Really welcoming check in at reception and very easy parking. The hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere with decoration local to the area. Easy access to all areas. The location although a good 20 minutes downhill walk to the City is well accessed by public transport and taxi. The room was a good size and bathroom well proportioned. The bed was comfortable with pillows of different thickness. The restaurant and bar were comfortable and managed by happy helpful staff. Food in both was of a very good standard with hot food actually hot !

Only small cold plates available in the restaurant, not good for hot food. No heating in the bathroom.

Great position opposite the Alhambra. Easy access to Granada centre via bus stops outside Alhambra. Some people may prefer to stay in the centre but this worked well for us. We drove & there is a car park although 22 € a day quite expensive. Regular bus service , every 10-15 minutes. Very clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Lovely hotel .

My room was too warm. No air con as it was off season being November. Had to sleep with window fully open. I asked for a fan as it was quite unbearable sometimes & this was immediately provided!😊 It would have been nice if pool was open as a swim in a cool pool would have been lovely after a day sightseeing in the heat (23-24 deg!)

Clean friendly staff.

Quality of food in rooftop is expensive for the quality. There is a swimming pool though it’s a lottery to get a chair. People go to the swimming pool when it opens leaver their towels and go away, come back hours later. Given the pool is small I thinks it’s fair they have someone checking or a rule that states if beds are left for more than an hour towels will be removed. There is only one person on the bar all day and it gets busy so you have to wait a longtime if there is a queue and people have big orders including cocktails, he has to do it all. That seems like not good employment practice.

Loved location, in the mountains, very close to nature, a mere 10-15 mins walk into the city centre. The hotel itself offers buffet breakfasts, lunch and dinners, which makes it a choice on days we didn't want to go into the city centre. Children absolutely loved the pool. The family room was spacious and lovely. Would benefit from putting an ironing board and iron in the rooms, although we got them quickly when we requested them. The hotel was fully booked when we were there (summer season), but the staff were still attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

The buffet lacked variety - it was the same every day, especially lunch and dinner. Also, we had allergies, and there were no labels of foods, however, the waiter stayed with us to inform us of ingredients. It would have been simpler if they just put a label next to each dish!

Fantastic location for the Alhambra Palace which was a few minutes walk away. Parking across the road in the Alhambra Palace car park was easy and around 22 euros for a day. Taxi to centre of Granada from the hotel took about 5 minutes and cost approx. 5 Euros. Hotel call the cab. Easy to hail a cab for the return trip from the centre of Granada. We didn’t attempt to walk it, but understand it was doable. Hotel rooms were somewhat basic but were spacious with great air conditioning. Rooms included; tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and safe deposit box.

Not any negatives, just feedback…We had two rooms, one had soap at the bathroom sink, the other didn’t. One room wasn’t as clean as the other. So feedback would be to pay more attention to detail. Breakfast was expensive for choice/quality.

Breakfast and location were excellent. Friendly restaurant personnel, reception desk staff and housekeeping personnel. Beds are good and rooms are well cleaned.

Guests cannot bill to the room for items consumed at the pool bar, breakfast hall, hotel bar, or hotel restaurant located on the 4th floor. The pool only opens from 11:00 am to 20:00 which is rather limited. There are very few TV news channels and TV signal reception is poor. The restaurant on the 4th floor has very nice personnel, nice view, but the food tastes dull and is overpriced. The swimming pool water temperature feels rather cold.

We loved location as it was outside of centre, peaceful and quiet. Also literally right in front of Alhambra. You can enjoy the view from the terrace. Rooms are big and clean; bathroom as well.

The black out curtain in the room should be actually wide enough to cover the whole window. It did not cover enough and lights were coming in from 5 am. The housekeeping starts around 7 and you can hear all the noise of them dragging beds in other rooms. Together with the poor curtain, we couldn't have good sleeps. Hotel's restaurant offers average drinks/foods on a bit expensive side.

Absolutely professional hotel of a very high standard. The professionalism and helpfulness of the staff was incredible. A very pleasant surprise. The main advantage of the hotel is of course the location 200 m from the entrance to the Alhambra. From there there are also cheap buses (1.60 EUR) every few minutes, so visiting the historic center of Granada is also very easy. We had a Junior Apartment and the standard of the room and the views from the terrace directly to the Alhambra were amazing. I definitely recommend renting this room. As a motorcycle traveler, we were very pleased to be offered parking for our motorcycle in a closed underground garage (12 EUR/night). They have a very limited number of parking spaces - you have to ask in advance. Breakfast and also dinner are buffet style and were very good.

We stayed here mid May for one night. Fantastic location if your main visit to Granada is for the Alhambra as it is just across the road. Also great if you are travelling by motorcycle (or car) as you can get to it without going through the old part of Granada itself, and has a parking garage onsite. The staff were fantastic, especially a senior gentleman who went above and beyond with assisting us with various queries and caring for our rental motorcycle, etc. Room was comfy, lovely and quiet, lots of power points at desk and by each bedside, had a small table and chairs, modern bathroom. Free internet worked well. Quiet aircon. Had tea/coffee making facilities, a mini fridge and a safe. There are cafes just a short walk along the road, the Alhambra across the road, and a short walk down to catch the buses into the old town, etc. Would happily stay here again.

Location perfect for Alhambra or the old town. Some walking and steps so be prepped if walking. If looking for a lazy options double check Uber prices before ordering as unlike most locations I have been to its often cheaper to catch a taxi of the street to get to old town Rooms quite standard though clean and comfortable. Breakfast options are good and variety is there (coffee though could use some strengthening :))

Not a drama but It would be nice to have separate glasses for water and ceramic coffee mugs (and water actually) No parking really and the one in front of the hotel (Alhambra official) quite pricy
