This is a very new and clean hotel close to the airport and only 10 minutes drive to the old city centre. Staff very friendly. Shower, bedding and towels all very good and midday checkout very helpful. Breakfast not included but staff happy to let us have hot water to make tea and coffee. Great price for a triple room !

No cupboard, fridge, kettle or cups in the room gives you an idea of how basic this is. A bit cheeky to expect 12 Euros to park when it's free on the street and there's a free car park 20 metres away 😂

Thank you for honest response. I've updated my review. I would add your receptionist could spend a bit more attention and at least propose some way-out. We have arrived late night and the parking was already overloaded so we had to park behind the building. Early morning 2 cars were blocked by the vehicle on Austrian plate without any luggage inside. I have notified the receptionist about the situation. After an hour nothing changed and the answer was literally `It's not bozzering me`. and `parking is not guarantied`. Car is blocked for more than an hour, I'm not allowed to go over the grass, and you do nothing about it. Anyway I had to drive over the grass because waiting time was unpredictable.

The location is near the highway. Room 506 was clean and comfortable. The password key is easy to use without checkout. Pizzawas are available only in 10 minutes, and you can eat in your room. The price is also low, about 7 Eur. Drink automat is not very expensive either. The prices are not high anyway. The car park is convenient, accessible, and safe, just in the hotel's yard. The car park is free of charge. Malls and markets are nearby although we did not need them. The hotel price is also low comparing Austrian city hotels.

Room are little toosmalll. Heating is with air-conditioner which I do not prefer over radiators. The laboratory is easily closed and no chance to adjust. So I had to remove the partgwith manually.

- The hotel is located near highways, so easy to find, 10 min by car far from the downtown of the city; Neighborhood is so quiet - There is a free private parking, so no problem to park the car - The room is very nice and clean

- I know that it was the last day of the year, but the comunication with the staff wasn't good: the lady wasn't helpful and didn't answer to my question (e.g. where i could park near the center of the city....). - Breakfast is so exspensive: in my opinion it is better to have it in a supermarket (cheaper) or in a café in the center of Graz.

The cleanliness was very good. The staff were very polite and friendly. The acceptance of pets was an extra advantage for us. There was a large parking lot in the garden, and we didn't pay any extra fee.

If you are staying for just one night, it's good. It took 12 minutes to drive to the city center. I think the location was a bit far, and our room was a bit small.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was a bit small, but it was just right for a short stay. Convenient location close to the highway, so it's suitable as an overnight stop on the way to Croatia. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The breakfast is really good. Caffee is also okay from coffe mashin. Hotel has a lots of parking places. 15 minutes to the city centre by car.

Something missing at breakfast. One day no bread, one day no fruits. Staff was flexible whe we told them. Take a tray yourself when you have a breakfast. Staff is nervus if you forget it. No cupboard in the room.

Overall impression is great. Modern, nice building, good rooms, good breakfast, private parting, nice staff.

The location - far from the city center. Also there was a slight smell from the nearby brewery at the corridors and in the room.

While checking in, a family with a large group of children arrived. I was afraid that it would be impossible to rest. However, we received a room on the top floor, where there were no children and no one was running around on the upper floor! Smart and very comfortable. We rested before traveling to Poland.

Spacious well equipped room. Very clean. Reasonable price. Comfortable beds

Constant ventilation noise (or water pipe?) from the bathroom, not too loud but noticeable. Especially at night.
