I did not know breakfast was offered, so we did not take advantage of it. The location and the ease of access to the facility were very good.

There was no coffee offered in the rooms in which we stayed. For our first stay on 20-22 June (room 417) I had paid for transportation from the airport to our room. British Airways cancelled our flight early the morning of the 20th and we had to reschedule our flight into Prague. I sent a note early that morning after learning the flight was cancelled and asked that the new arrival information be conveyed to the driver. Not only did the driver not pick us up at the airport, he combative and rude on the texts I exchanged with him. In that I paid for transportation that was not provided I would like my transportation fees refunded.

The room was modern, decorated with beautiful decor, and the bathroom and suite were very spacious. The bathroom had a huge jacuzzi and a very large walk-in shower with an amazing rain shower. The toluet was in a separate enclosed room. The suite had a kitchette, large sitting area, and a terrace with a lovely view. The suite is located in a perfect area,minutes away from Anatomical Clock, Old Town Square, Powder Tower, Palladium Mall, several restaurants, and bars.

Not having room cleaned daily or being provided a new towel daily if staying several nights without being charged an extra fee. Also, providing slippers would be helpful.

Location is excellent! Close to all the attractions. The room and bathroom are beautifull, well equipped and everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped as well, including even salt and pepper, dish soap etc. Bed is big and very comfy.

You are supposed to get door codes and there is no reception, but I booked last minute (a day before) and the contact with the owner was quite hard and I had to walk to another hotel of theirs to collect the code. Other than that I don't like you have to use the code on the outside door on a crowded street and then the exact same code for the room. Kinda don't feel safe.

The place looks exactly like the photo.

The property is not responsive at all. The check in registration that I done thru the link somehow did not success and I was not aware till 1 or 2 day before, I receive notification for the check in again. Message few times to the property (thru booking.com and thru their official email) to ask if I have check in successfully , not response at all.

The location was very good, being very close to the Old Town Square, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet at night. The kolache shop next door was fantastic for a quick bite for breakfast. The apartment itself was clean, very spacious, and nicely updated. The building is not staffed, except for a security person, so you don't check-in there. The online pre-check-in process was pretty straightforward, and useful to avoid having to walk to the office. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and save the info ahead of time.

The parquet floors were falling apart in several places and desperately in need of repairs. We were worried the kids would step in the wrong spot hurt themselves, but they thankfully avoided that. The kitchen was small but usable, but it would have been nice to have some coffee for the coffee machine. It also didn't seem like there were enough power outlets in the kitchen for it.

Location amazing, right in the center! very clean, large smart TV for evening movies in bed fast internet, comfortable mattress fridge and microwave fantastic nice and quiet despite some minor construction outside (its a city so we expected some of this!)

pillows some of the worst I've used, super bumpy no coffee, sugar, milk etc for the kettle and nespresso machine (you have to buy your own) only hand wash supplied, no shampoo/conditioner room 409 staff talk loudly outside every morning, not a problem as we were up 7am but maybe a problem for others

Awesome location right next to Powder tower . Also right in the heart of old town and 2 minutes walk to old town square. It has plenty of souvenir shops , restaurants and is a perfect place to stay. We took a studio apartment and stated for 4 nights, it is very spacious and ample space for my 2 year old son to play. The apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures. We also requested for late check out and the team extended it for 2 hrs. Also there is facility for luggage storage and that helped us a lot as our flight was in late evening .

If there can we a small dishwasher in the studio apartments it would have been lovely. Everything else was perfect.

My stay at Golden Angel Suites in Prague was truly exceptional. The suites were not only comfortable and well-appointed, but the location was absolutely perfect. Everything I wanted to explore was within easy reach, making my experience even more enjoyable. The seamless check-in process, using an access code received via email 24 hours prior to arrival, made getting into the hotel hassle-free. I highly recommend Golden Angel Suites for anyone looking for a convenient and luxurious stay in Prague.

While my stay at Golden Angel Suites had its positives, there were a couple of disappointments. The room we were given did not fully match the pictures displayed on the booking site, which was a bit misleading. Additionally, upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor, resembling the smell of fish, which detracted from the overall experience. This was not what I expected, and it affected our first impression.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the Old Town Square. The building is so stylish with a courtyard. You can access to the building and room with a code shared with email. The room was spacious and recently renovated with a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen section has small oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. They have all plates, cutlery and pans required. There is hair dryer, safe as well. The fan below the windows were sufficient to cool down the room. (Keep the curtains up to let the air flow). They have a security desk and luggage storage for free.

They don’t provide daily housekeeping or changing towels. If you require, there is a 15€ charge per housekeeping. The access code was sent after arrival to the hotel. The nice security lady helped us to communicate with reception. (She barely speaks English, but so nice to help and greet us)

It was an easy check in for us . No searching for lockboxes like some properties have. They email you a code to punch in and that was it. Location was wonderful. Close to restaurants and tourist must visits by foot but is quiet at night if one is sensitive to noise. We arrived by train from Vienna and the main train station was just a 10 minute walk. The room we rented was on the 5th floor , it was spacious, well kept and very clean. The A/C kept the room very cool since we visited in the summer.

It's not a dislike to the property , but just a heads up( pun intended ) for someone tall who may rent the property. We rented a room on the 5th floor and our room had an area with a slanted ceiling . I suggest the tallest person in the family stay on the side of the bed that does not have the slanted area so as to avoid hitting/hurting one's head.
