The A/C of the room is so cold, not like most of Istanbul Hotels. Location of hotel is good, so many restaurants and shops around. there are universities in the area, so most of the people you see there are students not tourists. The hotel is located directly to the high street where you easily can find a taxi. I advise you to choose the big room to have a comfortable stay because normal rooms are small. I faced an issue because my room A/C was not working, but Mr. Azmi did his best in the mid of the night and changed my room to bigger one with excellent A/c.

Hard to walk to the hotel because of the rising way to it. The lobby is very small and the left too. No one to carry your bags you have to carry by yourself. Only restaurants and some shops around, so you need a taxi to go to any tourist place, mall or shopping.

Location was perfect - 5-10 mins walk to bus station and ferry to travel across to the Asian side - shops, amenities bars and restaurants all within the 5-10 walk. Costa Coffee & Starbucks literally on your doorstep on the way to the bus station, chemist, hairdresser, off licence & the equivalent of Superdrug's/Boots close too - Dominos & Noddle bar right next door. Mr Alkan very helpful too including the friendly staff, very welcoming :)

The walk back to the hotel (if i have to be picky)as a little steep for people with mobility issues but worked my glutes so no harm done really.

The staff were very polite and caring, The location is perfect for those who want to attend any English exams at British Side. The size of the room was comfortable with big closet, balcony and dressing table. My room was at the side of the building so no direct view to the street, however, two sets of windows do not let noise from outside to come into your room.

There was an issue with the electric board in the room (on the ceiling) and every five minutes the fuse was jumping off with load noise in the middle of the night. Finally there was an electric disconnection for some minutes in the middle of the night. The cleaning of the shower could be better. It was clean but old stains and germs in the corners needed more attention by the cleaning staff.

Great location, friendly staff, and exceptional service from Mr. Oguz, who was especially helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and the hotel didn’t have smoke detectors, so guests in the neighboring room often smoked. As a result, I was exposed to secondhand smoke, which I found very unpleasant. I wish the hotel staff had done something to prevent this.

Our room was nice and spacious. The location was super comfortable. Everything needed is close by, good transportation system. And special thanks to Oksana for her warmth and Turkish coffee every morning!

Reception was not really helpful, and spoke little English. One lamp in our room didn't work, and I asked them to change the bulb on the very first day, reminded twice after, but it was never changed. Nevertheless, it didn't worsen our stay in general.

The hotel is located next to the very centre of Besikstas full of cafes and restaurants. There are a few groceries nearby. If shopping is your thing , you find yourself surrounded with lots of renowned Turkish brands. It will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic to reach the historic centre of Istanbul.

Our room had a kitchenette but we failed to discover any plates or cutlery.

The location is the best in Besiktas. Especially if you want to be far away from the noise in Besiktas. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Wifi signal is good no issues. Have not tried the breakfast, however it is better not to book the facility with the breakfast you can pay at facility if you decide to do breakfast at the location, but there are lots of turkish breakfast places in Besiktas. Leave the decision later rather paying ahead.

The only thing I believe hotel needs improvement is the air circulation in the bathroom. Unfortunately there were bad smell and it is due to not good HVAC system in the bathrooms.

I would like to thank the staff especially Azim who was fantastic and helped me retrieve my phone which I had left in a taxi the night before. What a top man 👍👍👍👍

The staff were very nice and friendly, special thanks to Mr Ercan for taking good care of us (a group of 9 women)… The rooms we booked were excellent with plenty of space for everyone and comfortable beds. All rooms had AC which was essential. They supplied water everyday. The facilities were generally very clean.

The breakfast buffet was a bonus for us however the options were very limited.

Good choice if you are looking for something in the lower price range in Besiktas area. You will find all you need in your room, no problems with payments, I paid deposit via Booking and the rest in cash at the reception. Staff member Kenan was absolutela nice. I do recommend this place.

No big complaints, only to mention subtle tobacco odor in the room but I actually liked it,it has been a long time i experience this. But no surprise you are in Turkey where everybody smokes
