Conveniently located if you want somewhere to stay away from Toronto to keep costs down but be assured of a comfortable stay. About 10-15: minutes walk from Oakville station which is served by GO Transit Commuter Rail around Toronto, VIA Rail including the Maple Leaf service to New York. Check in was really good and I had absolutely no concerns about the room. Clean, comfortable and bathroom all in good order. Good to see full use of dispensers for toiletries. WiFi worked well. A continental breakfast of good standard was available from 07:00. Good there to see proper cutlery and plates rather than disposable ones. Overall definitely recommend for staying in the area with perhaps easy access by train to Toronto, Niagara Falls, Windsor etc.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but part of the walk from the station to the hotel is on a road with no pavements

Breakfast was fine. Food was fresh coffee was excellent. The staff were very polite friendly and accommodating. Our two day stay was on the whole a very pleasant experience with a couple of small challenges.

There were only a couple of issues. We forgot toothpaste. The front desk clerk checked to see if he had some and then suggested the vending machine. Unfortunately it wasn’t working! It was pretty inconvenient to have to drive to go get toothpaste late in the evening. A small but to us a significant item which would be lovely if kept on site for emergencies. The only other issue was the bathroom fan. It goes on Automatically when you turn on the light but was so loud my husband had his evening bath in the dark with only the hall light on.

Breakfast was very convenient and covered the bases: cereal, juice, hard boiled eggs, tea, coffee, toast. Location was great. 10 minute walk to GO a train and into Toronto for baseball game & sightseeing. Beds very comfortable.

Fridge had to be unplugged as made annoying sound. We were there 7 nights and key card did not open door on 5 occasions - had to go back down and get it reactivated.

This is quite a lovely hotel for a budget minded person. The lobby is elegant, the rooms are fairly spacious and aesthetically pleasing, it is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful--special mention to the front desk lady from Manila who complimented me on my perfume which reminded her of the night blooming jasmine in the country of her birth--not because she complimented me lol but because she was just so exceptionally warm, welcoming and helpful! I will definitely go to this hotel again when in Oakville.

Very cozy hotel with a great Oakville location. Free internet was great. Hotel was generaly clean. Staff were exceptional, very helpful and always happy to serve. Can't wait for my next stay!

Free breakfast was good (could be slightly improved). I stayed for about three weeks and I was hopiong there would be more variety (especially given my long stay).

The price is affordable and the place is very clean plus the breakfast is nice too.

The elivator, buttons are not clearly marked. I pressed 1 to go to breakfast, ended up in rooms and breakfast was on level 2 where reception is. Confusing. There are some stickers at the buttons but they are peeling and non existing. Add a list beside the panel to make it easier.

Excellent price compared to other motels of equivalency.

Something about scent of the cleaning supplies or the Air freshener in the building made me suffer the entire stay with my COPD. The stairs to the parking lot from the back entrance, definitely could’ve been cleared better of the snow. Difficult to Traverse for a handicapped person.

The location is perfect, the room is clean and staff are friendly. We want to specially thank Sneha for her kindly help and assistance on the first day of our arriving. her consideration and meeting our expectation in a timely manner really impress us.

The breakfast is available on time every day between 7 am and 10 am. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The staff is generally helpful and cooperative. The check-in is quick. The air-conditioning was good as well.

The mini fridge in the room is loud. If you are not planning to store anything in the refrigerator, just turn off the fridge and sleep well. Opening the window is a tough task.

Ok breakfast good depends what lady is there ! If the lady who’s been there for many many years all topped up and in control if the other ladies there things not topped up milk tea bags hot water just generally forever asking for the above !!! Maybe she’s new !!! The choice has gone down over the years no fresh fruit except apples n oranges now but still good value
