The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The overall hospitality was outstanding. The food exceeded expectations — we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort during our 3-nights stay. I also highly recommend trying the spa experience, especially the Rainforest journey — it was truly relaxing and well worth it.

Villa H11 had a great pool privacy while i stayed in Villa H10 which offers partial pool privacy, which was acceptable but not 100%, but most of the other villas have pools that are fully exposed to the beach walkway, which didn’t suit my preference for more seclusion. Also, I personally prefer beds with headboards or those placed against a wall for better sleeping comfort.

This is a modern luxury resort that impresses in the small touches. Everything is well thought off, every detail, every decor, every furniture seems to be perfectly where it should be. Combine that with an amazing natural scenario and a top quality service and you get Banyan Tree Krabi. Positives: - amazing top class service troughout the stay with top concierge whatsapp service. - modern amenities with overall great condition; - most beautifull check-in lobby I have ever seen; the view at the afternoon is just breathtaking! - small decor and functional details that really shows the effort and thought that was placed here. Loved the oil burn at the room entrance, the incense burners and the light adjustable bed chandeliers. - the decor is thai and yet modern, comforting and relaxing. - the room is big enough as there is a walkable closet too. - premium room views are indeed amazing. - the private and main pools have great water temperature. - there were surprisingly very few bugs or other pest, even in the night! One can safely rest and dinner outside. - breakfast off great quality and with daily variability. - Saffron thai restaurant was top quality! The lift is a nice touch indeed. Food prices are reasonable! - the gardens are beautifully maintained with some picturesque points and corners. - top quality complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. - great bath amenities.

Negatives: - scarce wear and cracks in some building walls, although not very noticeable. - the uninviting condition of the room jacuzzi, but yet the pool aside was amazing, in good condition and quite clean. - main pool could be bigger. There were some small lose tiles.. maybe they should rethink the pool materials for future proof maintenance. - the beach is walkable and with great views but the water is not very clear. - spa and excursions services are very expensive. They should rethink this, at least the spa is way overpriced for Thailand.

Banyan Tree Krabi is a truly picturesque escape — the villa I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a private garden and pool that offered both luxury and seclusion. The resort’s location is unbeatable, nestled between lush rainforest and a peaceful beach, creating a serene ambience. Dining was a highlight, especially the Bird’s Nest restaurant with its unforgettable treetop setting, and the hilltop Saffron restaurant, which is accessible via a unique, scenic elevator ride. Communication was seamless through WhatsApp, making every request or query incredibly convenient. I also appreciated the thoughtful selection of complimentary activities offered by the resort and found the rainforest hydrotherapy experience especially rejuvenating.

While the resort impressed in many ways, there were some letdowns. The quality of housekeeping was inconsistent, which was surprising for a resort of this caliber. Breakfast felt uninspired and lacked the variety and flair expected from a luxury property. One concerning issue was the absence of a first aid kit on a third-party boat tour arranged through the hotel — an oversight that shouldn’t happen with a Banyan Tree-endorsed partner. Although the staff were courteous, their service lacked the polish and attentiveness you’d expect from a five-star resort. Lastly, while luxury often comes at a price, it felt exorbitantly overpriced

Where to even start?! 5 nights at Banyan Tree Krabi was like a dream that kept getting better and we never wanted to end. The hotel grounds and rooms are immaculate - with attention to detail in design, function, and aesthetic. The staff were beyond 5 star, each proudly going above and beyond to get to know you and ensure you experience the best of Krabi, the hotel, and Thailand. A very special shout out to P’Rem, our go-to for guest services, who gave true meaning to “the land of smiles”, always popping up to help us and exuding positivity. P’Sanai from Naga Restaurant is also a huge standout in our experience, by treating us as family with the warmest hospitality and consideration! Our time at Banyan Tree Krabi helped us make life long memories. Thank you to the entire team for making it happen. P.S If you’re contemplating whether to treat yourself - do it at Banyan Tree Krabi! Absolutely nothing!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Krabi! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and outstanding facilities. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and supportive, making them the nicest team I’ve ever encountered. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious Halal options, and the in-room dining experience was equally impressive. This hotel is perfect for families, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Krabi. Highly recommended!

Nothing to dislike—everything was perfect!

From the moment my husband and I landed in Krabi, Banyan Tree had already started to show just how special our stay would be. A comfortable and luxurious van was ready for us at the airport, and the smooth ride set the tone for what turned out to be an extraordinary stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Freya, who made us feel instantly at home. Despite arriving late, just 15 minutes before restaurant closing she didn’t just check us in, she also made sure we could still have dinner by arranging a last minute booking at Saffron. The staff at Saffron welcomed us with genuine kindness and, even though it was closing time, encouraged us to take our time and enjoy our meal. The food was excellent, and that first evening was a beautiful introduction to Banyan Tree’s incredible hospitality. After dinner, we were taken to our villa by buggy. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with luxurious amenities, a great coffee machine, and a generously sized bathroom. But the highlight? Our private pool on the balcony with a breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea. It was pure bliss. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies every night during our four night stay over Eid break. The next morning, since Freya was on a well deserved day off, we were looked after by Daria, who had clearly been briefed in detail about our late arrival. She made sure we didn’t miss out on any experiences and went above and beyond to show us around and take care of us. To our surprise and deep appreciation, she even gave us a hand painted souvenir at the end of our trip such a personal and thoughtful gesture that touched us both. Another standout during our stay was Guy, who, like the rest of the team, exemplified the kind of service that goes beyond expectations. The staff didn’t just assist us during our stay at the hotel, they helped us coordinate outside activities too.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The location is stunning with a beautiful beach, and the complimentary island trip was such a memorable touch. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Our private pool was simply amazing, providing the perfect space to relax in total privacy. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very stylish. Every detail reflected comfort and quality. We had out best 7 days! Amazing view and resort which when combined with the most beautiful staff creates a tranquil unique atmosphere of bliss! From being welcomed by Zen &Vanit, taking care of us from start to end; to kitchen Bie and Olaing with all smiling staff serving fantastic breakfast (best ever).. to the best funloving Ton and Noom in bar, Ton always smiling and joining volleyball with Noom always joking making perfect mocktails and coctails (supported by charming Lek and Deef) what a team🍺🍹🫶 ... we have a 10yr old, and so wheny the above chilled out tranquil atmosphere is matches up with fun&play with Mang and his crew - always ready for pingpong, not just playing but learning teqchniques. And with volleyball Mang kiip akaash and Lek(and Ton😅) most important longlasting memories is created! Leo will practise his forehand and comeback better Mang💪😂 Safron beautifull food with so nice service, and cool elevator. Loved it! We will also recomend Island trip(we did Hong++) which is so beautiful, and elephant sanctuary very fun to mix up the days. But with place being so beautifull even our energetic maniac mostly wanted to stay at the resort by pool all day. What more to say than a huge Thank from the heart to all of you from the three of us🙏🏻❤️

Beautiful property and setting on Tubkaak beach. Beautiful views everywhere. Food was pretty good. Close to Dragon Crest hill, our favourite hike we’ve ever done. Staff was amazing and very caring.

It’s hard to get anywhere from the hotel and taxis / Grabs are expensive. You can’t walk around to many cafes or restaurants so you are pretty much stuck there, though it’s a beautiful place to be stuck! The in-villa pools (we had a partial ocean view) are very shaded / view wasn’t great (mostly of other rooftops) and therefore we did not really use it. Wasn’t worth paying for it.

Everything about the property was perfect.......perfect location....perfect staff.....perfect food.....perfect ambiance.....perfect hospitality. Our holiday was just PERFECT !! Our room overlooking the sea was just beautiful. The room was spacious and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and homely. The reception staff was very friendly and checked us in real quick. Gave a lovely tour of the property and explained all the facilities very patiently. The food of both the restaurants was very delicious.

We loved our stay at Banyan Tree. There is nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again and recommend to all our friends and family. Thanks to the entire team !!
