breakfast menu needs some updates fruits variety … but most important VIP OR NOT THE EGGS USE IN ALL PREPARATION NEED TO BE VERY FRESH. I had on 2 occasions rotten eggs after taste with an omelette and with scramble eggs. Staff told me “did you take it from the general population breakfast?” I told the staff it doesnt matter somebody will eventually get sick it doesnt matter who. Also the omelette in both stations vip or not did not taste like eggs not sure what s mixed in that batter but it is a no no. Mind you i am not even an omelette person. anyways for the rest amazing enjoy your stay

We had a superior double that was amazing. The private pool was great for evening dips after dinner and lounging around. The spa was absolutely fantastic and buffet dinner we had was great as well. We were a bit confused to have breakfast only but some how all the drinks were free didnt really make sense but wasnt going to complain. The private beach is great and the amount of pools is also great. Laura at reception was lovely and the cleaners. Although they changed our towels every day even though we hung them up to be reused.

The staff didnt seem very friendly compared to the staff at the other 2 hotels we went to. The managers seemed very high strung as well as a few other staff members. We got told our packed lunch would be ready for the last day and it wasnt done. They almost laughed at us when we asked if the taxi was ordered and they said not to worry they will fly to the port. Which they did at 147km an hour! Unless you have a car, the only way to get to the hotel is with a taxi that cost 35 euros from Malia which is 7.5 km away and again was needed for the port at 80 euros. Couldnt get into our room straight away as the room key machine was not working. All in all not the worst but the main customer facing staff let it down.

I recently stayed at the Minos Imperial Luxury Hotel in Crete and had a mixed experience. The Sea View Suite, while offering breathtaking views, was smaller than expected. The service, however, was outstanding. The staff, particularly Elena, Emily, Sara, and Fotini, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay far more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any requests truly stood out and added a special touch to our trip. Also, the hotel is situated in a beautiful but hard-to-reach area. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The hygiene standards at the buffet were lacking, with the tray and the trolley where they transport the plates and cups were unclean, which raised concerns about food safety. As well as the hotel having a lot of bugs around even leading up to the rooms and sometimes within the room. This aspect of our stay was particularly troubling and detracted from the overall experience.

Food can be better. Launch is not like a five star hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Wi-Fi was active in common areas and in the room. Very nice staff.

The breakfast buffet was varied but the same every day and not of the highest quality

We like the room, the view, the number of pools, and the private beach. The bath in the room was great.

The hotel service. They missed the room water every day and we had to ask every time. The lift to the room was not working a few times. The buffet food wasn't great for the price.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were designed with comfort in mind. Its convenient location made it easy to access local attractions and transportation options, adding to the overall convenience.

They don't have enough staff. It's a bit disturbing. You can see these people work way to long and there is not enough of them. When you have one exhausted ukrainian girl to bus 30 tables it's absurd. Room service it's the same. 1h wait, order came messed up, but just looking at the state of the staff I didn't even say anything. Hire more staff and pay them and service will be good.

The peaceful ambiance, stunning sunsets, and great food made our anniversary truly memorable. The resort is ideal for couples.

The location is amazing. Special mention for bar&restaurant manager Yorgios, but all staff was amazing. Nice beach, nice pools, everything clean The room was huge and well equiped, very nice

The food is not bad, but not great either. Many dishes, but none of them to mention especially.
