Beds were comfortable, airconditioning worked well, staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is not too bad if you enjoy walking. Staff warned us about a certain 'less safe' area nearby. Didn't feel unsafe at any point however. Two large supermarkets are nearby as well as a gas station. Parking is free in the surrounding streets (we didn't have any trouble finding a spot close to the hotel).

The pillows: long, rather firm tube shaped pillows. The lobby area had some chairs and tables, but it wasn't very appealing to sit. Distance to the city center was a good 20 to 25 minutes walk. We made the mistake of taking the car to the city center the first night: you loose more time on finding a place to park your car than walking.

The hotel is good but the room wasn't very clean.. I understand it's a low season - and perhaps they don't have enough stuff to clean the rooms properly. Yet you pay your money and expect it would be clean when you enter the room) I really hope it will improve because the rest was great, it's a very nice hotel and good value for money! I'd like to come back next time.

This is a perfect hotel when you travel and need to stay overnight. The room was quite large and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant where we could still have dinner even though we arrived quite late and it has spacious parking where you can bring stuff from your park straight to the room. The breakfeast was nice too. We were traveling with two dogs which was no problem and the room even had two doggie beds prepared. We very much appreciated it. Overall, we liked the hotel and the stay.

Location is excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. A clean and modern hotel and a reasonable price. Excellent food at Gastrobar on site.

Gastorbar foes not service food between 4pm-8pm but this isnt mentioned on information sheet which suggests its open from 8am 11pm. Safe, shower were broken and blackout curtain was wearing thin in places, probably needs a general update.

Close to concert venue, clean and friendly staff

There wasn't much to dislike - it could have done with a small bottle of water in the fridge. More variety of alcohol in the bar and timing said bar closes at 11 - concert finished after 12 so nightcap not available - but these are small observations - it was still a very good stay. We would return. 🙂

We loved the location as the concert stadium was only a matter of metres away. The room, bed and bathroom were clean and spacious with a comfy roomy bed. Excellent facilities with fridge and safe at no extra cost.

Nothing to dislike. The location and quality of the room and the hotel and staff were very friendly and accomodating.

My few need there's no electric kettle for making tea I constantly going to main bar for hot water for my partner to make tea this is disappointing or maybe I should have requested for this when I did the booking reservation

It's our 'go to' hotel when we go to concerts in Murcia. It's not directly in the centre of the city but it's easy walking distances to venues. It's great value for money, immaculately clean, good facilities, good size rooms and large comfortable beds. Staff are always helpful, courteous and polite.

Everything was great as 2 years ago. We will return

The new (?) regulations with the dogs: You should not leave them in the room alone. What about White your are going to have your breakfast or for dining? Hovewer there were dogs in the breakfast area ...?

The location is perfect for the palace of sports arena, just a short walk away. It is a further to the city centre, but again we did walk in. The staff were polite and helpful, especially when we left some items in our room. on site parking was secure.
