A very good value for this money. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners, lots of veggies and fruits were offered. Really helpful staff, whenever we had a question, it was solved immediately. Walking distances to the beach and the historical centre. There are some very good authentic Turkish restaurants around. The room was quite large, a lot of space to put your clothes and other stuff. It also had a small balcony where we could hang our beach towel to dry. The pool is rather small, but still pleasant and clean.

Towels were not changed for a week of our stay. We could hear our neighbours in the corridor at night.

Near the beach 20 min walk or transport put on. Kemel and Benjamin and 2 of the guys on the reception couldn't do enough for you . Althou some stuff needs updating .the place was clean and cleaners kept my room clean and replaced towels and sheets on regular basis

The miserable lady on the reception.she needs manners and to learn how to smile. The fact i paid for 10 nights half board but was told i could only have 9 evening meals . The last day i didn't leave till 8 but my meal wasn't included . This needs rewording as it's clear it's not half board if you only get 9 meals . But you pay for 10 days half board . Food is Luke warm even at 7pm when restaurant opens . I had to move room 2 times due to not being able to get in room then no fridge on next one.but each problem i had was rectified very quickly .

Convenient location to the sea and to the center. Sometimes we went to the sea by transfer, which carries three times a day. Often returned on foot. The road is pleasant and short, about 25 minutes at a slow pace. The walk to the center is also about 25 minutes. There is a stop near the hotel; the bus ride to the center takes 4-5 minutes. The food is excellent, a lot of vegetables, deliciously cooked meat. There is a free safe in the room, which we used. The room was cleaned daily and well. Each time the cleaning lady left two bottles of water, and also renewed the tea and coffee bags. It is convenient that you can make tea in the room. I liked the system that when tourists are in a room, a red light next to the room lights up in the corridor. The russian-speaking woman at the reception put us on the 7th floor, with an excellent view of the city from above. There are two elevators, so the wait for the elevator is short. I recommend this hotel, you feel safe in and around it.

Comfortableness and quietness. It needs some time to get to the beach for swimming, but the hotel suggests a few times per day shuttle to the beach. Just 5 minutes from the hotel you'll get to the picturesque quay. There are many small shops, supermarkets and cosy family restaurants next to the hotel. And quite superb location for public transport to any end of the city.

I loved the location ,easy accessible with public transport and there taxi near the accommodation. Konyati beach was few minutes drive and town center was like 10 minutes walk . Old centre was few minutes walk too.all in all amazing place to stay The staff were very polite and taxi service guys were amazing too

Needs more variety in tne breakfast menu

The room was very clean with a nice view to the patio, the pool, the city. It has everything you need. It's located close to the archeological museum, but even closer to shops, restaurants etc. A pharmacy's right behind the corner. Simple and fast check-in, there's always staff at the reception. Taxi service is right downstairs.

The elevator is quite loud, so every time someone uses it you hear it very well. It is VERY close to a mosque. Al in all I couldn't sleep and I didn't bring my earplugs.

A nice location, quite close to the Archeological museum. Rooms were quiet, friendly staff and a nice buffet restaurant. I believe the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach.

Parking is on the street.

The hotel was truly amazing and offered an unusual silence. The sea is nearby, and the hotel offers transportation twice a day to and from the beach. The reception staff were very nice, especially the young man Mustafa, who was exceptional in his friendliness and assistance with the guests.

Nice room, quite simple but nothing to complain about. I read some negative reviews about the bed but it was comfortable enough for us. Good breakfast and dinner buffet. Located not far from tram stop and you can reach Old Town in about 10 min by foot. Many restaurants and small shops nearby. Quiet area except songs from mosque at certain times. Taxi station just outside the entrance is convenient when you are going somewhere. All staff we dealt with were good and polite and helped us solve various issues.

No drinks, not even water is included in the dinner.

Quiet, nice pool which was relaxing although small but that’s what I was expecting. Nice breakfast and dinner, although mostly the same there was a lot to choose from and when they ran out the waiter quickly replenished

No help for tourists although we didn’t need it as used Viator for our excursions. Taxi was 25 euros arranged by hotel but taxi rank outside was about 18 euros for return to airport
