Excellent location in Şișli with easy access to metro, Cevahir shopping mall, lots of cafes and shops, exchange offices etc. The breakfast was good, although the coffee and tea were not necessarily the products that we usually know behind those names. Elevators were fast and always available. It was not crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to work and was able to use a separated public space in the lobby area with a desk and sockets. It was very helpful. The hotel is clean.

This is not a 5 or 4 star hotel, obviously. Probably 3+ at its highest. Rooms are quite dated. Our 26 sq room was in fact around 18 sq/m with the rest 8 or so being a long corridor and that space could’ve been used to expand the room instead. The kid’s roll up bed was placed there, which was a bit weird, but ok. I don’t know why it was designed that way - maybe it was only our room at the end of the hall. The internet was nearly unavailable. With an average of about 1.5 mbps, you probably can send texts or check emails. It was slightly better in the lobby area. I think the hotel needs to work on improving this.

I arrived at 0900 and was going to leave my bag to come back and check in at 1400 but Omar at reception checked me in. I was pleasantly surprised. I also got a late check out at 1400 gratis as well.

There was some noisy construction work with diggers going on behind the building and directly facing my room but that's beyond the control of the hotel. I could have asked to move rooms which I am sure they would have accommodated but I couldn't be bothered to change rooms. The housekeeping, friendly & flexible staff and good facilities means they still get a 10 out of 10 from me.

Wonderful hotel and the most wonderful staff they welcome you with a big smile wonderful staff provide services easily they serve you with everything they can do. Nice staff the reception staff and workers are all wonderful the most beautiful thing is the kindness of the staff they make you feel like coming back to the hotel again thank you from my heart

I liked everything, there is nothing I didn't like.

Very nice food and a really great location, as soon as we stepped out we were in the heart of Sisli and just 1 km walk from the Nisantasi shopping area as well. The staff are so polite and two people in particular Ms.Duniya at the reception and Mr.Alper in the restaurant, went out of their way to accommodate and help, every request we made. I don't think we heard the words "not possible" any time during the stay!

The hotel is comfortable and good in general, but the best thing is the staff who welcome you with a big smile. The reception staff is a wonderful staff, the workers and everything, and all the hotel employees from the smallest employee to the largest employee, from the cleaning worker to the manager, everyone is wonderful, everyone is at the peak of wonderful.

The location is great! Very good SPA, large rooms, good AC/Heat. Friendly and professional customer service, they speak good English! Overall, it was very good. Good TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime! I would come again if they drop their prices or improve their services.

The housekeeping dont do a good job in cleaning, also. It is a bit pricey compared to other hotels, slow internet, limited breakfast selection, and gets noisy from the street.

Friendly staff and I liked how close the location was close to everything, also the quietness of the room was excellent , the food was great too. free Wifi was fast and good with no interruption.

sometimes the housekeepers forget the door of the room open after cleaning, nothing was missing, but it happen more than one time. and the water pressure of the toilet is very low sometime.

Location was excellent. There are a lot of shops nearby. Staff was very polite and kind. Manager Yunus Emre was so helpful. Our room was noisy without view and they offer us changing room with city view without additional fee.

The breakfast was not tasty for me. The room was not ideal clean.

The room service stop thier work at 3 PM , which is unreasonable I can't change the sheets at 5 PM or ask for towels

The main point is the location which was surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, and easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was ensured and housekeeping was excellent.

The prices at the restaurant/cafe at the hotel were a little bit excessive. However, nearby restaurants were available and reasonably priced.
