Ive stayed all over Cancun and this location is phenomenal. Like seriously, there is no better beach. The pool was amazing, staff were amazing. It's an excellent place to stay. +s for their spa, staff, not crowded at all and the free breakfast buffet. I will be returning.

Nothing was terrible, loved the place. The only thing I can say is that they don't allow you to bring in outside food. I had dental surgery and couldn't really eat any of what they had at the restaurants afterward. I ordered uber eats and when I met the guy outside, security stopped me and escorted me to the front. I felt embarrassed and like a little kid in trouble.

The room was nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The view of the bay and busy highway with a panorama of a row of hotels in all directions is the nature of the Zona Hotelera. Certainly not a paradise. The beach with a white sand is nice, as I expected; the sea with powerful waves is impressive, alas with knee-high depth useless for swimming. The breakfast is excellent, the buffet selection lavish.

If all you want is to eat and lie in the sun, this is the place to do it. While the cultural attractions the likes of Chichen-Itza and Coba are relatively nearby, and there are countless operators that will take you there, they are really too far and it's hardly worth the time in traffic necessary to get there, and then having to admire the Maya monuments following a herd of never-ending procession of tourists disembarking constantly arriving tour buses bringing yet more tourists.

Our flight got in Cancun at 9am and we headed to the hotel to leave our bags. At the hotel, they said we could not check at that time but that we could use all their infrastructure already. We could even have breakfast! We had booked a standard room with no view and at that moment, they tried to sell us a room upgrade for $50 a night to have ocean view, which we declined. However, when the time to check in came, they got us a room upgrade to the master with ocean view for free, which was amazing, and the excuse was that the standard room was under maintenance. So, my take from that whole situation was that they already knew we would not be in the room that we booked and tried to sell the upgrade even though they were going to give us that anyway. And I'm writting this on the positive side because at the end we didn't pay anything else and got a really good view. Besides that, the hotel has a good infrastrucure: good pool, nice beach area. The ocean color is unreal by the way. The all inclusive system works well and if you are staying for 3+ or 5+ nights, you get to go 1 night to one of their top restaurants (Italian and Japanese, respectively). The breakfast is very good with countless options. The staff at the hotel is also very attentive.

The hotel as a whole has an antique style (no problem with that), but it is in fact old and could use some renovation (which I believe was under way in some areas). We had some issues with our bathroom: the sink was clogged, the toilet seat was partially broken and the shower could use some pressure and stability. The water kept oscilating between hot and cold. The air conditioning kept spitting water. The service at the beach area could be better. Too much time waiting for drinks and foods. The juices served at the breakfast and bar could be fresh instead of artificial. It is Mexico!

The hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff is phenomenal and very attentive. Excellent service.

The elevators are super small, so not enough room for persons with luggage. The beds hurt and stairs since not enough room in elevators to take on. rooms are out dated

We loved how close to the beach the hotel was. We also loved the food at the restaurant and especially the hot chocolate. The staff was very helpful and checkin was easy.

Rooms are a bit worn down. But clean

Some of the food carts provided by the pool and beach area were cooking meats that may not have been prepared so thoroughly, which gave me food poisoning

We felt like we got great value for money on an all inclusive package with free flowing cocktails, wine and beers. The breakfasts were a definite highlight as was our evening at the Italian restaurant which felt a little special thanks to the violinist. The staff were all so friendly and the barman at Magic Bar in particular worked so, so hard! The beach was very chilled and pool lively with lots of games and music etc so something for everyone.

We thought we had a balcony in our room as it said the type of suite we booked came with one but we didn't. When we asked to change the hotel was full that evening and then we didn't want to repack the next day. Our room was also adjoined to a group and it could be quite noisy. We were up early due to jetlag so this didn't matter to us but most sunbeds were gone/reserved with towels by 7/7.30am.

We had a really nice time here! Our room was super clean and the oceanview was really really Beautiful. Also a big shoutout to the staff everyone was so friendly also a big thanks to Eduardo, Luis & Joel for the great service in the restaurant! :)

the size of the room is perfect and the room was very clean. The bed is really comfortable!

two televisions in the room while one remote is for both of them when you press a butten it effects both. weird. only one TV (not the one in from of the bed) has Netflix connection. the breakfast is nice but nothing spacial compared to other hotels in Cancun. small pool.
