very close to transport, really friendly staff, comfortable bed with tv for youtube and Netflix, roof top pool with amazing views, mini bar options and room service options. breakfast was fresh, with croissants, juices, cereals, cheeses, fruit and tea and coffee.

the pool was cloudy and didn’t seem very clean, but i did go later in the day around 17:00 so other people probably didnt shower before the entered

I saw on booking.com that they provide sandwiches for those who leave early for the ferry, and that’s the reason why I chose this hotel and the breakfast plan, but the receptionist told me when I checked in that they had stopped doing it a year ago. Moreover, they said that bringing food from outside is prohibited, so we had to leave without any breakfast. Honestly I don’t know if I should blame the hotel or booking.com, but they should prevent this kind of misunderstanding somehow, as this is a five star hotel which is supposed to provide top level service.

This was an overnight stay providing an early start for the morning ferry. Excellent service by all staff, clean rooms, great location for ferries.

It was just what we wanted. Efficient check in by personable, helpful and friendly staff after midnight.

Arrived after 14 night cruise close to harbor so short taxi ride staff at reception very helpful as room not ready gave us a map and showed us places to see in the area. room was good and quiet breakfast was fantastic , 1 day we had a short walk to metro and had a day in Athens only 20 mins on train to center.. Lovley roof top pool and relaxing area with great views of surrounds , in all a great way to unwind after cruise would recommend if you need a few days before or after holiday in the Med . also close to some good cafes and bars

The hotel is located in an easily accessible place, there is a metro station nearby, it is easy to navigate around. Comfortable bed and pillows, the room has good soundproofing. Delicious and rich breakfast, the serving time from 7.00 to 10.30 is also good, it was possible to take your time having breakfast before checking out. The staff is kind and responsive. Everything promised was available, but we didn't need to use it all. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel,

be careful when searching for a hotel on Google Maps. The address given on the Booking site next to the hotel location, when copied and entered into Google Maps, takes you to another place - to Karaoli kai Dimitriou 23, Moschato, which is a different area several kilometers away, but the street name is the same. However, if you happen to get lost, the problem can be easily solved, because the trains and metro run regularly, the traffic is understandable. recommend searching on Google Maps by hotel name.

Great location. Ideal for a cosequent boat trip to the islands. Professional and friendly staff. Building with a character but a bit old fashioned and worn out rooms. Catering was great. Lobby (I had a business meeting) insufficient for business use.

Lift was too old and small for a hotel of such rating. Rooms need renovation. Lobby small and not proper for any business meetings etc.

Daily room cleaning Location was so easy to walk anywhere in Pireaus, the port, harbour & beaches plus countless shops, bars & restaurants all within a 15 min walk. Lovely city ❤️

The swimming pool desperately needs a good clean. Ledges are filthy. For a 5 star I would have expected tea/coffee in room with kettle rather than having to ask . Had to purchase own tea bags (or take from dining hall at breakfast which felt wrong)

Breakfast was good with good options. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the lady. She allowed us early check-in without any additional cost since we travelled and were tired. She helped us with the locations around and nearby places to visit. Place is very close to the ferry port and City Centre. Lots of stuff provided like Vanity kit, Slippers, Shower cap etc. even iron on request. There is a mini bar if you need.

There could have been water bottles kept in the room without a charge. The locality and roadside next to the property had a slight smell because of local people not keeping it well. AC was on auto power saving mode.

We actually slept for only one night in this hotel before going to Milos. But we wish we slept even more days in this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. We arrived very late at midnight and they did us a fast and easy check-in. The hotel is very well located and close to the port. Such a clean and nice hotel. This was the comfiest bed as well. The room is spacious, beautiful and comfy. Also the breakfast included a variety of options. The price is affordable and encouraging. We are definitely choosing this hotel next time. I wasn’t able to take photos due to our short stay and we were tight on time to catch the fairy vessel. But i really recommend this hotel.
