Fabulous Hotel, very boutique classy interiors, very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location opposite the Central Station, but no train or traffic noise. Room very nicely furnished, great comfy bed. Restaurant 'Locals' is also very nice and the food was delicious. The coffee/cafe was also great with a good selection of drinks and cakes on the menu.

I don't mind paying for a great Hotel with good services etc, but when the price of the rooms doubles during an event like the 4 Days Marches in Nijmegen it seems like you're being robbed. I understand that they like to make a profit but it doesn't seem reasonable to double the prices of the rooms. Yes I booked knowing this but I am reviewing what I didn't like, not whether I could afford to do so.

Incredible value for money. Room although small was big enough. We were slightly worried about the noise from the train and bus station nearby (& the lift nest to the room) but the sound proofing was excellent. Good shower if a very small cubicle. We also hired bikes from the hotel which was a nice touch. The parking at the hotel is limited so we parked at train station. You can get a ticket from the hotel to give you a discount.

There was a roof top bar which never seemed to be open and the bar downstairs wasn’t open either apart from our last day. That said you can buy drinks from a fridge near reception and the team will provide you with glasses.

The ideal location is set very close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Our room was clean and very well presented. The only slight downside was the shower over the bath. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone with physical disabilities. There was a large buffet style breakfast available. Very nice. The staff worked really hard, were polite and very helpful. A huge plus was that the majority of the staff are multi lingual. It's definitely worth a stay. We didn't eat in the hotels own restaurants because they were a little pricey and the menus were not to our taste. However, this is just us. We will recommend to friends and family. Thank you all at Hotel Haarhuis.

Staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a great view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities—nice towels, quality toiletries. Housekeeping did an outstanding job keeping everything fresh each day. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated near the train /bus station, making it easy to get around. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Definitely the type of hotel I’d book for holiday not necessarily work.

I missed the body lotion.

This hotel is fantastic, 2 couples went to attend an event for my 50th birthday celebration. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a good varied selection for breakfast and they even had HP sauce! As a surprise the staff decorated my room on my birthday with balloons and a complimentary bottle of chilled Cava which was really kind and thoughtful, especially as they had no prior knowledge that it was my birthday. The rooftop bar was lovely and they have the most spectacular award winning toilet which we all drank a bottle of Champagne in. I know it sounds strange but you really need to see it to believe it. Remember to press the button on the left for the full (party) experience. I think we cleared them out of Bollinger Champagne! The location is perfect, right outside the train/tram and bus station but it’s the staff that make this place truly amazing! Thank you all, we will be back definitely

5 minutes walk from Arnhem Centraal Station. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The single room was not necessarily big but comfortable and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel, and you can find something to eat easily. Nice breakfast with varieties of choices, juice, coffee, tea, bread, spread, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, sunny side up, boiled egg, crispy bacon, sausage, salad, and fruit.

The only problem at the breakfast tables in a restaurant was that some tables were not clean even though I was at the restaurant at the opening time for the breakfast. Other facilities were very clean and I felt very cozy staying at this hotel.

The staff were fantastic, the room was lovely, the hotel and facilities are wonderful! The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Arnhem and beyond! The barrel sauna in the room was brilliant as was the outdoor space. The spa saunas & hot tub are available until quite late (9pm I believe) at no extra cost. The decorations in the room for my fiancé's birthday and the cake were brilliant.

Nothing, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very beautifully decorated throughout, with restaurant, cafe, patisserie, bar, many lounge areas. You just need to cross the road from the station and town center is 3 mins walk. Many restaurants, shops and mini markets around. My room was at the back of the hotel so it was quiet.

I had in mind to stay 6 nights but my room was very small, I could hardly move. No space to hang my clothes and the bed was too high and too soft. So, I stayed 2 nights only and moved to another hotel across the street that had double size room for the rest 4 nights.

Beautiful hotel, really nice rooms. Seems either well maintained or recently renovated. The sap was lovely with the hot tub and sauna a welcome break after a long journey. The rooftop bar was appealing and vibrant, but we decided to explore the town instead. The town is fantastic to visit as well, with a large ber/restaurant area just a block over from the hotel, giving this place a great location.

Parking is limited at the hotel, and a little tight. But thats it, not much they could do about it to be fair, but when asked for a negative thats all I have.

The location of Haarhuis is great being virtually 30 seconds from Arnhem's central station for both buses & trains making getting to the hotel a breeze. The hotel itself was modern & had a cosy atmosphere, with friendly staff to greet you upon arrival.

I can't fault the hotel at all- though if you are planning to be out late & return to the hotel after 11pm, you have to call the front desk to let you in. Luckily I was with another guest at the time, but travelling abroad calls can get a little pricey from some carriers. Just something to consider.
