Location is 10/10, because it located in where the pavilion mall and access to KLCC is few mins walk to the famous jalan Alor for 'makan' (eating) place only 5mins walk. Even if it rains, we walk just opt for under ground to the pavilion. The elevator was so secure that no one can comes up to the rooms without the hotel card and we really feels safe staying there. Room was really great that we didn't expect it to be so spacious for a city hotel. We would love to come back and stay there again with our family.

Our expectation for the breakfast will be great, but it was just average. We didn't book the hotel with breakfast but we tried it on the last day of our stay with the hotel. The traffic to enter or to go out from that area by taxi or grab (Uber-like) is not easy. Traffic is always a problem. The only solution we do is to walk a bit further or use the monorail to commute to other places... or we can get out early in the morning.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the location was perfect.

The hotel bath was not hot, and during breakfast, there was no orientation. No one, at least, would serve the coffee, and there were lines for the bread, omelette, and other items. By the time you reached the table, the food would be cold. I informed the reception that the breakfast did not meet my expectations in both 2020 and 2023. The refrigerator in the room was not cold.

The JW Marriott is perfectly located in the shopping and dining precent of Kuala Lumpur. It is just across the road from the lovely Pavillion Shopping Mall. The service of all staff at the JW Marriott is exceptional, from reception to the bell boys etc. A special thank you to MARK who took special care of us during check in. He was both knowledgeable and helpful throughout the check in process, and this really helped to set a very positive tone for our stay at this excellent hotel.

As the JW Marriott is located in a very "happening" part of town, the traffic outside the hotel can get a little busy at times. So, do set aside a little additional time for travel if you have an important appointment.

The room was nice and clean and serviced very well. The breakfast was great with so much variety. The staff were very professional and helpful.

The pool was big but a bit old it could do with being refurbished but it was clean and had plenty of chairs, towels and a couple of beds to chill out on. Also an outdoor Jacuzzi spa would be nice.

Im a frequent visitor to JWmarriott. Service staff were excellent. Location superb as super close to pavilion.

The road outside tends to get jammed so if you take a car you can get stuck a while. The hotel needs to upkeep the cleanliness better - mirrors with water stains, kettles that need to be descaled. Also checking always seems to take a long time. They can have more staff helping with the check in.

loved the location - super convenient to the major shopping malls eg pavilion. Hotel breakfast was superb as well. Great service at reception too. Room was spacious and overall, good value for money.

bedsheets don’t seem to be changed every day by housekeeping. The driveway to the hotel is very busy (the adjacent hotel Ritz Carlton has a more private and quieter driveway)

The hotel is located across from the Pavilion Mall. You got direct access to Food, Shopping etc, The night life is amazing, the area itself is buzzing till late at night, The hotels facilities are great, The rooms are great, and the hotel staff are incredibly amazing.

The one thing i did not like was the fact that you staying at the hotel, but you have to pay to park your 10R for self park and 40R if they park for you. One thing to consider is getting in and out of the area. It can become gridlocked certain times of the day but i guess that's all part of the fun.

1. Location no doubt. 2. Efforts to update / renovate the rooms thoughtfully. Bright, well lit corridors.

1. Booked a King Room for one of my rooms but was told at check in they didn’t have king rooms available. Unsure why the selection was allowed on Booking.com if reality is contingent on availability. Putting my parents in a twin room felt really odd and unpleasant. 2. To use Streamcast for in room entertainment had to get IT/ Staff to help set up. Connection was botchy. 3. Coffee pods seemed to be prepped in house. While I don’t have a problem with that, the pods could have been prepared better. Coffee was very grainy (not smooth). A lot of the coffee grind flows into the cup brewed. Would have expected more from a Marriott hotel.

I love the receptionist, Mark. He was super helpful and friendly. He upgraded our room because I told him we were there to attend a relative's wedding and I was hoping to get the main road view even though I told him maybe I should state that hope when making my booking. I also told him my flight would be at night and asked for a late check out, he gladly gave us up until 2pm rather than the usual 12pm check out time. The room was superb. It was worth the price. My husband and I love the big bed especially the pillows, it was super soft and made us sleep like logs! I have never seen that many towels in the toilet too! The location of the hotel is really wise. Everything was nearby and it was easy for Grab drivers to pick up and drop off guests as there were space for cars to go in and out and even park, unlike other hotels in Bukit Bintang area.

The water bottles, even though it looks exclusive, they couldn't fit into the fridge so we had to call room service for buckets of ice every time after we came back from being outside under the hot weather. Also, the selection of channels on the TV could be maximised. There were too many Malay and Sport shows. Your guests could need some movies to wind down their day.

Check in was smooth. Location excellent. All walking distance from hotel to shopping malls. Plenty of restaurants at LG level although they are a bit more expensive than the outside.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable to use.
