Our rooms were near the pool, beach and restaurant which was perfect as my daughter had a baby. Rooms very clean and cleaned and stocked up with drinks and water. The food was good and the desserts were yummy. The staff from front desk to waiters to pool side to aqua aerobics (Jamal, Baron) lifeguards (Yusuf and Umit) spa , restaurant staff were all very helpful. ( pizza man)Very satisfied with Hilton. Special mention to TAMER ARIBAL for sorting out our rooms so that we got rooms near each other. Very helpful to organise our guests who wanted to visit us for a day. Thank you all for making this trip very memorable as we celebrated my son’s 30th and my 60th Birthdays.

It has a wonderful sea. The employees are very polite and smiling. It is nice that they come to you and ask if everything is ok or how your holiday is going. yes there are cats but they don't bother anyone.

Our stay at Hilton Bodrum Isil Club was amazing! This was the first time we travelled with our baby and had some stress how everything would turn out. The room was clean & tidy which I prioritize in selecting a destination. There were enough options in terms of food throughout the day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was for sure a great choice for a family vacation. Especially since the hotel hosted mostly other families with (small) children as well.

I was only disappointed with the accessibility of the sea. The pictures gave me the impression that there was a small beach with sunbeds, but it was in fact a tiny strip of sand and most of the time the tides would drag the sunbeds away. To enjoy the sea there are several small wooden piers with sunbeds. With a baby it would be dangerous to stay on the pier all day long, so we spent our days on the sunbeds around the kiddypool and only went to the sea for a dip & swim.

the area of the hotel was in well condition. the food and drinks were diverse and of good quality.

the outdoor pool is without heating and there is no indoor pool. there are neither changing rooms no lockers in spa area. animation program was poor and some parts of it were odd and not eco-friendly, i.e. guests were offered to write letters with their wishes. afterwards these letters were thrown into the sea. it was shocking to see these papers in the sea on the following day…

The staff is really friendly, all of them. It was a short stay but everybody gave us a good feeling, starting at the check-in until the check-out. We have travelled all over the world and this is definitely by far the best hotel we stayed in.

The room was a little bit noisy from upstairs but this could be our “luck”.

The only thing I would say is make dinner time a little earlier. 630/7. Kids get hungry early

The service staff was perfect, as always. Having known many of them for over eight years, I’ve come to truly appreciate their dedication and the genuine care they show for both the hotel and its guests. Their loyalty shines through in every interaction. For our children, we had special dietary requests, especially for our 8-month-old son, as we prefer to avoid pre-made baby food and instead give him fresh vegetable purées without butter or salt. The staff went above and beyond by preparing this specially for him at every meal, showing such kindness and attentiveness. It’s rare to find this level of personalized service, and it made our stay all the more memorable. Thank you deeply for such thoughtful hospitality!

Cats, stray cats... They’re everywhere — on tables, sofas, even in the restaurants. I understand Turkey’s new pet law, which is undeniably harsh, and I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to protect and care for these animals by fostering them. It’s a noble act, truly. However, there’s a fine line between compassionate care and allowing cats onto restaurant tables and shared seating. This crossed that line; it was simply too much. My baby boy still has red allergy spots on his cheeks from contact, and I can’t help but feel uneasy knowing we’re likely bringing cat hair into our room/bed after sitting on shared furniture. It’s unhygienic and uncomfortable.

We have spent our last two summer vacations at this hotel, with our most recent stay just a week ago. The hotel offers a very convenient, comfortable, and relaxing vacation experience, especially for families with small children. The kids club is fantastic, thanks to the responsible and caring crew. Hilton's renowned quality is evident in all aspects of their service, ensuring a reliable and enjoyable stay. Special thanks to the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. Senay, Melisa, and Sule from the animation team, as well as Burak from the restaurant team, went above and beyond to put the clients first. Their exceptional service and dedication make us want to return next year. Thank you so much for their hard work and hospitality!

I must mention that for the second year in a row, we experienced a frustratingly long wait to check in. This year, we had to wait several hours again, which was not a great way to start our vacation.

It s so comfortable, all dishes were amazing and so delicious. Almost 24 h nice food and cocktails. All alcohols and drinks are well branded. The most important thing was all stuff was so motivated and dedicate to customer satisfaction. They r giving their full effort to make the great time for customers.
