The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good no complaints. Shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. On the way to the airport, the driver helped me to get in shuttle took my luggage so helpful. Coming back late at night, the driver provided great service again. Then, the next day, when I got my car parked in front, of the hotel, the shuttle driver saw me struggling to get my suitcase and bag into car, so he came over and put my suitcase into the back of my car. He was so kind and observant, truly wonderful. On my late arrival on return, I was relieved to find my room was very close to the lobby. I will stay here again

The pillows were too soft for my liking.

You have a beautiful shuttle driver (he with the handlebar moustache) who went overboard on my behalf trying to locate a cell phone I thought I'd lost in transit (only to find, later, I had in haste tucked it into a different pocket than usual). When a person is exhausted and travel-worn, it is little touches like that which can turn a frown into a smile. Also, the staff in the restaurant at a late hour, prior to closing, were relaxed, friendly and nice-to-engage-with. Thanks.

Well...., some of the bathroom fixtures need maintenance. Nothing serious.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable. Some further updates are needed but overall it was great. Staff were welcoming and helpful and there was ample parking. Breakfast was also great and replenished often. The restaurant was open until midnight which was wonderful since we needed a meal after checking in late.

We stayed in a family suite and while there was tons of space, I do wish there had been a door between the rooms. The chain/extra lock on our main door was broken off, but the deadbolt on the handle worked.

I loved the couch in the lounge and that I was able to watch an Oiler game! There was also a games room and even though I didn't use it I appreciated that it was there as it's nice to be able to stand insteadd of sitting too much.

Parking wasn't the best, but I can't conplainn as I found a spot close to the front. It was just because it was so cold when I was there. The breakfast was ok, but I had come from a hotel that had a free bacon & egg breakfast. Honestly you have everything I need for breakfast, but since you asked.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good, but fruit would have been nice. Coffee was good. Pools were great, and it was dog friendly, which was great.

The one thing I have to complain about is the fact the room was so humid that the floor was wet all the time. If we didn't keep the air conditioning down to 69 the floors wouldn't dry, but the air also didn't work well. I should have realized there was a moisture problem when I saw the big dehumidifier outside our room with a huge bucket that was full of water. So, based on that I think the room price was too much.

we actuallly spent 2 nights after a flight cacellation, the first night was great, the second night was not so great. The last night we were in the lower level and the rooms smelled musty, a dehumidifier ran outside our room all night, and the air conditioner in the room did the same. Meals were great, staff friendly and helpful

room at the very end of the bottom level and had steps to pull our luggage up before we could get to the room. Husband had put his back out so this left me to try and get all the luggage up the hallway and the stairs

We chose this location due to it's closeness to the airport, as we had an early flight. It was 4 min from where we needed to drop the car Coffee was available in the lobby at certain times, and there was a restaurant on site. Clean and there was a breakfast included but we were not able to take advantage, Bonus, it is right next door to the Maritime Aviation Museum which is well worth a visit!

Apparently there is a race track near the hotel, and on Friday nights, you can hear them pretty well. Good thing is I think they stopped around 10 or 11 at night

Location. Shuttle. breakfast, clean, helpful staff. I didn't do a park and fly with you this time, but your offer to guests to park for free for 2 weeks is a real bonus.

I would prefer that Quality inn Had a place on the website to sign in direct rather than use an agency like Booking.com I could have done it over the phone but I don't like the idea of giving that info over the phone. Also, I would like you to include the little extras that I signed for at the front desk to be included in the advertised price. I think sliding them in at sign in is sleazy.

The location was fabulous, the restaurant great, dinner portions were generous and the food delicious. Restaurant wait staff were fabulous. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was excellent and made coming to the hotel effortless.

It was a little outdated looking inside. The race track nearby was noisy. Breakfast was a tad ordinary and lacking in quality healthy options.

We had a very nice meal at the property and the staff advised us to eat early as there were additional people coming into the property. Very comfortable stay and were able to visit the Aviation Museum close by. The shuttle service was also very efficient. Having access to a laundry was an extra bonus. Left Halifax with all clothes clean.

A plan in the room of the property would be great, the property is a bit confusing if going down t the pool or laundry.
