Staff was super nice and provided great service. The location is very good too, with the hotel only 10 minutes from Alhambra and walkable distance to the city centre. Breakfast was lovely, and we liked that it was a la carte rather than a buffet. We had the junior suite with terrace which was nice and spacious for our group of three adults. The terrace had an amazing view. However I would probably recommend it for couples since the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't close all the way - at specific angles you can still peek into the bathroom all the way from the living room even. That being said, I'd still book it again.

It was close enough to the Alhambra to walk (we are old but are used to walking everywhere - if you have difficulty walking you might need a taxi)….they had a delightful breakfast every morning - delicious cortadas. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and because it is just a bit off the tourist path (in the Realejo neighborhood) you could eat without being totally consumed by all the tourists. Every evening after dinner, we enjoyed a pleasant quiet repast by the pool with a glass of wine (from a leftover bottle from dinner time) Most of the time we were the only ones sitting out at night - being May, it was quite delightful. The staff was very helpful. And because, you must realize that the approach to the hotel is up some stairs (on a pedestrian path - but really not too far) when we left, they called for a taxi for us once we were at the base of the stairs. A taxi was there in a minute or two

Exceptional Stay – A Birthday to Remember! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most incredible stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, especially for my partner’s birthday. They added thoughtful, personal touches that truly made the celebration memorable. The décor throughout the hotel is truly unique, stylish, creative, and full of character. You can really see the care and attention to detail in every corner, from the cultured features to the beautifully designed furnishings. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was stunning, spacious, serene, and immaculately presented. It felt like a luxury escape with all the comforts of home. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight. A gourmet style, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The coffee was excellent too, some of the best we’ve had on our travels. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. We can’t wait to return! Perfect location

What an absolute gem! The room was small but clean and very comfortable, shower room with its lovely toiletries felt almost like a little spa. The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and happy to give recommendations, book taxis and cater for my partners food allergies. It was fantastic having the pool to relax by and Shade from the lemon tree Then a little courtyard where we enjoyed a beer and snack that we'd bought at a local shop. Will definitely come back to Granada will 100% be booking here again.

A few steps so could be problematic for wheelchair users or people with poor mobility. I have arthritis in my knees but didn't struggle (too much)

Location is excellent!! Close to Alhambra- a good workout!! Wear comfortable sneakers! Walkable to all restaurants and center areas. You cant drive up to the doors so be prepared to carry your suitcase up about 25 steps to enter property. We stayed in room 5, junior suite, plenty of space , decor was old European charm. It was perfect for us. Breakfast was decent (we r used to american hotel breakfast large variety) but it was fine. Neighborhood very quiet and very safe. All in all, good place to stay, reception person is there in the mornings only but very answerable by phone or email for whatever you need.

We were given very detailed instructions and a warm greeting via WhatsApp prior to our arrival, in which we were advised that we had been given a complimentary upgrade - a very lovely gesture as the stay was for my birthday. From then on, Lorena was an excellent communicator and made our stay extra special. The suite itself was spectacular with incredible views from the terrace and the bath tub. We were within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit and the decoration was gorgeous with colourful tiles and shutters. We enjoyed the pool and had a fab breakfast, which we were able to take up to our terrace. We loved this hotel and can't wait to be back.

A charming old-style villa that offers a delightful blend of rustic character and comfort. The villa features a secluded swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfasts were tasty and freshly prepared, using good quality ingredients. The location was quiet and tranquil, ideal for a restful retreat, yet still within easy walking distance to Granada’s city center. For visits to the Alhambra, regular local buses made getting there straightforward and convenient.

Well-located, beautiful garden and pool area with the lemontree, charming place to have breakfast. Was very convenient to visit Alhambra and the old town. The personnel are very friendly and helpful!

The air in the room was a bit damp because it is a ground-floor cave room. It is not as noticeable with the air conditioning on though. Also, maybe a shower curtain might be helpflu, because otherwise the water from the shower ends up on the bathroom floor. Additionally, hair conditioner would be nice to have (we had 2 shampoos instead, I'm not sure if it was intentional)

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful, well appointed suite (no 5) with views over Granada and out to the mountains. It felt v authentic and Spanish with pretty tiles and rugs. The Hotel is located on a quiet street and v pretty street. Great for a good night's sleep. It's also not far from the Alhambra about 20 minute walk for a fit(ish) person. The breakfasts were good - excellent tea and coffee and croissants but no eggs, although plenty of other options like tuna or ham/turkey and cheese. We loved out stay here and would definitely recommend. One small thing - the mattress was a bit hard for my taste but despite this slept well in this corner of Granada. It also has a nice ground floor terrace and small pool.

What a little gem! We loved everything about this Andalusian house on the side of the hill under the Alhambra. Beautifully decorated rooms overlooking the pool and terrace and the city beyond (junior suite with balcony sun room). Very comfortable. Good walking distance to all the sights of Granada, very convenient, and the cobbled pedestrian steps up to the house from the town were only a short distance - not too much at the end of a day touring the sights. Great choice of breakfast menu, and absolutely lovely attentive team running it, from help with arrival to making sure we had a great picnic for our very early departure on the last day. We even had a dip in the lovely clean pool which was invigorating (January) and a relaxing chill out on the sunbeds in the warm sun under the lemon tree. Idyllic!
