Room was large, clean, and had a view. Bed was comfortable, closet space adequate for our needs. On-site restaurant was convenient and was very good - seafood was fresh and more than enough. Price was good or better than other restaurants. Shuttle was on time and convenient. It was also free.

The shower curtain rod was broken and tilted down, so it was difficult to keep it closed during a shower. We used clothes pins to keep from flooding the floor of the bathroom. Also there was a dehumidified just outside our door which was quite loud. The AC unit was dated, and it heated too hot, and cooled too much. A constant fan would have been perfect, but it didn't have one.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good no complaints. Shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. On the way to the airport, the driver helped me to get in shuttle took my luggage so helpful. Coming back late at night, the driver provided great service again. Then, the next day, when I got my car parked in front, of the hotel, the shuttle driver saw me struggling to get my suitcase and bag into car, so he came over and put my suitcase into the back of my car. He was so kind and observant, truly wonderful. On my late arrival on return, I was relieved to find my room was very close to the lobby. I will stay here again

The pillows were too soft for my liking.

The cups in the room could be proper cups for tea, coffee . The coffee/tea maker and nightmare to figure out .The breakfast needs some serious work .eggs were rubbery i am guessing bought in bags frozen then headed up .awful taste. Sausage I am guessing done and bought the same way ,very rubbery. Juice was mostly water. The only good part was the toast and cereal. Hot breakfast needs a lot of work, especially when most are travellers and perhaps only meal they will have for some few hrs

The hotel room is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The staff was accommodating and the restaurant had a variety of food options. The food was very good. We enjoyed the pool tables. There is a shuttle from the airport direct to either the extended parking or the hotel which takes about 3 minutes on route. The hotel calls to tell the driver there is someone at the airport or they call the driver to say someone needs picking up from the hotel. Either way, the shuttle comes every half hour, if not called. It was very convenient.

You have a beautiful shuttle driver (he with the handlebar moustache) who went overboard on my behalf trying to locate a cell phone I thought I'd lost in transit (only to find, later, I had in haste tucked it into a different pocket than usual). When a person is exhausted and travel-worn, it is little touches like that which can turn a frown into a smile. Also, the staff in the restaurant at a late hour, prior to closing, were relaxed, friendly and nice-to-engage-with. Thanks.

Well...., some of the bathroom fixtures need maintenance. Nothing serious.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable. Some further updates are needed but overall it was great. Staff were welcoming and helpful and there was ample parking. Breakfast was also great and replenished often. The restaurant was open until midnight which was wonderful since we needed a meal after checking in late.

We stayed in a family suite and while there was tons of space, I do wish there had been a door between the rooms. The chain/extra lock on our main door was broken off, but the deadbolt on the handle worked.

I loved the couch in the lounge and that I was able to watch an Oiler game! There was also a games room and even though I didn't use it I appreciated that it was there as it's nice to be able to stand insteadd of sitting too much.

Parking wasn't the best, but I can't conplainn as I found a spot close to the front. It was just because it was so cold when I was there. The breakfast was ok, but I had come from a hotel that had a free bacon & egg breakfast. Honestly you have everything I need for breakfast, but since you asked.

Hidden gem restaurant: fast, delicious quality meals that were also affordable; such servers as Haley provided exceptional customer service! As for the room itself-it was modern and spotless-great view of outdoor pool from room 129, but what my partner and I enjoyed best was having our own sleeping area and television.

Found room to be a bit noisy at the times, but to be expected at am airport hotel-with flights leaving anytime of day or night.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good, but fruit would have been nice. Coffee was good. Pools were great, and it was dog friendly, which was great.

The one thing I have to complain about is the fact the room was so humid that the floor was wet all the time. If we didn't keep the air conditioning down to 69 the floors wouldn't dry, but the air also didn't work well. I should have realized there was a moisture problem when I saw the big dehumidifier outside our room with a huge bucket that was full of water. So, based on that I think the room price was too much.

I liked that the room was big enough for the six of us. The bed was also very comfortable.

In most hotels we've stayed at, we didn’t have to call for someone to change our dirty towels or empty the garbage bins. But here, no one came, so we ended up using our old towels, and the trash was still full when we checked out. P.S. Make sure to call housekeeping if you need anything during your stay.
