I can't come up with anything, to be honest. The Kitchen/Restaurant is exclusively dedicated to serving breakfast, and while having lunch or dinner options would be a nice addition, it's not a downside since I was aware of this limitation from the start.

Good value for money, good breakfast and very clean. Reasonable location 25-30 minutes from the city centre.

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Reception staff chatting and not paying attention to customers or being on their mobile phone.

I enjoyed the modern design of the hotel, the excellent facilities, and the friendly staff. Its location was convenient, close to two tram stops and a metro station (line B). I had a fantastic room on the 9th floor with a clear view of the city. The room had ample plug sockets, and the heating worked perfectly. I also appreciated the soap/shampoo provided. The breakfast was also very good, although it was quite meat-heavy (particularly pork). Additionally, the hotel offers a games room, a gym, and a laundry room, all available for free.

The hotel is slightly far from the city centre, but the public transport connections (several tram lines and a metro line) make it easy to get around. However, at one point during my stay (Friday/Saturday), only one lift was operational, which caused delays of nearly 5 minutes when going up and down, particularly during busy breakfast times. This was a bit frustrating. It would also be nice if the rooms included a small fridge with complimentary water.

The hotel is not right in the city center, but conveniently located close to public transport stations. The breakfast was good with a lot of options, including warm food like eggs and potatoes. The bed was comfortable (soft) and the room was pretty big. The hotel has a nice gym and a laundry room. Self checkin and checkout were quick and convenient.

The price was pretty high (it was new years eve though). For the price it would have been nice to have a hot water kettle to make tea / coffee in the room. The glass door to the bathroom is not exactly soundproof. No vegan options at breakfast.

The lobby is lively and enjoyable. The hotel maintains cleanliness in the common areas and rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which surpassed my expectations. It's worth noting that Google Maps may not always display the transportation options conveniently located near the hotel. However, there's a tram station right in front of the hotel that connects to Metro stations, saving guests from unnecessary walking. Depending on your destination, the tram can even take you directly into the city. There are playrooms and library at the hotel. Liked the gym!

The check-in process was quite lengthy, and disappointingly, one of the rooms we had booked wasn't ready by 14:00 as promised, nor even after that time. Consequently, we had to temporarily use our friend's room to freshen up before heading out. Housekeeping only tended to the rooms every three days, although guests can request cleaning at their preferred frequency. It would have been convenient to have a sign available to hang on the door for requesting cleaning services. Additionally, our room lacked basic amenities such as a fridge, water, or hot drink facilities. Even just a small fridge for storing a bottle of water would have been appreciated. It would also be beneficial to have an iron and ironing board provided in each room rather than having to share one among all guests.

1. staff is using hotel's laundry equipment that is intended for guests which block the guests ability to use a service which is payed for. 2. quality of coffee requires improvement 3. elevators are too crowded which usually causes a long wait for an elevator.

Located to the east of Prague. Can use the number 26 tram to explore Prague. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, staff were ok, although checked in on line, still had to get key card for room. Shower/ bathroom was spotless, with nice toiletries. Bedroom was quiet, so had a really good rest. Breakfast was the best, I have ever had in over 35 years of visiting Prague. So much selection, something for everyone, and as much as you can eat.

Would be nice to purchase draught beer to unwind with. Staff were not overly welcoming. Apart from that, nothing was wrong with this hotel. I stayed just the one night due to commitments in other parts of the country, but would recommend 3 to 4 nights stay here to get the best out of Prague, i.e. weekend or midweek break.

Clean and smart hotel. Complimentary beverage upon check-in. A variety of selections for breakfast. Relatively close to the train. Very spacious room and shower I loved. Big TV and comfortable bed. Wonderful views from the top floor. Laundry on site. Lounge area in the lobby is very comfortable.

There was no housekeeping, unsure if I needed to request housekeeping. If someone elderly is in your group. The walk to the train is a bit long. There was no refrigerator or microwave or water in the room. Outside of old town square.

Everything was great. If you are by car it's an excellent choise to be a little bit away from the city center, in a quite area. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choises, the bed was really comfortable and the room spacious. The comfort crew were all of them really nice and polite to everybody and helpful! A good choise I would make again.

The only problem we had to deal of was with the heat of the room wasn't that warm even if we tried everything to be warm because of the weather conditions outside, but that wasn't that bad in the end. Everything was great

This is unrelated to the hotel, but a practical tip: the nearby Strašnická metro station doesn’t have escalators or elevators. For guests with large luggage, consider taking a tram, Uber or bringing a strong friend.
