The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved my room view, paying a little extra to have the view of the church is definitely a must. The view from the roof top is stunning. The front desk will always accommodate you if you’re a guest and want to have a meal up top. We traveled in early March to mid March 2024 and it was not busy, so we did not have to make reservations ahead of time to have a meal on the roof top. The front desk staff would always make room for us. Pro tip, DONT act Entitled, BEING KIND when VISITING another country is ALWAYS a must. Brush up on your Spanish, just a reminder it is Spain not America, so maybe learn the native language. The staff will help you as much as they can but it will benefit YOU as the outsider coming in to their country to be prepared. A lot of the taxi drivers ONLY speak Spanish and getting a hold of an Uber was nearly impossible CHEAP like 3-4 euros BUT nearly impossible. Taxi rides weren’t that bad, 10-15 euros. If you want to save, just walk, the people and the view are nice. 😊 Also, if you want to get inside the church, buy tickets 3-4 weeks a head of time. In spain, people have dinner around 9-10pm, our favorite spot was “La selva.”

Hands down best rooftop bar/terrace with direct view of SF. Not super crowded, the staff make sure outside guests do not enter and reservation priority is given to hotel guests. Please keep it that way as the terrace experience defines the hotel experience altogether. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is great, especially if visiting SF. The rooftop terrace is amazing with great selection of food and drinks. The room was okay, with lots of noise from outside street. Nice, clean, spacious shower! Very helpful and friendly hotel staff.

Driven mad by the fact that the room heating is centrally controlled and can't be turned off, our room at night 20 centigrade, too hot for us who never sleep in heated bedroom at home, even having the window open didn't help, as opened into glass ceiling Ed courtyard well, so still no fresh cool air.In summer I'm sure it's all marvellously air-conditioned, but this is November in Barcelona.and they have heating on!

The location was fantastic! Close to main attractions, transport links, local eateries, shopping spots and the view from the terrace of the Sagrada Familia was unbeatable. Taxi fares were reasonable to the airport and accepted card payment. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel but ate at local bakeries each morning - only a 2-5 minute walk away in any direction. The staff were friendly and took time to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was large, bright and clean with great views. There was no noise at night - it is a peaceful area. I would stay at the hotel again when visiting Barcelona, and I would recommend it to others.

The location was wonderful as it is 2 blocks from La Sagrada Familia, the metro stop, and the hop on hop off buses. There is also a small grocery store very close by where you can purchase water, snacks, etc. There are nice local restaurants all around and also many fast food chains if you want a cheap, fast meal. The breakfast was delicious with many sweet and savory items. They have oatmilk on the buffet, which I was very happy to see as many hotels only have dairy options. They also have self-serve Cava (sparkling wine) and a selection of layered cake. I tried not to indulge every morning, but it was hard to have self-control with so many options that you rarely see at a hotel breakfast. In my room, there were several amenity kits in case you forgot or ran out of items (toothbrush, tisses, shower cap, etc).

The mini refrigerator in my room didn't get cold. Also, there was an issue with the sink where it was not draining properly (I told the staff and they fixed it the same day). The coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby area never seemed to be open. I saw several people patiently wait at the counter to be served, but no one ever came. Not critical issues but did take away from the experience.

Good location, a short walk to subway station, convenient as a base. Centrally located, a short walk to Basilica de la Sagrada Familia made it possible for your early morning walk there for photo without crowded. Make sure to book on line well in advance if you plan to visit Sagrada Familia. You also have a supermarket nearby, convenient. Hotel offers you unique view from its rooftop, next to Sagrada Familia. Room is clean, new, comfy. Complementary coffee is available at lobby.

Not that I do not like, rather to note that the price is the value of convenience.

Brilliant location within five minutes walk to the Sagrada Famillia and some lovely bars and restaurants all around. Was very easy and straightforward to reach from the airport. Airport bus into town then three stops on the metro. The room was comfortable but was a bit hot and we couldn't open the windows. The breakfast was good and the upstairs terrace with the view to the cathedral was amazing. The staff were brilliant and very helpful and allowed us to check in ahead of the official check in time.

The room was a little dated in parts and could do with upgrading, and you could hear noise from people in the corridor, but this was not enough to dampen our stay.

# The restaurant was excellent, with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. # The breakfast was quite good, offering a decent variety of options. # The WiFi connection was acceptable—not perfect, but sufficient for basic browsing.  # The bathroom met expectations, with everything functioning as expected.

# The room floor was in very poor condition, almost destroyed, which significantly impacted the overall impression of the room. # Booking modification experience: While I was able to adjust my reservation to new conditions, the process was frustrating. During check-out, I had to pay additional charges that were not clearly communicated upfront, leading to a disagreement with the reception staff. The handling of this situation could have been much more transparent and customer-friendly.

the location couldn’t be better—it’s right across from the Basílica de la Sagrada Família! Waking up to such an iconic view was amazing, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

the room facilities need some improvement. My key card kept becoming invalid every 24 hours, so I had to get a new one each day. Despite this inconvenience, it’s still a great option if you want to be close to the major attractions in Barcelona.

I love every single thing in this property. The location is just a block away from Sagrada Familia, plus a they have a very cute rooftop bar that has super amazing foods (omg I ate all of it!) I highly recommend their club house sandwich! The view is spectacular in the rooftop. The staff are very accommodating and kind. You have to try their breakfast, there are lots of options and all are freshly prepare (from main course, desert and fruit juices). My most favorite part is they have a free luggage storage and they’re so nice about it. I super highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to Barcelona! They’re very clean and all updated facilities.You won’t regret. I will only use this hotel every time I’ll come back to Barcelona. I’d love to give this hotel a 10 star if I could!
