Cosy & clean room with amazing view of Namba Park and location right next to many eateries and Metro &JR station. Very easy to reach from Kansai airport via JR and walking distance of 5mins, through Takashimaya. Do not take the airport bus services but take the JR station directly to Namba station.

Size of room can be slightly bigger cause unable to open 2 luggage at one time but able to manage.

Perfect location! So close and walkable to everything. The Limousine bus stop is max 5 minute walk away. The subway is also nearby, but we were able to walk everywhere. The room was perfect for 2, but anymore than 2 people and it would feel too cramped. This is the most thoughtful hotel that came up with every single thing you didn't think you needed until you got this room. There was a foot massager! I have never had any accommodation provide a foot massager before and we definitely used it every day. There was also a shoe dryer, not really sure when we would have used that, but it didn't rain during our stay. They provided small items like toothbrush/paste, hair tie, hair brush/comb, q tip, face pads, every single wash possible (face wash, face lotion, body wash body lotion, toner etc). The hotel was very clean. There's a separate floor with coin operated laundry machine and also a floor with a microwave if needing to heat up food! Great, great stay with all the amenities you can think of. They even offered 1 bowl free ochazuke late at night I think around 2300 or midnight!

There's nothing we didn't like about our stay. They thought of anything and everything possible to make sure you have the most comfortable stay!

This was in the best location with easy access from Kyoto by the Hankyu line and easy, straight forward access to KIX airport by the Rapi:t train. The station is across the road and once you learn to navigate Namba station, it's quite straightforward. (To reach the hotel, use the Central exit or Exit 5.) It's also within walking distance of Dotonburi all the undercover shopping streets. Plenty of eateries around and konbini stores. I appreciated the foot massage machine in the hotel, the lovely skincare and haircare products, the bathtub/shower wet room, and the tatami flooring.

The location of the hotel and the daily cleaning. the hotel location so near with Nankai train to airport make it really less than 10 min walking distance to take the train. It is suitable for traveler with early flight. The hotel helps to take care baggage if you reach earlier than check in time. The hotel door will lock after 12am and will only able to enter with door access card which is safety guarantee for us. The hotel is at walking distance to Namba park and city mall.

Not enough of washing machine and dryer. It is especially at night. Maybe the dryer motor is not strong enough to dry thick cloth especially if you stay during autumn weather. No coin laundry nearby hotel, hence need wait long time to complete the laundry service at hotel.

It is close to Namba station. There’s a lot of nearby shops, restaurants and Maccas too! It only a 12-15 mins walk to dotonbori. Breakfast was also good! But the service was the best! My partner had a tooth ache 2 days before we leave, so we ask the receptionist if she can contact anyone or if she can call the number we found online of a dentist clinic which the receptionist was able to book it for us. So so grateful to the service! They also have a laundry with dryer as well. Room was big for an 18cm and we had a view too! If you are planning to send your luggage, they do accept it however if you want it to send to airport, you need to send it 4 days before your departure.

Since it is close to station lots and lots of people checking in and out. Which we didn’t mind at all! But keep that in mind. The hotel is a tourist friendly which was reassuring.

We love this hotel. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. It is located close to dotonbori. Namba area is a great location and in walking distance to do many shops and restaurants. The train stations are nearby. There’s a ramen, McD, and Family Mart just a few steps away. It’s family friendly. We were able to get 3 Family Triple Rooms for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Our friends had a great time and also enjoyed the buffet in the morning. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Osaka. This place has friendly staff. It’s also clean. We had 2 mid size luggages which we were able to fit under our bed. We were staying at an Airbnb the first week in Tokyo. Then we came back to this hotel for our 2nd week since we enjoyed our previous 2 stays here. We are so happy we made that decision and our friends who joined us loved it too.

We have no complaints

Hotel is within 5 walk from Namba Nankai Train station. There is a convenient store within 3 mins walk for drinks and snacks. There are a lot eateries from high end to local restaurant in the neighborhood. Shopping is everywhere near hotel. They even offer face masks at the reception upon your check in.

Nothing. This is a very environment friendly hotel. They will do full cleaning on the 3rd day of your stay. But you can leave your garbage outside of your room for morning collection. You can leave dirty towels for exchange in the laundry bag and leave it outside of your room every morning before you go out. You can collect bottle of water from reception anytime. I really appreciate this arrangement.

Location is superb! Direct access to Nankai Train Station Walking distance to Dontobori, Namba Park, Sky O, Takashimaya, Namba Yasaka Shrine, IOIO, even Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street (1 station) away. Daily supply of facial mask, toys, welcome drink, and etc. at lobby. Everything is good. Highly recommended if visiting Osaka.

Cleaning of the room is every 3 days moving towards environmental and sustainability effort. But even so, should at least to get the thrash to be cleared on daily basis since the room is not that big. Besides that, the room sound barrier is not so great but tolerable. The reception and the room is location next to each other on different building. But it’s ok.

At the price point, I was satisfied, especially with the location which was 5 mins from the train and subway. The room design (separate bath and WC, sink outside) and amenities (toiletries, PJs) were well thought-out and the room we booked was comfortable for 2 persons and space to open 1 medium and 1 small hard suitcase. We were not bothered by traffic noises and the complimentary snacks and drinks provided around dinner time was a nice touch. The hotel remembered that i requested for an extra sheet pre- check in and provided it without me needing to ask again.

My only 2 complaints are subjective and relatively minor: (1) I found the pillow too firm and so had a bit of neck ache. (2) a espresso coffee machine would have been perfect (maybe 1 in the common room?) as the instant didn't hit the spot.

I absolutely loved the hotel’s breakfast during my stay! Every morning, I looked forward to it because of the wide variety of options available. From fresh fruits and pastries to hearty warm dishes, there was something for everyone. However, what really stood out to me was the salad section. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and it felt like a burst of flavor with every bite. The quality and selection of food made each breakfast feel like a treat, setting the tone for a wonderful day ahead. As for the location, it’s very convenient, with the train station just a short walk away. This made getting around super easy, which I really appreciated. The room was also quite nice, though I did miss having tea or coffee available inside. It would’ve been a lovely touch to have a little more convenience in the room for those early mornings or late nights.
