Cosy & clean room with amazing view of Namba Park and location right next to many eateries and Metro &JR station. Very easy to reach from Kansai airport via JR and walking distance of 5mins, through Takashimaya. Do not take the airport bus services but take the JR station directly to Namba station.

Size of room can be slightly bigger cause unable to open 2 luggage at one time but able to manage.

Perfect location! So close and walkable to everything. The Limousine bus stop is max 5 minute walk away. The subway is also nearby, but we were able to walk everywhere. The room was perfect for 2, but anymore than 2 people and it would feel too cramped. This is the most thoughtful hotel that came up with every single thing you didn't think you needed until you got this room. There was a foot massager! I have never had any accommodation provide a foot massager before and we definitely used it every day. There was also a shoe dryer, not really sure when we would have used that, but it didn't rain during our stay. They provided small items like toothbrush/paste, hair tie, hair brush/comb, q tip, face pads, every single wash possible (face wash, face lotion, body wash body lotion, toner etc). The hotel was very clean. There's a separate floor with coin operated laundry machine and also a floor with a microwave if needing to heat up food! Great, great stay with all the amenities you can think of. They even offered 1 bowl free ochazuke late at night I think around 2300 or midnight!

There's nothing we didn't like about our stay. They thought of anything and everything possible to make sure you have the most comfortable stay!

This was in the best location with easy access from Kyoto by the Hankyu line and easy, straight forward access to KIX airport by the Rapi:t train. The station is across the road and once you learn to navigate Namba station, it's quite straightforward. (To reach the hotel, use the Central exit or Exit 5.) It's also within walking distance of Dotonburi all the undercover shopping streets. Plenty of eateries around and konbini stores. I appreciated the foot massage machine in the hotel, the lovely skincare and haircare products, the bathtub/shower wet room, and the tatami flooring.

Location is perfect! It just right next to the Namba Nankai station where rapit express direct spot! You can see the hotel building on the platform after you get off from the AirPort Express! And the metro JR are all connected in the subway. Right opposite to the shopping areas Namba City (GU, Uniqlo, ABC Mart, Bookstore, 3 coins plus and Namba Park (with Kura flagship store!) and just connected to the Labi for Toys for kids. Walking distance to Nipponbashi, Kuromon Market, Shininsaibashi, if you don’t want to walk or take metro, taxi from there to the above spot is around 800-1000 yen only, totally good price!

The location is perfect, and the staff is really nice and they helped a lot, the room is very neat and comfortable.

Everything was really clean and accommodating to us - the rooms would get regularly cleaned and we loved the free rice and soup at night to have, the location was good walking distance to everything and right next to the train stations which was easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful would highly recommend! We also had our luggage’s transferred through hiyori hotel to the next hotel in Tokyo and that came perfectly on time by the time we checked in!

Nothing I can fault - Rooms could have been a little bigger for 3 people but that’s the expectation going into Japan, otherwise overall we had an amazing stay!

Very good location and convenient. Great location if travelling from Kansai Airport, which has a direct train to Namba. Room facilities are good, everything you need is there, including a hair straightener. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western food.

The room is small, but understandable due to the central location. The cleansing is not daily due to "environmental protection", which is not that good for us. Most importantly, I lost a computer mouse in the room and contacted the hotel by email 1 day after leaving, but never got a reply. The customer service should be improved.

Shared a “Moderate double room with shower”, with my 13yo son. Room at 16m2 was on the larger size, floor plan was thoughtful and the bed design such that it allowed us to store our luggage underneath, making the room very functional for 2 people. Note that the bed was pushed on one side against a wall, however this was not an issue for us. Bed was 150cm wide, equivalent to an Australian queen bed, and comfortable for 2 people. We found pillows very hard and not suited to our personal preference, however it is just that, personal preference. Well sounded-proofed and blinds were efficient in blocking early morning light. We arrived at check in time and made use of laundry facilities on arrival (2 coin operated washers and dryers located on 6th floor). At that time of day all machines were available. Laundry detergent supplied, cycles were short and efficient. Our laundry was washed and dried within 70 minutes, while we refreshed in the room away from peak afternoon heat, before heading out to explore the city. LOVED the foot massager in the room! Convenient short walk to Namba station, making it super easy to connect on the transport system. All staff were helpful and welcome gift, refreshment drinks and daily ice sticks were much appreciated. Overall a very positive stay and would return again.

Hotel is just 2-3 min walk once exit from Namba station, which is convenient to move around the city. Many eateries around the hotel. A cheap and good Taiwan stall just opposite the hotel. Room space is considered big by Japan standard and sufficient to fully open one small luggage at a time. The staff are very helpful. The free soup and Takoyaki from 7-9pm helps fill the stomach after coming back from shopping. There are free face mask at reception counter for use. Washer and dryer on Level 7, so rooms on that level is abit noisy. Shampoo and body wash lotion is fragrant. The foot massager is helpful after a day of long walking. Definitely will visit again!

Pillow too soft. House keeping is only once every 3rd day of stay. On other days, need to place towels and pajamas in the basket provided and placed outside room and they will change for you. Trash to be placed outside the room, except on house keeping day.

The location of the hotel and the daily cleaning. the hotel location so near with Nankai train to airport make it really less than 10 min walking distance to take the train. It is suitable for traveler with early flight. The hotel helps to take care baggage if you reach earlier than check in time. The hotel door will lock after 12am and will only able to enter with door access card which is safety guarantee for us. The hotel is at walking distance to Namba park and city mall.

Not enough of washing machine and dryer. It is especially at night. Maybe the dryer motor is not strong enough to dry thick cloth especially if you stay during autumn weather. No coin laundry nearby hotel, hence need wait long time to complete the laundry service at hotel.
