The single room was very warm, the bathroom fitments worked perfectly, you didn’t have to wait 2-3 minutes for hot water, as happens in other countries. The room has an electric kettle and a few tea bags and sugar (for no extra charge) - a wonderful bonus from the hotel management. Breakfast includes hot dishes and a vegetable component even in winter.

As other visitors have mentioned, the furniture is old and the cabinets creak, but considering the low price, this does not spoil the atmosphere at all. In fact, it evokes nostalgia for a time gone by.

Despite the receptionnist didn't speak english, she was kind to let me drop off my bag earlier & to help me to find my way in town like hiking to some high viewpoints & recommending a spa. In front of the river, the historical part of Karvoly Vary with easy access to the highlights. Good size of the room & bathroom.

The space for breakfast was dark & not cosy. The quality of food for breakfast was low like no fresh juices, lots of cold cuts.

Very nice property overlooking the promenade, which made for excellent viewing. Enormous room and bed with comfy pillows and a large, well-equipped bathroom. Good breakfast and perfect location for exploring the beauty of Karlovy Vary.

Unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning so we had to open all the windows and balcony door for air during the night. And, since the promenade was right below our room, we heard every sound from below.

Location is best point for this hotel. Room has plenty of space. Breakfast was good but there could be some questions about freshness of the served meals.

The hotel was alright with a very convenient location. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast, but overall it was a great deal for the price. The staff was super helpful and kind and this was actually what made my stay amazing.

Price is really cheap. Located just 5 min away by walk from Diana funicular.

Since the price is really cheap, can't really expect too much. The view from the window is not good. The bed is as hard as bunk bed from a dormitory. The soap dispenser in the shower is completely empty. The building and furnitures are both very old. Since the building is old, after I showered, the water dripped for the whole night.

A beautiful historical building. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Free wifi. The bathroom had everything you need. The hotel is in the center of the city, in the main street, despite that, a very quiet and pleasant street. The room is nicely furnished and has all the basic facilities.

The receptionist was very helpful, rather more so than usual, and the hotel itself is in a good location to experience the city while being away from the main tourist crowds.

The room showed its age a bit, but this was not bad. The ventilator in the bathroom could not be turned off and constantly made a rather pervasive droning sound.

All went well; last-minute mobile only booking. As no info has been observed before, was surprised that parking is an issue in this part of the town. However, the ever-kind receptionist helped to find one place, which actually belonged to the hotel- just next to the river-bank. It came handy, being with a motorbike, with different luggages.

The location of the hotel on the Corso of Karlovy Vary, the spaciousness of the room and the nice breakfast.

The absence of a full-time receptionist. If the reception is not staffed, you have to call by phone which was not clearly shown. The receptionist desk was covered with many placards in the Czech language and it was easy to miss the placard with the phone of the receptionist on duty.
