We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfasts were very good. Room was clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Staff responded to my requests promptly. The older Shuttle Driver on Monday morning, who tells jokes was very nice and drove carefully. The Driver on Sunday evening scared the hell out of me and other guests on the bus with his wild driving.

The beds are too high for older or Arthritic people to get into. My wife needed a small foot stool, (which was provided by the Desk Clerk) to get into bed. The bed cover is too heavy and hot to sleep under. There were 4 coffee cup lids, ...but only one coffee cup in the room. The controller for the HVAC unit worked intermittently, and seemed to have a mind of its own.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, good shower, lovely breakfast. The bus to the airport was on time, and driven by a helpful and jolly person who lifted the bags on and off the bus.

I found the light switches confusing in the room. I ended up sleeping with the light above the bed still on as I couldn't find how to turn it off! I would have found it useful to have switches labelled as to which lights they controlled. Or else a plan in the room of the light switches and which light they controlled. I do have some vision issues as other people perhaps do, so labelling would have helped

The breakfast was awesome

The rooms were not ready when l arrived and asked for 2 pm arrival days before l came to hotel they said no problem and didn't get it till 3.30 pm .no discount or upgrade .the bathroom. Was so dirty the fan in the bathroom didn't work. There was wa3 inches of dirt in it, and the tub had marks in it big repair hole in it .the restaurant next was out ragous price 136$ for the two of us and no alcohol. And service was so and food was cold and chicken was so dried out had to eat no discount on that either

This hotel is fairly new and well-appointed. The room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate two people and their luggage. Breakfast was well-served and offered multiple options and plenty of seating. I observed people cleaning the public places throughout the day, making it inviting and clean. It was great to have shuttle service to the airport since my friend and I were traveling at different times.

I was surprised that the computers offered for guest use were in a very public spot and crowded together, making it awkward for two people to use the two available. It would have been helpful to be able to use a computer out of the congestion of the front office.

The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options available. The breakfast lady was very efficient and made sure that everything was topped up before it was empty. The front desk staff were very friendly and when we were looking for extra towels he went to get them right away.

Although the beds were very comfortable once you were in them, as a height challenged person it was somewhat difficult to get up onto the bed. And as a senior I would have liked the higher toilet. The only other thing was that the pool was freezing and a bit uncomfortable.

While this Hotel did not have a bar or restaurant they were beside a Hampton Inn that did. They also had an airport shuttle which we made use of. There was plenty of room for parking and we enjoyed the large T.V. Since we had to leave at 5 am we didn't make use of their breakfast so I can not comment on what they provided there.

The heater was a little loud and there was some highway noise throughout the night. This could have all been dealt with had only I set the the fan on low and continuous. The low setting would have drowned out most of the highway noise and the low setting was not all that loud.

Good location when catching an early flight out of Halifax, as it’s just 5 minutes from the airport. Nothing too exceptional, but everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, room was quiet. The staff were efficient and pleasant. While we had to leave too early to have the regular breakfast, they had set out a ‘small breakfast’ of take-away items (yogurt, muffins, fruit, etc) which was thoughtful and appreciated.

A bit pricey.

We really appreciate the very early breakfast option. This is our third time making the same trip. We expect to do the same next Thanksgiving, and stay with you again.

Water pressure is insufficient in the shower, making it very difficult to clean my scalp, no matter how much I try to move my hair out of the way. I have straight shoulder length hair, not thick, not curly. Some orange mildew.

The grab and go breakfast for those with early flights was a very nice gesture and surprise. The bed was comfortable, the counter space in the bathroom was great, and the space in the room was very efficiently designed. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful and much appreciated. The value of the hotel was good.

It looks as though the room/bathroom could use a little bit of updating, but it was not bad at all.

Very comfortable room, nice decor, quiet For an inclusive breakfast it was very good. Like that the shuttle runs on a continuous basis and that the bus can hold a goodly number.

We arrived at 1:30 am with quite a few others, all tired and weary.. suspect the management knew how many would be arriving at that hour and there was only one person managing the registration desk..and quite slowly at that.
