The room was well designed and comfortable, better than what's shown in the photos on the site, and having access to the swimming pool from our room's veranda was amazing. The atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant and peaceful, and the food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was decent too. Also nice that we could rent a kayak for free for an hour.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a burden, as it was further away from downtown than I had imagined. If you're planning to just stay on property it's not a problem, but we spent too much taxi money going back and forth for several days. I had originally chosen the hotel because it was near Hong Island on the map, but we ended up having to take a 30+ minute ride to go to Ao Nang anyway to take a Hong Island tour from the pier there.

We stayed at a beach villa at Tup Kaek Sunset. The villa was clean and comfortable but the view was outstanding. It was so nice to wake up to that wonderful view. I never used the pools as I swam in the sea. The beach was lovely and clean. The breakfast selection was great. The beach restaurant was good too. We had a trip round the mangroves on kayaks organised by the lady on the beach selling drinks and food and it was brilliant. No queues no big groups. The hotel is very quiet. We loved it. Great for a week away.

A bit far away from towns and other choices of restaurants. Some people may find it a bit too quiet.

The beach is very beautiful and spacious, the view is amazing… the breakfast, and Restaurant very delicious. The staff are very cooperative.

It is far from city center… however good for meditation

The location was great, the front door staff was super friendly and helpful getting my baggage to my room. They also helped with parking and street access, as the parking lot and street were on the smaller side.

This resort required a 2,000 BHT ($62) security deposit, and the front desk staff seemed to not want to give me the room key until I had the deposit in hand. Had I known about this before hand, I would have stopped at an ATM before arriving and would have not had this issue! Also, the room had the bathroom situated facing the late night bar/ restraunt that was open until 11:30pm. We were uncomfortable taking a shower or bath when the bar was still open. The bed was very firm, and the shower head hose had sprung a leak near the shower head.

We love Tubkaak and it's our first time staying at this particular resort. We really liked it and found it great value. The beach cottage was beautiful, with the most amazing view. The room was also a great size & very clean. We really enjoyed the food both breakfast, lunch & dinner. Yes it's pricier but still good value compared to Europe! Special mention to peemai & William from the restaurant, very friendly and great service from them. Also housekeeping & reception are all very friendly and kind. The resort was very pretty and well kept. The beach was also beautifull and cleaned daily. We will definitely return. Thanks teams sunset!

Very minor but it would be nice is the pool was open a bit longer. 7pm seems a bit early. Great size pool though!

We were staying on the beach front property with the most beautiful views. This place is away from the crowd and is very quiet both day and night. They have a very good buffet breakfast with both Thai and western breakfast.The staff are very helpful and kind. I arrived in the afternoon unwell from previous stay at Ao Nang and by that evening I began feeling worse. The young lady at reception was very helpful. Sorry I didn’t get her name. This was on Wednesday 22nd October evening. She helped us speak with a doctor at a clinic with which they have a tie-up. The clinic arranged for a pickup and I was able to meet the doctor and get treated. They also arranged for drop back to the property. The treatment helped and I was able to get a good nights rest. We met the same staff again the next morning and she was kind to enquire about how I was feeling. If I come back to Krabi I will definitely book this beautiful property again . They also have a massage/ spa where I took a massage the day we checked out. Their breakfast place and their other restaurant are beachfront with beautiful views.

Amazing beach front resort with super friendly staff. We stayed in one of the beach huts meters away from the beach with patio and huge sliding glass doors facing sea front. Comfortable large bed, bathroom with bathtub and “outdoor” shower. Tasty breakfast with large choice of various foods and a restaurant serving great A la carte menu located literally on the beach. Fantastic for evening meal. Staff really friendly and professional. Super easy check in and out process with golf buggy taking your luggage to your room/hut. Two swimming pools. You can rent a kayak or paddle board too. Parking spaces available in front of the reception or across the road at the private car park.

Non necessarily dislike but the resort is located 20-30mins drive from main tourist attractions and Ao Nang beach. Wasn’t an issue for us as we were driving but could be a bit problematic if you like the busy tourist spots and access to other activities like boat rides. However for us it was perfect.

The property was situated on the best, most peaceful beach with amazing views, even from laying in bed (we were in the beach suite). The property is very clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast buffet is expansive and very good, with options from traditional Thai food to more American style as well. The views from the restaurant are even amazing! We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back in the future :)

It is a little secluded if your main concern is to hang out in Ao Nang or Krabi town. We personally were okay with that as we were looking for a relaxing experience and good views. We found no problem getting Grab taxi to and from the property, but if you are taking a taxi at night back to the property, they will probably charge you more for the ride due to the distance.

Very romantic, quiet, and peaceful place! Perfect for romantic getaway. Our room 2404 was a beachfront bungalow with an amazing view. The terrace was great also the restaurant nearby. Very tasty food and good service. Recommend to try dragonfruit and mango smoothie. This is a place to relax for body, soul, and mind. Private beach where you feel all by yourself. Can rent kayak for free, and the sea is very shallow. Very clean and great personnel.

Very isolated in terms of location and shopping options. Nearby 7/11 shop is over 2km away. So bring all you need with you (sunscreen, snacks, repellent, cigarettes, etc). The bed was a bit hard.

We had an incredible stay here. Everything was perfect – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was ideal, the beach was lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were a large group of freinds, and everyone was highly satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed their time at this place. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, offering great value for the price. Staff on the reception was always helpful and super freindly. Breakfast was very good! Thank you!
