The location was excellent, very close to both the beach and the airport, which made getting around extremely easy. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist whenever needed. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel also features a bar where guests can enjoy live music and delightful cocktails in a fantastic atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers both an indoor pool, which includes a sauna, and an outdoor pool.

As for aspects that could be improved, I would mention that the shower door did not close properly and the shower gel was very difficult to dispense.

This is a lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It is very clean and it smells fantastic as soon as you walk in. All the staff were just lovely in every department. It's 5 mins from a beach beach and 100s of bars, restaurants, and clubs. The pool is big and is very warm. We had a DJ in the afternoon, and that was great. There's a waiter service to your lounger also. It was a very relaxing atmosphere although we definitely didn't expect it to be.. (If you have any mobility issues, the pool may be hard to get in as there is only access via the small metal ladder. ) There's good entertainment in the night also. There's a bus outside that goes into Palma and takes about 30 minutes and costs €2. A taxis back from palma cost us €15. What we didn't know is that this area is known as the 'German Magaluf'. It's was absolutely full of groups of young people from Germany there to party. Lots of these groups are staying at the hotel. This instantly filled us with dread because we just thought of noise levels at night. We got lucky and didn't have any disturbance throughout the night, but I do know many had very noisy neighbours. All these group's were lovely and were friendly and just there to enjoy themselves. The beach front is packed with groups of young people there to party but we found it entertaining to watch and it didn't spoil our trip at all. This hotel is 10 minutes from the airport and a taxi will cost around €24 with airport toll. Rooms were clean and comfortable with complimentary water. There's a safe and a fridge also. The food was nice, plenty of it and all fresh. We didn't know this area even existed, and I'm so glad we stumbled across it because it was a great trip. The beaches are just perfect, with no pebbles or rocks, just sand and a very warm sea. I'd recommend this just for the experience.

My one and only small issues are just outside our balcony in room 116. There is an area that guest can't access but do through rubbish and towels off their balconies, and it lands in this area. I know drunk young people do daft things, so it's not too bad, and it wasn't a lot of things, but it does need cleaning daily due to the nature of what gets thrown onto there. I've shared a picture of myself nx to the area I'm describing. Before things were dropped onto there.

great guy on reception when we arrived, checked us in early no problem and gave us a room upgrade which was nice. room was spacious and clean, coffee and tea making facilities in the room would have been nice, beds were a little firm with a strange pillow set up, about 6ft long and only 1 pillow, not the end of the world though. hotel facilities were very good, spa was great, main pool although indoor was a bit cold but fine once you got used to it, shame it closes at 18.00. we stayed half board and found the food to be very good, lots of choice and well stocked (desserts were spot on) and breakfast was good, coffee wasn't great but thats Mallorca for you !!! value for money as out of season, great crazy golf which is free along with tennis, gym is ok could do with some new equipment and only 1 treadmill, but was fine for me. the downstairs bar area was good at night, nice beer and cocktails and free entertainment each night along with darts/pool/air hockey. overall a great hotel at a great price, had no issues with noise and no complaints.

Nice hotel in a good location, not far from the beach. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a good selection of options. Good outdoor pool area, might get a bit more packed in high season, but it's fine during my stay.

It's a pity the gym only opens at 8am. It's a bit of a rush if you want to have a workout and still be able to make it for breakfast. The other downside was the noise, which is not really the hotels fault but some guests were quite loud when coming back to their rooms after a night out (banging doors, singing, shouting on the corridor, etc).

Overall we were happy with this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were good and staff helpful and good location.

At times the room was hot and we were told as it was April the air conditioning had not been turned on. The choice of dishes at the evening buffet was very limited for non meat eaters. Generally the breakfast was good but on the last day many dishes had run out and even though there was still 45 mins left of the official breakfast time these were not replenished including water so it was a very disappointing breakfast.

The breakfast had a lot of great options, and the food overall was excellent. The hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants. Having a direct bus to the airport was also a big plus. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbors who were loud between midnight and 5am, which made it hard to sleep. This was outside the hotel’s control, but it did affect our rest.

This hotel is about 20 minutes away by bus from the airport which is super convenient, buses run early in the morning till late in the evening, also there is direct connection with Palma. Hotel is not new and needs some renovation but it's okay, it's not dirty or something. The only one problem if I may say so was with the elevators, some of them were always glitching ( there are 10 floors in the hotel). it's a bit away from the beach, for those who can walk 10 mins it's not a problem. We had HB included, I must say everything was great, tasty and diverse. They do special dinners ( sushi, jamon etc)

Myself and my daughter went for 1 night on Tuesday this week. We arrived early 09.30 and to our surprise they had a room ready for us and had upgraded us to a sea view room which had amazing views. Pool area had lifeguards on duty at all times and towels available. Also had a shower available if you have a late flight home as we did so was great 😊 also only 5-10 min walk to beach and all shops & bars. So yes I would defo return to this hotel

The staff was very friendly and very helpful they made sure i had a comfortable stay for example normally you have breakfast and drink coffee in the restaurant, but i told them i need to take the coffee and go to my room to smoke on the balcony and they made it possible which was a big plus for me. The food was cheaper than all the other restaurants in the area and w everyday they had live music in the evening, all in all they tried to make everyone possible for my comfort. The location is also perfect and the room was more than good. The cleaning ladies were amazing and very good and ready for help.

I asked about the souna, they told me i have to make an appointment so i did i asked when can i they said minimum half an hour before so i did one And after half an hour i went to the sauna and i was disappointed to see it wasnt turned on.

Excellent hotel! The best choice for what I was looking for. The design, feel, space and amenities, facilities on offer are incredible. The hotel is located 5 minute walk from the beach playa de palma on main promenade. You can easily walk to S'arenal too along promenade. 3 mins from hotel you have Mercadona the supermarket and lidl 10 minutes walk. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around too. The hotel is exactly like the pictures. Shower pressure is amazing! Mini fridge in room and aircon too. Confy beds. Lovely balcony. The breakfast has plenty of space and everything that you can think of available. Chef at hand to cook you the breakfast eggs, omelette and pancakes. Hot and cold food options, plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices and bubbly too! You have a fitness gym, pool, chess and pool table by the bar. You have luggage storage and can use the shower within the gym facilities to change if required. The restaurant offers different cuisine nights and it's buffet at affordable prices. Hotel has evening singer for entertainment. Taxi called from reception and was a minute away. Hotel is 15 minutes to airport and just under €25. Overall, staff very attentive, courteous and smiley, would be happy to stay again. P.s. the area is know for German tourists and you will hear it all around. The hotel is far enough so you don't hear the noise from the main strip and was silent for a good night's rest.

The TV channels are all in German. There are 2 British and spanish news channels but the rest are German. The Hotel should be more inclusive for other guests outside of Germans. For such a 4* I would expect better.
