I booked this room to recover from walking The Camino Portugeuse. I arrived early on Easter Sunday expecting to have to wait for my room but reception was able to put me in a room immediately; I was exhausted so this was much appreciated. I was surprised at the luxury of the rooms for the price. I was able to shower and soak in the wonderful jacuzzi tub while sipping a wine from the very well stocked mini-bar. After some rest I had lunch in the lobby bar; it was such a large portion that I saved half for my dinner. Finally, I had a fantastic massage in their gorgeous spa. Just fantastic.

The only thing I would change is I would have stayed longer.

My husband had a Thai massage which was adequate. Note: we just returned from Thailand and it didn't quite measure up. I had a sports massage which was painful, but hit the spot, so to speak. and was excellent. The bar on the ground floor - especially Andrea was awesome. And the main dining hall was excellent - made even better by Jordana! Oh and the Jaccuzzi in the room was SUPER! Made up for the extra charge on the Thermo pool.

May have been my mistake, but I thought the hotel had a swimming pool, but it only had a thermo pool on the roof at a charge of E25.00 pp. Found the E50/per couple a bit much. Not much else to dislike. Hotel, staff, location, pretty much everything was fabulous.

The Spa facilities are excellent, and the pool is lovely. The room had a beautiful jacuzzi, was a good size, and was comfy. The breakfast buffet was enough and good. The staff at the front desk, entrance, and spa were friendly.

The ad mentioned all the rooms with balconies, but that's not true. You can use the spa and pool only for one hour a day with a reservation. The gym and spa open at 10:00 a.m., too late. The gym is a micro-gym, not comfortable with more than three people inside. Poor air conditioning. The breakfast staff was not attentive and a bit unfriendly. They complained and talked about unpleasant stuff every day with very loud voices as if nobody was there and nobody could understand them, especially at the beginning or end of the breakfast. They did not refill the buffet enough, only when you asked. They let our plates pill on the table every day, with some tables they didn't.

Nagari is indeed a Gran Hotel. The feeling of grandeur is everywhere. They could easily shoot a movie, there. It is all pleasant, harmonious, nothing is too much, nor too little. A special mention to the rain shower in the rooms and the comfy beds and pillows. It is a treat:) Appreciation for the breakfast and I am sure lunch and dinner are very good as well. The Hotel is equipped with a Restaurant and bar that could easily compete for a Michelin star:) Vigo is a gem and so well-connected via water and road/trains. It is the base spot for your Galician getaway. I had a lovely time end of September and I am sure I will be back and fully recommend a stay at Nagari. I would have preferred a room with natural light facing the main plaza, maybe next time. There are a few rooms facing internal court and it feels little claustrofobia, due to the lack of natural light. As a gentile suggestion, I would have the clima/AC systems checked, as a little too noisy even during night time.

Amazing location and we turned up when they had just turned on the christmas lights and there was a market just outside.

Staff were good when you got their attention. Not their fault I just think they had too many people to serve. The restaurant lacked atmosphere so we chose to eat in the bar. We would have preferred outside but it seemed everyone was either smoking cigarettes or cigars. The spa was nice. The room was amazing however the bed was disappointingly hard.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times which speaks for itself - we really like it! It’s located by a park near the harbour and only a few minutes walk into the old town center and the hotel standard is very good. Valet parking is available.

On this occasion we were a bit disappointed by some aspects such as no kettle in the room and when one was brought, it didn’t work. Not all superior rooms overlook the park and we were initially given a room to the rear of the hotel but able to move on the second night which was more enjoyable.

Beautiful, luxury and clean. I loved the view of my bedroom, the bubble bath. The bed was really big and there was all the accessories needed in the bathroom. You can also sleep really well as it’s silent; and there’s no light coming as you can close theres something that totally block the light from outside. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice, from local food to international and lots of fruits. Staff was relaxed and polite.

I liked everything.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi not included in the price. You have to pay separately and book in advance through the spa staff as the receptionist can't do it. And you can use it for just one hour a day which is quite disappointing for a 5* spa... Some of the sauna rooms were smelly or with poor maintenance. Parking not included in the price either, with a fee of 22€/day which is unexpected for a hotel of 5*.

Every star is deserved. The location is good, across a charming park. We had the view to the park and road, but we heard nothing. The room was big and stylish. The main feature was the jacuzzi in the room, separated by a glass, which could be covered for privacy. The coffee was on the house. The bed was huge and comfortable. They provided even house shoes and wardrobe. I had the best sleep on my camino.

Bicycle parking costs 20 Euro. We did not pay it though as it was not announced in advance.

Limiting the number of people in the spa on the roof I'd such s good idea. The views are fabulous so having the peace and quiet of only s few people at s time is perfect Everything about the hotel is excellent Friendly staff Excellent facilities Super clean Great breakfast The roof top spa in summer is spectacular
