The location was easy to get to from any area I needed to visit around Halifax. There were options for food and amenities within walking distance. Anything else was a short drive. The lake was an amazing backdrop to look out at and paddle boarding was a treat to walk out and jump on. The chairs and patio area was a great place to unwind or read. Staff was friendly and attentive. Quiet and relaxing!

Honestly could not find fault with my stay.

The 2 Double Bed Suite was very spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased to find the toaster in the cupboard, and also having a full sized fridge. We made good use of the kitchenette. The patio was very peaceful with a wonderful view of the fall colours reflecting on the lake.

The TV was too far away from the sitting area and the beds. Would be better mounted to the wall across from the loveseat on a swivel.

Receptionist was AWESOME-- She gave us a message from home (USA)as soon as we got there she did not know it was urgent but went above and beyond to help us sort things out --Also had area recommendations--We asked her for a LOT and she was helpful and pleasant

It was very clean and comfortable, When you arrive your like wow o it’s in the city right off the road , but when you go in the back yard it’s wow right off the lake just beautiful

Location was beautiful.

Parking was awful, no water pressure, beds hard. We came back after being gone for the evening to our room smelling very strongly of pot called the front desk and staff struggled to understand me and never offered any assistance or to come investigate

The scenery on back of Joey was gorgeous, comfortable chairs! Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, highway, 5 min walk to Tim Hortons

The parking, almost not enough room to park in front of door of hotel & beside each other

we loved the outdoor seating areas and the lovely nature surrounding the building! it was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and did a very good job cleaning the room. We had no issues getting toiletries, utensils, or some other necessities during our stay. Anna was especially sweet and very friendly and helpful to us during our stay! :) We were very happy there. :)

One of the staff member (sebastian i think was his name) was a little rude to us for no reason as we did nothing wrong during our stay. Also a little bit pricey considering you have to pay by the night, there’s no deals no matter how long you stay as we stayed for almost 3 weeks and had to okay full price every night we stayed. :/

Easy to find with ample parking. We were upgraded to the King Suite. A lovely comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the lake. There is a diner across the road that a good selection of food and alcohol.

The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. It was very clean and the kitchenette window overlooked Governor's Lake. You can sit in a park by the water and enjoy the peace

Everything was excellent

The location is great because it is easy to get to places and it is not in downtown with traffic jams, and it is located by a lake with a beautifull view and a nice trail that goes around the lake
