful when questions were asked.

The rooms were very small. It was very hard to maneuver 2 suitcases or walk around the foot of the bed. Was unable to get Netflix working but wasn't that important so didn't call down to the front desk. There is no mini fridge in the room which would have been helpful. We had wanted to chill a bottle of wine so we asked the staff at the bar for some ice to do so and they gave us a glass of ice. Perhaps a wine cooler would have helped.

Firstly, the location is excellent and despite being close to the train station from where we had arrived, the area was not too busy and was quiet. We stayed on 2 occasions during a 3 week period. Reception staff on both of our stays were welcoming, good humoured, polite and put up with my poor attempts in French. The room overlooked a bright courtyard and the window could be opened - a real plus. It was clean, the bed linen good and beds comfortable but not quite long enough for my tall son, however, he still had a good night's sleep. The shower was good with consistent hot water and easy to use. both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Loved having a kettle in the room. Although we did not use the on site cafe, it looked good and is a welcome facility to have for people arriving who, for whatever reason, don't want to wander the streets looking for food.

The teabags and paper cups! Both the plain tea and flavoured were not pleasant. The coffee was fine.

This is a 3-star hotel which overdelivers its promise: location is 2 min walk from Part Dieu train station, but in a quiet area. Around 20 min by metro or tram, or bus from the different sights in the city center. Very welcoming reception, very good breakfast (would be good even for a 4-star hotel), newly refurbished and stylish rooms. The bed was ok, not excellent, not bad. Very good value for money !

I would not call it a shortcoming, rather information: The wardrobe was small, just enough for my clothes for 4 days. However, for 2 people the wardrobe could be rather small. I was not disturbed by the voices of the people in the neighbouring rooms, however, the doors were shutting very loudly - take your earplugs, if you are sound sensitive.

The room was clean and quite comfortable with most necessary amenities. It was stylish and quiet, with no outside noise. It is conveniently located in front of Gare de Part-Dieu with multiple transportation choices, including direct links to the airport. The breakfast was nice and varied and staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing in particular. It was a bit far from the city center, but stuff very well supplied with multiple transportation options to access it.

In the perfect location close to the train station (yet not too close), the hotel isn't that impressive upon arrival but the room made up for it completely! The rooms have been newly renovated (including air-con), and are lovely, modern, and very comfortable! I really liked the decor and bathroom, and slept very well in the bed. Loved that there was a proper desk space, and that it was quiet. Breakfast was included and simple yet with warm and cold items, so enough to get your day started. Overall, for my 1 night transfer in Lyon, it was the right choice for me :)

My room met my needs and was lovely, but interesting the contrast between the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The reception and bar/eating area is a bit older, so don't let this put you off when you first arrive, as the rooms are comfortable.

The place was beautiful and really clean, the staff were friendly, the location was close to the train station and easy walking distance to restaurants and the river. Even though there was construction going on while I was there, I didn't notice it at all.

The bed was noisy, creaky, the mattress was in bad shape. As I roll a lot it would have been a problem if my husband had been with me. The breakfast was maybe a bit expensive for what you got - €15 seems steep for a buffet but the food was not bad.
