Everything was really great, the room, the breakfast and staff. The breakfast buffet was good and various. Possibility to park a car at the courtyard. Good location, 15 minutes walk to the historic center of Innsbruck.

Glas shower and toilet. It was stylish, but absolutely uncomfortable. Beginning with the sounds and views from toilet and shower and ending with the light in whole room, when my wife went to a toilet at night and woke up all of us.

Location - About 5 minutes walk from Innsbruck Hbf. Within walking distance to the old town, museums, eateries of our choice, etc.. We did this a few times. We also walked to Hungerburgbahn Congress station (the funicular which brings you to the Top of Innsbruck). Cleanliness - Clean but need to focus on the hidden areas. The floor just under the edge of the bed was dusty. Receptionist - Friendly and helpful Breakfast - Very good

The rooms were very clean and as we expected. The glass bathrooms were not our favourite but we knew that we had rooms with them. The staff was very nice and helpful, we were able to store our bags on arrival and also on the day of our departure whilst exploring the city. The breakfast was very good and the bar was comfy and they have very good beer.

The bed (mattress) was comfortable but there was only one uncomfortable pillow available. The glass door to the toilet didn't fully close (not broken, that's just how it is built) - which is fine if you are in the room by yourself but I imagine with colleagues or other it would be a bit awkward.

Comfortable, convenient, very good breakfast-big choice. Close to Hauptbahnhof, check in check out times were generous and luggage readily stored outside those times.

No kettle in the room. There was a vending machine outside our room selling junk food and sugary drinks which we wouldn’t touch so at 0630 we went down to breakfast(with our books and iPads) just so that we could get a glass of orange juice and make a pot of tea before we were actually ready for breakfast. That wasn’t a problem. There was no shortage of tables so we weren’t stopping anyone else from having breakfast

A really old and nice hotel with a mix of traditional and modern interiors. Double room was quite spacious. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. I was able to check-in a bit earlier which, apparently, is not a given in Austria.

Pillows are too soft to the extent that I had to sleep on two of those which I never ever do. Shower and WC are located in a glass closet with fully transparent windows which can lead to uncomfortable eye contacts at best and seriously uncomfortable situations in other cases. No kettle in the room.

The location was great, close to the central station. The staffs were excellent and professional. There was a wellness area with sauna, infrared, and excellent view.

Appears to be an old building. Although it's advertised as a four-star (if I'm not mistaken), there was no coffee, tea, or kettle in the room. There was a lamp on the desk whose cable could not reach the socket. The shower was almost transparent with just glass and the middle part blurred out. The sauna was great but mix-gender. Luckily there were only us. Unfortunately there was a construction site outside our window which made loud noise ar 6AM, and we're woke up even with windows closed.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. One evening, we had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, and the water pressure was excellent!

The hotel charged me 352 EUR a week before my stay, which was a big surprise. I was then asked to pay the full amount upon arrival and told that the 352 EUR would be refunded to me, which would take a week or two. I would have expected the first amount to be taken off my final bill.

The hotel is located in the historical part of the city, a 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the the Golden Roof. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and in terms of facilities, they are equipped with everything we needed during our stay. As for the breakfast, it was diverse and all the food was of great quality. The staff was always helpful, respectful and communicative. The hotel has a parking area (15 EUR per night) and it's very close to some great restaurants. An excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel in Innsbruck.

Good location and straight forward parking. We managed to park outside. Clean and comfortable - and nice for one night. Good breakfast!

We were clearly in a room yet to be renovated and the furniture was quite old. The pictures on the website did not feel particularly reflective We were given a cot that was duct taped together but not really usable. This wasn’t an issue as we had our own but something to bear in mind.
