Staff friendly and helpful. Bay of Kotor is a stunning backdrop. Rooms comfortable with seaview and pool. Pool clean. Nice breakfast.

Noisy- all day music from near by public bar. At night DJs from the hotel beach bar letting rip. Party boats drive down the bay on weekends generating plenty of noise. Not a place for peace and quiet. Restaurants menus not to taste and prices over what I would pay in London. No infrastructure around the hotel. Getting to Kotor - plenty of restaurants and shops - very difficult. The road is single track and some taxi drivers refuse the fare or charge extortionate rates because of the traffic.

The breakfast is so good especially the wide range of food options.I also like where it is situated because it’s in the middle of 2 cities,Tivat and Kotor.

Beautiful hotel located in a quieter area of Kotor bay. Room was very nice with a comfortable kingsize bed and the facilities (breakfast, spa, restaurants, parking) were nice

One-lane street is a bit tricky to drive

The room: The view is absolutely stunning. Rooms are clean, big TV,  amazing mirrors and big showers. Super comfy beds, great AC, great pillows. The pool was amazing as well. Having a cold cocktail on a hot summer day, with that amazing of a view while hanging out at the edge of the pool. Out of world experience. Everyone was super kind and accommodating, breakfast was the best I've ever had. So many options for everyone. Djuro was very helpful with our trip planning, he is a real asset. All in all, one absolutely wonderful experience. Sadly, I had a spinal injury that prevented me to fully enjoy everything Kotor had to offer, so as soon as I get a chance, I am coming back. Can't wait.

- Lack of privacy between balconies. There were just some small plants dividing us, it felt very awkward having a morning coffee with strangers looking at us. The room next to us had the same problem, only they had a jacuzzi. I'd be very disappointed if I had a "private" jacuzzi but no privacy to use it.

everyday had an issue with the cleaners in the room not doing job properly noticed around the pool areas could be kept a better standard and the food was not amazing for a 5 star hotel

Private beach area was amazing to swim in. The room had a lovely balcony. The Lighthouse restaurant served top class food and wine. Brilliant attentive staff and such a beautiful setting.

AC didn't cool the room very well.

Lovely beach front location. Hotel kept clean always and good amount of facilities. We really liked the calming atmosphere especially by the music played in corridors etc. But by far the best part about the property is the staff. They were are very approachable, welcoming and polite. We’d like to say a special mention for Ana on the bookings team who went out of her way to make sure my partner’s 30th birthday celebration was the best. Thank you to Ana and the team for making the stay very special and because of that we will be returning in the near future.

Would like to have a few more items of weight equipment in the gym (another bar & plates at very least). The reception booking taxis was very helpful but the wait for taxis each time wasn’t very good. 45 mins on average and we had an occasion after that long a wait then someone took what was our taxi.

It is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. Perfectly located on the Kotor Bay, it is a 10-12 minute drive to Kotor Old Town, so it is away from the crowd and yet accessible. There is a City market right outside the hotel, should you need to pick up any necessities. We stayed at the room with a hot tub in the balcony and the view from the room was stunning. The hotel was a very good spa and wellness centre with professional staff and an indoor pool with stunning views of the sea. They also have a semi-private beach, outsiders could enter but we only encountered hotel guests during our stay. There are sun beds laid out and the water is perfect and calm for a swim. Everything within the hotel is impeccably done up and given they are in the process of being integrated with the Hyatt group there is a lot of renovation work underway, which I am sure will only make the property more magnificent. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing. They have free valet parking for guests. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

We did not enjoy the food at the Light House restaurant, where you can order ala carte. The food at this restaurant is pricey, which is expected for a property like this but it is definitely not value for money for the taste; appetisers especially could be improved significantly.

The Scenery, the Spa and Medical Centre

The bed was a little too soft for my taste and the Buffet Restaurant in the evening was extremely lacking in selection if you do not eat pasta or small fish with the skin left on. The only other items were some dreadful mince meat patties and vegetables. Even the bread rolls were dry. We did not go back again. However the two restaurants beach side had quite nice food. We did mention this to the resort so hopefully they will improve the selection. I must say they were very apologetic and compensated us which I felt was appropriate. The breakfast served in the same restaurant were excellent. You may find you were ok with it but there was not much choice for us.
