All the stuff was so friendly and helpful. While we were checkin front officer Mr. Nazmul upgraded our room and add free breakfast which was very good. From this hotel anyone can easily go to all the famous mall, metro, MRT by walking. Location is great.

Coffee machine was not good and coffee pod also poor quality. While brewing coffee powder was leaking from the pod.

The location, staff, cleanness, almost everything

The internet and TV was very slow and hard to connect. Tv channels are very limited, no netflix or youtube

1) Staff service is excellent 2) Location is excellent, walking distance to everything 3) Room is excellent, good bedding and setup / layout 4) Bathroom is excellent, spacious great setup with shower and tub, water pressure is insanely strong 5) Pool is great esp for kids because it’s not too deep only 1.2m 6) Breakfast is huge and amazing food choices and great quality 7) Elevators wait time is very reasonable for such a busy hotel

1) WiFi is horribly slow, literally could not be used for anything not even web browsing. I ran speed test and got 5s ping and sub 2mbps download speed 2) Being at such a central location means it gets extremely congested to get in and out of the hotel, half the time you’re just stuck in traffic outside of the hotel

Location is 10/10, because it located in where the pavilion mall and access to KLCC is few mins walk to the famous jalan Alor for 'makan' (eating) place only 5mins walk. Even if it rains, we walk just opt for under ground to the pavilion. The elevator was so secure that no one can comes up to the rooms without the hotel card and we really feels safe staying there. Room was really great that we didn't expect it to be so spacious for a city hotel. We would love to come back and stay there again with our family.

Our expectation for the breakfast will be great, but it was just average. We didn't book the hotel with breakfast but we tried it on the last day of our stay with the hotel. The traffic to enter or to go out from that area by taxi or grab (Uber-like) is not easy. Traffic is always a problem. The only solution we do is to walk a bit further or use the monorail to commute to other places... or we can get out early in the morning.

The JW Marriott is perfectly located in the shopping and dining precent of Kuala Lumpur. It is just across the road from the lovely Pavillion Shopping Mall. The service of all staff at the JW Marriott is exceptional, from reception to the bell boys etc. A special thank you to MARK who took special care of us during check in. He was both knowledgeable and helpful throughout the check in process, and this really helped to set a very positive tone for our stay at this excellent hotel.

As the JW Marriott is located in a very "happening" part of town, the traffic outside the hotel can get a little busy at times. So, do set aside a little additional time for travel if you have an important appointment.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the location was perfect.

The hotel bath was not hot, and during breakfast, there was no orientation. No one, at least, would serve the coffee, and there were lines for the bread, omelette, and other items. By the time you reached the table, the food would be cold. I informed the reception that the breakfast did not meet my expectations in both 2020 and 2023. The refrigerator in the room was not cold.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at JW Marriott Malaysia. We originally booked a double room, but to our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a suite upon check in, such a generous and unexpected gesture that truly set the tone for our stay. The suite was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort and style. From the plush bedding to the elegant design and stunning views, everything was perfect. The staff were exceptional: warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or in the dining areas, the level of hospitality was consistent and impressive. All facilities and amenities were top notch from the pool and gym to the dining experiences, everything exceeded our expectations. It was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Truly a 5 star experience in every way. We can’t wait to return!

Im a frequent visitor to JWmarriott. Service staff were excellent. Location superb as super close to pavilion.

The road outside tends to get jammed so if you take a car you can get stuck a while. The hotel needs to upkeep the cleanliness better - mirrors with water stains, kettles that need to be descaled. Also checking always seems to take a long time. They can have more staff helping with the check in.

- Great location right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, in front of the famous huge mall and surrounded by lots of coffess and restaurants (including Lot10 food court and the famous Jalan alor night food market). - Great spot to stay in KL as you are close by to most of the tourist attractions (Petronas Towers are about 15-18 minutes walking but like 1 euro if you catch a grab) - Hotel is very modern and nice, swimming pool is big on Level 6. - Rooms are very nice and spacious. We were on our honeymoon so we got upgraded for free to a suite which was a super nice gesture from them so we really enjoyed our stay. - This was our first time in KL for 3-5 days and I think this was the perfect place to stay, definitely recommend.

The room was nice and clean and serviced very well. The breakfast was great with so much variety. The staff were very professional and helpful.

The pool was big but a bit old it could do with being refurbished but it was clean and had plenty of chairs, towels and a couple of beds to chill out on. Also an outdoor Jacuzzi spa would be nice.
