everything was beyond expectations 🌟 very an excellent hotel.. the rooms are so clean and the toilet was another luxe story the staff was friendly and the hospitality was nice and the hotel was very luxurious furniture the hotel view also the location 📍

the room did not include breakfast and the only open restaurant at 7 am was offering an open buffet which was expensive for one person 170 QAR. we couldn't make it because I will be paying for 4 people for breakfast which was a lot on my budget :(

We found the Waldorf Astoria in Lusail to be exceptional. The small differences that distinguish this from other top hotels were all evident, from our check in to the small touches like complimentary snacks, extra water and towels, the quality of the finishing, the books and the friendliness of the staff. It was all superb. Shout out to Brian in the pool staff who looked after us each day by the pool ensuring we had our beds in position, with towels, water etc. On the first day there were no places by the pool so we went to the beach. Brian said he would look out for us and sure enough an hour later he had two places, arranged with towels etc. Top class. Also, my wife had two massages at the spa on her neck which was causing her discomfort. A wonderful experience had and now her neck is all fixed so thanks to the team at the spa. This outstanding service really epitomised the staff, the hotel and the whole experience for us. We will definitely be back!

A very small point but the quality of the water at the beach wasn't great. I went for a swim and couldn't see the bottom. Not sure if its the Water Sports churning up the water but that was my only negative to what was a very pleasant stay.

My stay at Waldorf Astoria Lusail was exceptional—pure luxury from start to finish. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels pristine and high-end. The bathrooms are spacious, and the facilities for kids are outstanding, from the heated pools (perfect even on windy days when the outside temperature is 20°C) to the small waterpark and climbing area. The beach is beautiful, and the lush grounds add to the resort’s charm. The service was impeccable—staff were incredibly accommodating, especially at reception, and they truly go above and beyond to make anything possible. You never hear the word “no” here! I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied, but overall, it was still good. Unfortunately, Sushi Samba Beach Club was closed due to bad weather, but it looks fantastic.

This is not just a hotel—it’s truly a palace. The rooms, corridors, facilities ( pools, beach, kids water park) cleanliness, and staff are exceptional. The team is dedicated to providing the highest standards of service, always eager to ensure every aspect of the stay is perfect. I even received calls simply to check if everything was satisfactory, which reflects their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction

While my overall experience was luxurious and memorable, there is just one area that could be improved: 1. Security Check at the Hotel Entrance: The security team did not consistently recognize returning guests, which sometimes made re-entry feel less seamless. A more streamlined approach for identifying guests could enhance the overall experience and provide a greater sense of exclusivity.

The property is well planned out. The way luxury, business, and family & leasure travellers coexist seamlessly in a hotel of this size. It is a combination of well planned property management with efficient operational management. Staff are well trained and very responsive but at the same time subtle. Cleanliness is impeccable in all departments.

La scarpeta (Italian restaurant) could be better. They could place some more cabanas rather than sun loungers at the beach area.

A fantastic family-friendly hotel! We visited during the Christmas season, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive touches. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Palace Vendome mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Lizabeth. She was not only warm and friendly but also an absolute delight with my son.

The in room dining could be better. It’s a bit on the expensive side for the type of food quality.

I like the outdoor . pools and slides for kids are amazing. staff is good . location is perfect. it is 5 min walk to vendome mall and 15 min walk from al maha island and lusail boulevard. ( these are the best places in Doha ) sushi samba rest and all other rest at the hotel are very delicious.

some of the staff need more experience and this will be solve by time and more training.

The water facilities were amazing. The restaurants were great and had a happy vibe. The room was comfy and our balcony had an amazing view. Although we lived just 15 minutes from the hotel, once we were there we really felt like we were on holiday. Staff were very welcoming and professional particularly Alina, the duty manager, Cleopatra and the pool staff.

We had a negative incident at the Highmore which caused us to leave, with a certain waitress. However the service recovery from this incident was amazing. So we will not give them any negative feedback related to this.

food is very expensive at the property!! construction ,every time we opened the balcony door we heard the noise from construction!

Lovely spacious room with nice balcony. Well equipped. Great communication before arrival. The staff are outstanding and make the hotel. A big thank you. Breakfast choice was very good. Nice pool area but I loved the beach area. Again, the staff were excellent. Very relaxing stay.

The spa therapist was excellent. I did think though the price point was way too high. The spa area itself doesn’t feel as special - relaxing as other parts of the hotel. My treatment was very good.
