Staff are superb. Very clean Although from reading other reviews there is a problem with the pool water. Both my children came home with ear infections which required antibiotics. Think the hotel have been told about this but haven't seem to done anything about it. But hey thats my only complaint. Breakfast is fantastic.

The pool water needs addressing lots of people get ear infections.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. Our very comfortable suite was immaculately clean and the perfect size for myself, my daughter and granddaughter, with a spectacular sea view. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, some sweets and a little handwritten welcome note, which we very much appreciated. We were also provided with a cot without having to ask for one. The balcony was very large and safely enclosed for our toddler to play. The suite also had a shower, bath, microwave, fridge, kettle etc, as well as very comfortable beds, bedding and sofa. Overall the facilities at the hotel are excellent including a toddler pool, large pool and indoor swimming pool and gym etc. and the snack bar was very good and reasonably priced. However, the icing on the cake are the wonderful staff who are extremely friendly and professional, and particularly the entertainment staff who go over and above to ensure everyone enjoys their holiday. Our granddaughter absolutely loved the children’s shows and activities and especially Woogi! A big thank you to all the staff who made this such a special holiday for our 15 month old granddaughter. We highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully return next year.

Everything. From check in to check out, everything was great. Every staff member is very good at their jobs. Always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. Kids club was fantastic. Big thanks to isreal for checking us in and going through different options. Could mention various lovely interactions with so many other staff members but too many to write. If you've family and are looking for a great all inclusive resort, look no further.

For the price I thought it was really great value. The breakfast offering was brilliant. Everything was nice and clean & the staff friendly.

On the first night we went to the bar and there was a queue forming but there was not enough staff which was frustrating. The staff didn't seem to acknowledge the fact we had been waiting for ages. The outdoor pool was pretty cold, but being early May I expect it will be less of a problem in the warmer months.

The facilities were very good, pool, entertainment area, equipment available, all in a really good standard. Staff was very attentive and their aproach was always friendly.

I was disappointed with the food, quite a big choice but not the highest standard, there weren't any salads or greens available, mainly fried or cooked dishes, typical english breakfast, but not much mediterranean food, which I was hoping for. I also didn't like the fact, that I needed to pay extra for safe deposit in the room and also for beach towels, that were used by the pool.

The place is set up really well for families, we came as a family of four, two kids aged 6 years and 9 months. Great breakfast options, lovely setting. The weather was good to us for April! The staff are brilliant and we had such a nice time staying here. Thank you to the team! We shall be back.

The hairdryer didn't work, the aircon isn't switched on until May which was OK apart from the first night when the room was 25c and baby was fidgety.

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety, always clean tables to sit at, staff very friendly and attentive. Exactly what we expected. The hotel was very clean and in a good location for accessing the marina area and other transport from there. Plenty of taxis available. Staff were great; friendly and attentive. Cleaning staff didn’t stop and kept everything looking immaculate and again were very friendly.

The only downside for us personally was the room set up for the 3rd bed for our toddler which was the sofa in the living room / kitchenette area. It just meant there was nowhere comfortably for us to sit in the evenings without disturbing him. But wouldn’t affect my rating of the hotel itself, it was just something we found a bit frustrating.

The position of the hotel gave you that nice breeze off the sea while round the pool. Lots of activities if you wanted to join in. The apartment was spacious, the beds were very comfortable. All the staff were so friendly.

The pool area got very busy and we saw people putting their towels over 4 beds, returning 5 hours later. I think this needs monitoring because there were families struggling to find sunbeds and a parasol. Its a shame there was no steps down into the sea, this would be a nice feature as there was some lovely clear coves to have a morning dip

There was nothing we didn’t like in particular but agree with other reviews and would give the hotel 3 starts rather than 4. The building and the rooms need a bit of care and modernisation.

We were just on a bed and breakfast deal but others were on all inclusive. Unfortunately this meant they cut corners. The breakfast food was poor, the orange juice watered down and the cola pretty awful.
