Great hotel.

Two single beds in twin not very 5star. Food & drinking at hotel expensive.

Beautiful hotel with spacious room and bathroom. The AC was working very well, room was at a perfect temperature. Excellent staff at the front desk. Beautiful and spacious poolside. Make sure to arrjve early to secure a bed. Aysegul from the front desk helped me resolve my problems. Complimentary breakfast as I encountered some issues. Breakfast is truly fantastic, you must try it.

The biggest problem in this hotel is housekeeping. My room wasn’t cleaned on the last night. Housekeeping roomsign was missing from the room. Housekeeper doesn’t speak English. Deepcleaning is needed as dusk and fingerprints from previous guests are visible. Sheets were sprayed with an désinfection spray as a clean-up which i believe is chemical and not healthy. Staff is on the slow end. Drinks and food on the poolside overpriced. Nespresso cups are not complimentary and must be purchased separately.

The staff was super helpful. Everyone, I mean everyone. Ela in housekeeping saved the day by bringing an upright chair with arms in the middle of the night. Nazire, Elif I. The restaurant were super helpful.

We had a unique situation, in the sense that my mom is in a wheel chair. The handicap accessible room was at the absolute farthest point from elevators and services. While the room had some Faget bars in the bathroom and a seat in the shower, there were not enough safety features. No pull bar or stand bar in the shower. The wheel chair only had access to 1/2 of the room and not into closets etc. If we didn’t have 24 hour help, my mom wouldn’t have ability to navigate the room. So it would be great if you can add square footage to handicap accessible rooms and locate them near elevators and services. Please add pull up bar across from the shower seat and a side bar to step out of the shower.

All aspects of my stay at the hotel were excellent. If I am to give any constructive criticism of my experience at the hotel is that the staff servicing the hotel guests around the pool area fell short with both courtesy and attentiveness. Apart from that my stay was exceptional and I will highly recommend the hotel to all and look forward to my next visit there.

Staff around the pool are very lax and not very courteous and attentive, which did not match the rest of the staff at the hotel.

Parking for the customers is not free, which is quite ridiculous. Waiting time during the check-in was one of the longest we have ever experienced at any hotel. Breakfast is good, but not worth its high price, as a large portion of the offered options are bakery products and there are several missing options that could be found in much cheaper breakfast services in other hotels. Security check in every entrance and exit is uncomfortable. The furniture of the main areas in the hotel are a bit outdated. In overall the hotel's service and general satisfaction is below its fame and past.

The hotels is very well kept (maintenance is usually an issue in Turkey) but the swiss hotel is doing it very good. The family room that we had was super spacious and great with 2 bathroom, small balcony and good view of garden. The hotel pool was also very clean and good and not that busy during summer time. The beverages are a bit expensive for Turkey but if you order food that should be good. They prepared us some welcome package in the room which was nice. The location is very close to the nice areas in Izmir that you can go out for dinner and drink and walk beside sea.

The executive rooms with sea view was too small and they could not exchange it for a bigger room. I expected the breakfast quality to be much better, don't get me wrong it was good. But with the price that we were paying I expected extra ordinary quality food and pastry which the hotel came short of it imo. I am comparing this hotel with other swissotels that I have been too.

Very good location of the hotel, close to the city center and other attractions. Great hotel quality, it is proper 5 star hotel. Friendly staff. Fast internet 100mb/s up and down.

I was very happy during the stay, just the checkout process put me a little bit off, it took maybe 50 mins to checkout. There was a queue of people checking in, each taking long time, people in the q were getting annoyed and started to cut in the line. Stuff didn't stop them and serviced them normally... Can be very noisy in the rooms located above the street, so make sure to take room with pool/inner view, if you don't want to hear cars driving like crazy all day.

Excellent property, great food for buffet breakfast and room service. This is a large hotel complex with many places to sit by a pool or in nature or to enjoy coffee and pastries in the lobby. The indoor pool was a bit hard to find in a separate building with the spa facilities. Very few people used it. It has a whirlpool and many places to lounge. It is 1.4 meters deep and is large enough for swimming laps. They provide ample. Towels and even found a noodle for me to use for water aerobics. The housekeeping staff was friendly and provided great service. The rooms are very standardized and functional, and the hotel has a large collection of original are and sculpture, such as a famous Botero at the entrance.

There is valet parking for our rental car. One thing no one told us is that you don’t pick up your car at the entrance but at another location on the side of the building by the spa area. Not really a complaint but the complex is so large it takes a while to get oriented (meaning it we got lost a few times ) rooms are in 3 contiguous buildings and sometimes you needed to switch elevators to get to facilities.

All very nice, comfortable and clean. Calm rooms, artwork everywhere, beautiful courtyard,... nothing to complain about. Excellent location in town, near old center and very well connected to bus, metro and ferry.

Only 2 minor aspects that could be improved: There is no wardrobe in the entrance area of the rooms to hang up a jacket on arrival. Coffee and tea is somewhat organized at breakfast. If you order at the counter it takes a long time, otherwise you are often not noticed or cannot help yourself.

Superb hotel with excellent service ! Very customer oriented and dedicated concierge team - every wish was fulfilled. The housekeeping team was very flexible and nicely taking care of our executive suite and our executive room. The staff at the breakfast and in the executive lounge was very polite and the food quality was really excellent. The location of the hotel including the park around was beautiful and really in the heart of Izmir.

Payment of the whole price of the stay directly at the check-in is not really understandable and necessary, why not at the check-out like at other 5-star hotels ?
