Great concept hotel. Top location & great value for money

Guy training in the gym topless & in only his boxers, sweating all over the equipment & not wiping any of it down. Disgusting & should not be allowed. He used the gym like it was his private PT studio not a shared space.

Amazing Hotel with a lot of amenities - a pool, laundry, cafe, working space and gym. The gym is very very modern and the pool area is on the roof with a nice view. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room credit was also a nice side effect, you could get snacks and drinks with it. Free water and coffee to take which is amazing.

Our room smelled a bit because of the seating puff, it was a very odd smell but after telling the staff about it they helped us.

I recently stayed at COSI Krabi Ao Nang Beach, and overall, I think it offers good value for the price. The room and bathroom were clean, which I really appreciated. The location is great, right on the main street, making it very convenient to get around. However, the window only had blinds instead of proper curtains, making the room quite dark even during the day. Another downside was the noise, there were a lot of young guests coming back late and the sound from the hallways and outside carried easily into the room. As for breakfast, they offer a small deli style reception with grab and go options. It’s not a full breakfast, but it’s fine for a day or two. The staff was also friendly, which added to the experience. Despite a few drawbacks, it was a decent stay.

The hotel was very clean, location was perfect just a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Staff were very helpful. Our air con didn't appear to be working very well I asked staff and they made it ice cold immediately. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Big shower with lots of hot water. Rooftop pool was a nice area. The gym was suitable for light upper body workout but not much for a leg training session. Plenty of cardio equipment all very clean and air con great. One cable station, one bench and dumbbells up to 25kg. Didn't have breakfast as it was option of a pastry, bagel or pot noodles. Our daily allowance allowed us to get 2 or 3 drinks. The area in Krabi is great and we were very happy with our stay at cosi

So many good things - the bed was comfortable and the room had powerful air conditioning. The gym facilities were a huge part of why we booked this place and they didn’t disappoint - we made use of them every day! We also were given 100 baht each towards breakfast each morning and free tea/coffee until 2pm was a nice surprise. Considering it is a large hotel it wasn’t noisy at all. The only downside I can think was that the room wasn’t cleaned to the highest standard - there was a big clump of hair on the floor when we walked in and some marks/stickers on the walls and headboard.

I mostly loved the whole experience overall. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are big enough. The gym was spacious which I've never been to a gym hotel like before. The hotel is right in the center and very close to everything literally.

there weren't any hot water machines or napkins inside the room and I had to go all the way to building 1 to get hot water especially since we caught a cold the first 2 days. Also I noticed that the house keeping changes stuff like my shampoo bottle cover and sometimes I find different stuff not mine in my room !

COSI Ao nang krabi has exceeded my expectations. The buildings and rooms were very clean. House keeping and support staff was very warm and friendly. Specially the ones at the reception. Very kind people. No complaints whatsoever - just the mattress was too soft for my comfort. The ao Nang beach was at a 10 min walking distance and everything was convenient throughout my stay. I'm a vegetarian so there were a little bit of mix ups on the breakfast ( you have to order thai food a day before so that they can get it made for you in time for breakfast - else you can just take any items from the bakery for under 100tbh) Otherwise pleasant experience will definitely book again on my next visit.

The value for the hotel is outstanding. Great price for a nice room, self-service laundry, and pool. The room was a bit small, but to be expected at this price point.

The breakfast situation is very poor. They give you a voucher that you are supposed to use to get breakfast in the morning. The voucher system is completely unnecessary as they already keep track of who ordered from each room - it seems to just be a system to deny people breakfast that they paid for. The staff are also on completely different wavelengths about this system. One staff member was visibly upset and argued with us because another staff member gave us a replacement voucher after we lost one. We didn't end up getting to eat breakfast on our last day because of this. The breakfast itself was a 5/10, so we didn't lose out on much. However, the frustration with the staff left a bitter taste.

The property was in a great location not too far in walking distance from two beaches. The view from our room was amazing, absolutely stunning. Everything you needed was around us restaurants, bars, shops etc. The hotel it self was very clean and modern. The room had great facilities, extra big bed,amazing shower, fast broadband and a big tv. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and separate towels for roof top pool which again was amazing. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others staying in the same area.

Everything! Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh water and towels given, all the staff were so lovely and helpful, they had their own little bar around the outside with card games and a lovely staff member running it, they have a free water tap where you can fill up your bottles or they have glasses, the gym was good, the bed in the room was big and comfortable, shower good, WiFi was really good! My partner was remote working and worked really well for him, pool had a great view and he as often quiet so you would always get a seat, great location it was really near to lots of nice restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Only thing is that at night the street can be loud (we were in the building closest to the street, but this is not fault of the hotel) so just to bring some ear plugs, they saved us!
