I had such an awesome stay at Chateau Bedford Trademark Collection by Wyndham! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. For the price, it’s honestly hard to beat. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one really impressed me with its value for money. Sure, it’s an older hotel, but it’s so well taken care of that it feels charming rather than outdated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining it, and it shows. Oh, and the breakfasts are amazing! Good variety, fresh, and really tasty. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot in the area that doesn’t break the bank, I’d definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect! If I could suggest one little thing, it’d be adding a shoehorn and a toilet brush in the rooms. Not a big deal at all—just a friendly thought!

Good sized very clean room, bathroom also very good size and clean. Beds very comfortable and clean, seating area good. Nice TV with choice of channels. Having a coffee maker (espresso) was excellent and an unexpected bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will book this hotel again on our next visit

The area where we could get hot drinks 24/7 could do with at least one spotlight to illuminate the hot drinks area. It is a very dark area right now and could be dangerous.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They had a great breakfast . Rooms were very clean with smart tvs so you can watch your own nexflix ,disney+,youtube, etc. Everything/place is only a 20 minute drive or less away. This was not our first stay at this property and definitely will not be our last.

Beds were a little hard but some people like a hard bed. Had to reconnect to the wifi everytime we left the hotel, but that could be a me problem and not the hotel.

I liked how clean the rooms were and how helpful and kind the staff was. I really liked having a common eating area since we were travelling with a large group of family members. We were in the third floor and it was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was good too with nice drinks and hot food. The pool temperature was good too.

I would have loved if they had a hot tub next to the pool. We did a lot of touristy activities and would have loved a nice relaxing hot soak afterwards. But at least we had the pool which was a comfortable temperature.

The room was very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities (fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, and microwave). We appreciated the plush, clean towels and the breakfast was by far the best we have ever had. The rooms were well sound-proffed considering the proximity to the 102 which was very convenient. This was a complete surprise and we will be back!

The heating system was loud which is a problem with this type of system. Could have had bath robes in the room.

The breakfast was nice. Hot choices, and the other usual foods, in a decent breakfast room.

I had selected a handicapped room, so it was on the ground floor. If I did this again, I would be a little further down the hall, and away from the lobby. Secondly I think that the room may not have been used for some time. Although it was fine, there were a few cobwebs behind the bathroom door. And I didn't discover until I was in the bath that the container of body wash was actually empty. Details!!

Location, property condition, room size, parking & breakfast on site were all good. Breakfast service & laundry facilities were appreciated. Front desk staff helpful.

Sound proofing could be better. Family groups guests on second floor were socializing in the hall throughout the evening - even yelling. The family in the room next to ours was also loud. Getting to sleep happened later than we planned.

Liked that there was a Tim Horton’s next door and that the beds were so comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and the separate seating area with tv for dining. Was appreciative that they had a binder on food allergens available so I could figure out what was safe to eat. Quiet-no noise issues. Friendly staff.

Nothing-it was lovely.

The staff were amazing. Check in was quick and friendly. We had a lovely, clean room on the firsts floor which was very convenient. The 24 hour coffee bar was lovely as was breakfast then next morning.

The bed was firmer than we like. This, of course, was a personal preference and does not reflect on the hotel itself.

We stayed in a King Suite. It was very clean, furniture was sleek, big bright bathroom, very comfortable bed. We needed special accommodation and the staff graciously and generously stepped up for us. They helped us out during a really challenging circumstance. We couldn't be more grateful for their care.
