The junior suite is spacious and beautifully furnished. The front desk receptionists are helpful. The location was quite good for us because our main interest was the Alhambra; but if you're here for the city it's a bit out of the way. It feels intended as a conference hotel more than for individual tourism.

The car chargers in the parking do not work with regular charge cards, you need someone to come with you to activate them. The air conditioning had a lot of trouble, it barely kept the room below 30C. The taps in the bathroom are square and beautiful but a nightmare to use, including the hand showerhead. The bathtub was missing the plug, so we had to improvise. On the evening we were going to visit the Nasrid Palace at night, we went to the bar for cocktails and a light dinner, only to be met by a staff member who barely spoke English, but managed to make it very clear that he did not feel like making cocktails even though the place is clearly advertised in the elevators as a cocktail bar.

We were in Granada to go skiing to Sierra Nevada. The location of the hotel was good for this. The underground parking was also good although expensive 14.50 EUR per day. The staff were helpful. Initially our room was very hot, like a sauna. Apparently the hotel only has the option to either have heating or air conditioning on. In February there was no aircon. Even with the heating off and window open it was very hot. We were given another room which was better. Still warm but we could sleep and the beds were comfortable. There was no kettle in the room which wasn’t great but staff let us have coffee from breakfast restaurant, which we were thankful for. The swimming pool was closed and children were not allowed in the (over priced) indoor pool area which the kids were very disappointed about. When asked at reception - no one knew of any available swimming facilities in Granada. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very nice and cheap. However dinner was only available from 8pm which is typical for Spain however in a hotel I would have expected the restaurant would have been open earlier to meet the needs of foreigners. Again restaurant staff were very nice.

No swimming options for kids. No kettle in the room.

This hotel is definitiely one of the best stays in our road trip over Andalucia. Has everything what you need and the hotel stuff was extremly nice. To note, we have been at high temperature season, but AC was working perfectly. The room and the bathroom inside (basic) was large! So much space and we loved it. Parking is extra pay, but the price is reasonable. We left the car there our whole stay and went to city by taxy, which was from 6-9€, that was really good. Overall, we would definitely come back if visiting again!

No such matter.

Great position, the bus stop for the city centre right in front of the hotel. Nice breakfast, well prepared on gluten-free. The room was clean and big enough.

The barely speak English at the reception, it’s a 4-star hotel and they should be able to communicate with guests. Also, they assured the laundry service within 24 hours. I gave them my clothes in the morning, I found them on my bed in the afternoon and they were still dirty. The guy at the reception was not able to explain to me why they didn’t wash them, he didn’t speak English at all.

The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Evan. The bedrooms were spacious with a terrace which was nice to look out into the Mountain View’s. I found the bed quite comfortable but my husband didn’t.

We had a power cut which was rectified quite quickly and the water supply went off on one the nights which caused a build up air pressure in the pipes which was not good when using the shower as it burst out. There are 3 lifts and 2 were out of order on one of days which was not great when there were large numbers of guests checking in and we had to go down the stairs to avoid waiting for too long.

Room spacious and comfortable bed. En-suite facilities very good. Location perfect for visiting Granada as underground parking on-site, bus stops to and from the city centre immediately outside the hotel and the service was frequent and cheap ca 15 minutes to the main cathedral. Restaurant food quite good but portions far too large.

Buffet breakfast was fine but a very noisy room mainly because there were no soft furnishings to deaden the noise particularly from chairs scrapping the marble floor. Suggest some soft pads be fixed on the bottom of the chair legs to stop the scrapping noise.

Ver good room, nice and cosy. Great breakfast selection. Quiet area. Easily accessible to the city Center, 30 min walk or 10 min by bus, just in front of the hotel. Alhambra is also very close by and easily accessible. Great stay.

For the SPA, you have to pay an access fee of around 35- 40 euro for only 1 hour. Given that it has a cost, it could be at least longer than 1 hour.

Location, bus outside the hotel to Granada town centre, staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful, food was okay

Carpet next to patio door badly stained, the throw on the bed was stained on the inside the same colour stain as the carpet. Cleaners didn't change the drinking glasses every day, we had to wash them out ourselves. Every morning Our balcony was covered in cigarette ends and cigarette ash from the bedrooms above, it was reported every day, I was told they was nothing they could do apart from send the cleaners in. The cleaners came and cleaned but this was not until 11 or 11.30, at 9am when I got up and I wanted to go on the balcony, I couldn't due to cigarettes on the balcony, table and sunbeds. Extra Smoke alarms could be set up right next to the windows which won't happen because it seems that smokers are controlling this hotel.

It is a very nice looking hotel and rooms - in room fridge which was good. We had a terrace with a mountain view - loved that. Felt we got really good value. A little out of the centre of Granada with a bustop right near the hotel - we caught the bus in and out of the town centre a few times and it was quite easy. But you could walk if you wanted - a bit far for us in the heat. Carpark under the hotel 14 euros a day. Staff very good. Pool was nice and there was also a restaurant on site. A few other restaurants and shops nearby. Overall very happy with our stay here.

Good location if you travel by car parking wise. Alhambra parking lots are just a few minutes away. There is also frequent direct bus service No 33 to city center. Takes about 10-15 minutes to center. Breakfast super. Plenty of fresh food with many options. Nice view from room. Great fast elevators (no wait at all 😜). Very good window insulation no traffic noise although there is a busy roundabout across the street. Central A/C very adequate.

Rooms furniture are a bit dated. Carpet is not a good option nowadays. The common rooms are more elaborate and luxurious.
